you dont shoot a frost arrow and then switch to a different one for its "duration". You just spam it until the thing stops moving
At high skill level, you can shoot arrows really quickly
Ye just wait dont close steam for a bit after closing valheim for like 5 mins
Or maybe simply the same base as frost arrows - Obsidian arrows plus resin makes fire arrow+.
I would use less silver arrows cuz i dont have any problem with fast enemies good point anyway
I guess that will be op since fire arrows are already useful in mountains
I mean when was the last time you saw a two star charred warrior?
you'll be glad to have them frost arrows
Yesterday, and I only noticed he was two-starred very late. Was quite a scare...
Btw, if you are faced with an enemy that hits really hard, bonemass power does wonders
1 week it was with 2 two stars charred twitchers i killed them with a thunder mace and shield
Bonemass+ratatosk+run like a brave Sir Robin!
Im surprised you could block them. I cant block a two star warrior
Only bonemass for parry XD
Bonemass power the most op thing in valheim
With some perfect parry timing , warriors are a bit tricky in some attacks but still not hard to deal with
It's my oh-shit combo to get away when I end up aggroing half the map. The other day I had like 6-8 charred, two asksvins, a few blobs and TWO morgen after me at one point. I did not stick around to face them all...
I love that one i just use bonemass and kite around when the blobs come closer i wait for the bursting time and dodge
Warriors do some damn feint when attacking that often throws my parry off
I mean, I couldnt even parry two stars, and that was with flametal shield and armor
Morgens and asksvins can hit other mobs and them selves
Blocking level low ? I blocked it with only 20 levels on my blocking skills
Its actually pretty easy to figure out. Warriors attack with two possibling timing. You can parry both times. This aint dark soul where parrying punished you if you mess up
Ye if ur stamina/health are low u get stugerred and cant parry most of the hits
Perhaps, its been a while I tried. Lets just say I didnt like it when it happened. Its also possible my food bonus was inadequate.
They pretty much one shotted me at the time.
two stars warriors deal about 300 damage
I found a 2 stars morgen couldnt parry anything even with bonemass i only parried his rolls
Thats without bonemass
I guess
Hello
I had padded armor and level 2 black metal shield and bonemass activated and couldnt parry 2 stars fuling berserk he dealt 180 damage oneshoting me XD
Hello there
Cant wait to get into the icezone and have enemies there deal 400 damage
General Kenobi.
I never liked that kind of scaling in games. Its something I am critical of Elden Ring too. I mention that just because I played it recently.
Some youtubers said that the devlopers talked about mobs in deepnorth that are taller than every existing boss and mob in valheim is that true ?
I dunno I havent played the upcoming update
What does this mean ?
Still haven't come across one of those with stars. Hope I never do...
How the hell are anyone supposed to play the upcoming update if its not released yet XD
I mean why are you asking me for info on it. I know as much as you do.
Its not a big deal when its in a putrid hole
Use them for a lot of things
True
yoo where can i find mates to play this game?
Depending on your progress, they are needed for some early and some later crafting recipes.
Morgens are another monster you can just walk around while they are slowed down
i bought it last year and played like 4-5hrs and now i want to get back into it
Ye yull need more for a mistlands bow and somethings else in ashlands like shield generatore and asksvin skull
thanks
Umm, have you watched Star Wars?
I hate that movie XD
Whenever i find it i just change the channel
I find it hella wild we have a shield generator in valheim. You know, like how the vikings made them back in the days. What are we going to get next? Viking ballistic missiles? Airplanes? Cable TV?
I referred that line from a moment from 3rd episode that has become a huge meme.
Sadly i dont know it
There is a lot of things that vikings didnt have that are on valheim
Nope
It can be sold to traders.
I thought u meant it has a good price XD
It gives the least amount of coins of all valuables in game.
It is valuable, but the least valuable 😅
You can see the price on it anyways i guess its sold for 5 gold coins only and stacks at 20 it just takes space in my inventory i rarely keep it
Fishing bait
So you want to know about stuff other than meganjord?
Thunder stone also
Ackstually.☝️
Build stacks so they don't clog up storage
I would definitely agree with fishing bait
It makes life so much easier once you learn how to fish properly and catch some good troll or plains fishies
Fishing bait is also ingredient needed for other baits.
I would rather pur a wood chest that hold 10 stacks than to put a whole 10 stacks in the ground
Thunder stone is just the obliterator
;(
At the moment, it is helpful cause certain fish can be turned into very tasty meads - like trollfish turning into a strength potion
Getting food, ingredients for some meads, trying to catch biggest possible for decoration, for ||Fishing hat||.
Its pretty close to the lox pie
Extra carry weight
Another is that plains fishy - it is used in a mead that prevents deathsquitos from attacking you
And yes obtain every fish in game so u can craft the fishing hat that is i guess useless cuz i never crafted it
Fish wraps is good food if you don't have Serpent stew.
