exactly as much as you'd expect - the crop remembers the point in time it was placed and then periodically checks how much in-game time has passed since then, so it effectively keeps growing even while it isn't rendered in and is accurately sped up by sleeping.
most timers in the game work like this, notable exceptions are taming and breeding because those can't rely on the assumption that the process just keeps going

If you want to use teh console commands, simply activate the dev commands, then debugmode, exit the console and press [B].

That way you are able to build everything you like / want; including that refinery.
It's a faster way to get it build as by spawning all the seperate items in.

As for it being destroyed;

Did you build it in the Mistlands and in an undefended area?

If so, it's possible seekers or even an Gjall may have destroyed it.
If there wasn't a workbench nearby, the items would have despawned in the time you were gone.

The fastest way is using third party tools such as valheim world generator to see the locations of the giant skulls, the next best bet is just exploring the mistlands and finding them, the skulls are pretty much always in heavily misted areas

You have to have a Swamp key and use it to enter a Sunken Crypt (if you don't have a key I believe there's other ways to get in there). You can also try to hit everything with a Stagbreaker and if you see a message pop up saying Too Hard, that will be Iron!

I found a literal tiny spot of meadows terrain in the middle of the ocean, but of this tiny spot the little I can raise to the very max is still swollen by waves when storms occur.

Which is why I'll keep the terrain lower than base water level so it's still viable on a boat, will I'll build 4 stone pillars/structures that will serve as base for a building that will pretty much float above water level.

That's how it's gonna be 100% player structure, no terrain.

Hello, my ashvine that grow in the meadows base does not yield grape, even after several in game days, i've seen that vine planted in the plain tend to produce more.

for awhile there was a bug that was causing it to produce way less than intended, I think it was resetting the timer to spawn berries every time you logged out (not 100% sure), I don't know if that's still a thing but if it is it could explain why you're having this problem @civic oasis

in my primary playthrough I setup my base in the meadows right next to the spawning stones and I have been getting berries reliably, but I also spammed the vines over a pretty huge area

giving them lots of possible surface area to spawn seems necessary to get good consistent numbers

honestly I don't even know you need to be in the area, just not log out (assuming that bug is even still a thing)--other crops at least, they seem to have an internal timer, so if you plan them, leave, then come back after enough time has passed they'll "update" after a bit in the area to all be in the final growth phase ready for harvest

I have a mod installed which auto sorts any dropped items on the ground, cuz i hate having to sort everything myself. When the piggies die to the smoke, it than gets put in a chest. Thats why this one was so handy

Silver spawns only above the obsidian line.

So if you don't see any obsidian on the mountain, don't waste your time looking for silver.

I don't think there's an automated way to delete things and reset the terrain, but you can break buildings wiht middle mouse click and a hammer or if you are playing singleplayer you can launch from steam prtoperties with -console and when ur ingame press f5, then type devcommands, then debugmode and press b, it will toggle for creative mode building, no workbench or resources needed. you can also use Z for flying

In Valheim, the most useful command for deleting buildings is "forcedelete" which allows you to forcefully remove objects within a specified radius, effectively deleting structures you want to get rid of; you can also specify a specific object name to target only certain types of buildings

Assuming the gfx chipset is the bottleneck (which it usually is for most games on older PCs), lowering the render scale should help quite a bit

basically you're rendering the game at a lower resolution, then upscaling it to match your monitor. The lower resolution helps a lot more than most other stuff in the options menu.

Obtaining 2 iron from it first let you build stonecutter so you can deconstruct black marble pieces.
