The 7mm magnum is really goood. It covers classes 4-9. The Zara 22lr works great for Turkeys. You could also use the Zara 308 to cover classes 4-8. The recoil and the power is really good. And the Tsurugi is a heavy hitter for classes 7-9

And Zara 15 covers classes 2-4 if you need that

Try the weapons out and make a rounded loadout that covers most classes with those for now

Most people will rate Scotland as the best from what I’ve read. Cuatro colinas is usually not highly rated but it’s the only map where you’ll find Ibex which I love. And it’s a good map for wolves. I don’t know about Rancho as I haven’t played it but through research I’ve done it’s not rated as a top tier map

Only license you need is concealed carry if you want to do that. If you wish to hunt on your own you need to take a hunter safety course if you are not "grandfathered in". You have to pass it to legally hunt alone without a mentor.
