My main issue with birds at least upland birds like the pheasants and quail is that they never run for cover they just flee

And this in turn makes the pointer rather useless as someone who loves my pointer I genuinely don't find a use for it other than a cosmetic choice I always preferred the skills of the bloodhound and retriever and found those making my life easier

• i was riding an ATV and a bunch of fleeing boars kept crashing into me and dealing damage to me until i died
