Start checking. You want to be about 50m away, 10m is too close as the shotgun slugs don’t have a lot of time to scatter; that is why you don’t get a lot of penetration. You can actually shoot thing with a shotgun up to 150m away.

Is anyone else having a hard time getting waterfowl and geese to come in to decoys on multiplayer? I’m with 2 of my buddies 1 is spread out away from me and having them come in but me and my buddy in 1 blind can’t get anything to come in. We call, they call back, they start to circle but once they start to go to the ground they flee right away. Any tips or is it just a multiplayer glitch?

It's all in shot placement. Where are you hitting them? And are you hitting them with the right arrow?
And I don't think poly-tipped bullets are soft point.....

Yeah, soft point is better at expansion while poly tip gives more range and deeper pen.

Another thing, we need better non DLC bow sights or a guide of some kind half the people don't know hw to use em.

There's a pack with a rangefinder sight for the bows. That or just practice with them. That is why we have a shooting range.

and since multi's peer-to-peer, there's really nothing to be done about it unfortunately

Smallest level 5 I've ever seen. To be fair, it's only the 2nd level 5 I've ever seen. I got a diamond moose yesterday so I'm not annoyed whatsoever. I think it's pretty cool.
