If you see 5 males in a herd and they are either all rares or all max levels

You are in a modded server

It’s an example

1 - host over level 60
2 - lots of diamond/high level animals (level, 3, 5, 9, and 10/fabled)
3 - lots of rares (pie, albino, mela, leu, etc)
4 - combination of 2 and 3
5 - way to tell players are modding is if they are shooting rapidly as if they have an ak 47 or something, moving really fast (this can be due to an ATV, if they are turning really fast this usually indicates they are using speed mods)
