No, each map is unique and has different benefits, so there is no objective best.

There will be an objectively best map for you specifically, though, depending on how you like to play and what species you like to hunt.

For example, Salzwiesen Park is my favorite map because it's entirely class 1 and 2 small game, and a small, dense map full of animals. I love small game hunting so it's my perfect map.

If you want a good map with a lot of everything, lots of species diversity, different biome types to explore and easy money farming, Emerald Coast is a great map for that. It's got a coastline to hunt Crocs and Banteng, forests, hills, plains, lots of deer and small game, and exotic prey like Kangaroo.

Birds ignore dead zones when called in from other areas, they won't spawn in or naturally land in a dead zone without callers or decoys.

But also, MP is kinda wonky for birds. They don't act right and if anyone else is within 300m of you, possibly more, good luck.

It seems that beavers ignore deadzones too, i just saw a beaver herd of like 10-15 go into a deadzone.

Low-investment income comes from croc farming, you can run up and down the coast and shoot crocs endlessly for cash. High investment money comes from goose hunting, but this requires setting up an area to call them in, which means decoys or an E-Caller, a hunting structure and a tent

Goose farming can be done in literally any map with geese, including Hirschfeld, the first map. That said, Salzwiesen Park is probably the best due to the sheer density of geese and multiple species that can be called in at once on top of each other.

I'd say slightly over expected average for ducks in general, but wood ducks specifically may be different. I've not hunted that species. Great catch!

Thanks, altho i'm mostly looking for rare furs, I feel like since diamond spawn rates can be altered (by herd management) that they're not sought after as highly. While fur types rarities are rng (but can still be slightly altered by just also hm and killing as many possible)

The easiest and most straightforward are whitetail.

Walk the western river in Layton Lakes and pop decent bucks as you go, fast travel back to camp, reset time, repeat. You won't get rich crazy quick but the hunting is pretty lively and you'll be pseudo-managing your herds if you're somewhat picky about your Harvests.

Okay bud I'm in my Map, I'm going to send you the screenshots where they like to EAT first. They do this between 14:00-1800 and 18:00-21:00, so keep an eye on the times. I have a little rotation set for their eating zones near or in the same field. This is the best area to find them out in the open, and these feed zones are easy to find in the fields.

If you really want to focus on Pheasant, their rest zones are almost always in wooded areas. I've never found any out in the open, or in tall grass along the coast, just in the wooded areas. My favorite place to walk during their resting hours, which is 11:00-14:00 and 21:00-00:00, is the westernmost forest, pictured here.

Yes, you just need to find an MP map that is largely empty and always available. If you try to grind on MP and jump servers, even the same map, each map will be different as far as need zones and spawns go.

As for Save Harvest, it's to taxidermy later if you don't want to spend the money immediately or can't afford it.

I only taxidermy diamonds and rare furs purely because golds are really, really common, with exception to some particularly beautiful golds that are unique due to antler structure or something else. But I don't believe you have to worry about a taxidermy limit, if there is a limit it would be an achievement on it's own to fill it due to the millions it would cost.

I got my first of two coyotes needed for that mission today, and I got it by shooting it mid run from 150m with the air gun. I've been (casually) making attempts to hunt the coyotes in there but they're incredibly elusive. I could likely call them in on one of my stands now as I have callers and such that I didn't when I started, but I was complaining about that mission here years ago and as of today I'm halfway done. 😂

What range are you shooting at? The 7mm shoots incredibly flat but doesn't pen well at extreme range. Should still stop a moose at 200m without issue though.
