I just scrolled through every message here, something that I'd like to point out is that currently, Joker's server is a very active server which promotes active custom comp creation within it, similar to AML in its peak, so if there was a place to direct people there would be the best place to do it, and allow people to share comps in detail, with people who will engage with it

I have a question: which channel would a 1-off marble creation go? Like the Deep Ocean beating Savage Speeders in Block Pushing video, that's not a custom comp, it's a 1-off creation. And what about marble collecting?

for one off marble creations, i’d say it really depends

deep ocean beating speeders in BP has JMR teams, i’d say that goes in other marble talk

but stuff with custom comp teams or non JMR teams id say would be better suited for the new channel

As it stands, with custom comps getting their own channel, which was a great suggestion and is a good change due to growth that topic has gained in recent times and the discourse it created in #marble-art-n-collecting, I think other-marble-talk describes all the purposes of #marble-art-n-collecting well. Although another name like marble-fanworks could still work, even if not perfect.

For the other new channel names, I feel alt-marble-comps describes the channel decently well, but a potential better name can be discussed in the related thread (#1152853214618714143 message), and I think misc-jmr-series over other-jmr-series wouldn't be a bad change either.

As a side note, I know forums aren't that great and I usually don't use them myself, but as Staff, I'm personally a fan of it for #1019678563139584010. It effectively informs staff and allows conversations to be contained without getting buried, which is handy for feedback (especially in the case multiple are ongoing).