And there is one other fishy mead that makes you swim better
Depends on your real estate. I generally prefer to put things in chests. But at some point I ran out of space to make more chests, so building a bone pillar outside saved a chest for other things...
Moderately - metal is better
Iron better stone pillars sucks
Stone 1 by 2 wall can go higher than the stone pillars i guess maybe 15 pieces and iron support it to 24 pieces (miters)
Whats scaffolding im bad on english is it the roof ?
Use 26 degrees
Harder to understand and translate XD ill use google
Scaffolding is typically a thing you put around the building so you can climb higher up and build nicely
Then ull just slide off
It’s essentially a platform to stand on
Use normal woofer beams or wooden floor boards
Aaaah so its like temporary platform to help in building ?
Woofer beams 😂
Eish autocorrect…
Exactly! 🥳
You can place them anywhere 👍
i forget Haldor has a lox sometimes and my portal to him is set up in a place that everytime i go through my screen is covered by the lox. starles me sometimes
does anyone know why i cant summon the elder? i brought 3 seeds to the alter and clicked the button with the seeds on the alter and got The Elder buff but no seeds used or boss spawned
Sounds weird. Using any mods?
I swear im missing some food items for early game foods
How early, Black Forest?
Yea, I have the Cauldron and found carrots and blueberries
Need more copper and such for the mead stuff but its in the works
u picked raspberries right?
Obviously yea
Beehives, you have honey?
Yep
maybe check the wiki for any items u havent picked up
Made some boar jerky
Then you should have it all. There aren't that many foods at that point. Deer Stew, boar jerky, carrot soup, cooked fish, minced meat sauce is about it out of memory
B. Jerky/Carrot soup/D. Stew/Minced Sauce/Queens Jam.
Thats what i have access to but i feel like it should be much more
Not at that point, no
You need swamp stuff (and thistle) for the following foods.
Ohyeah I forgot about the jam, almost never make that since it burns so fast
Found plenty of that Thistle but didn't unlock anything. Must need something else too I supposed
Yeah once you head into the swamps you get the next stage
Well think i'm far far from that point then... Still needing to get loads of Bronze for stuff
And of course a troll has to crop up
Does the game still suffer from it's weird p2p networking system?
when will we be able to build may poles?, we're nearing june so should be soon right?
If memory serves yes
Midsummer Eve is in late June.
Is there a timeline/release date planned for the deep north and other updates?
Soon™
Soon as in, in the next 3 months soon or this year soon xD. Asking because we want to start another run with the friend group, but would like to have the deep north and other additional things they might add included
Soon as sometime in the future.
Can we start a new world, and then when the deep north update drops we can load that part in or would it be better to wait and start a new save when the full update has dropped
1.0 will bring new content to existing biomes and a new playthrough will be the best way to experience that
Cold
I hope its a lot of new stuff
That or minimally explore all other biomes
Even new terrain could be cool
So that when 1.0 drops u can still keep ur base and explore what u haven’t explored
Which makes me ask, did they at any point of the games development since 2021 update terrain generation in meadows
Because in my old world, which ive played for nearly 300 hours on since 2021, hes drastically different landscapes compared to newer worlds
The new worlds have rivers and ravines and more hills whereas the old one seems to be slightly bumpy at most
Could just be the seed I suppose
Basically, we don’t know when the update is coming
The dev’s are not locking themselves into a fixed release date
You can see their progress in #news and gauge a general progress for them
You can find that info here #news
You can certainly do this 🥳
Just stay away from the northern part of the map so you don’t generate unfinished map space
nope
surprising updates
You could teach Studio Wildcard a thing or two... its a meme for them at this point to announce a date and then push it back no less than 4 times, one of them the day before
Studio Wildcard is famously bad 😅
Can I get a idea of how much harder it is to kill the elder compared to the elk boss ?
Eikthyr is weaker than a regular enemy from the next biome, The Elder is not.
So the elder will spank me, got it
Only if you're unprepared
Rule 1 for beating Valheim:
preparation
Eikthyr is a fist fight, Elder is a battle
The old man constantly being woken up from his nap
Any pointers? Me and my friend are getting our butt's kicked in the swamp and I just learned of the wish bone thing
Black Forest and the Elder are your current progression, other stuff would be trying to skip ahead
Don't venture too much swamp yet, Elder drops an essential item to progress swamp properly. Look out for vegvisirs in burial chambers or stone ruins with lots of greydwarves.
I appreciate the help guys ❤️
In the mean time, you could make some preparations for venturing into swamps next. ||Poison resistance mead|| is very helpful there, and you can already ferment some while looking out for Elder location.
Heyo gamers, is DN the next patch to actually release? I was under the impression extension patches to earlier biomes primarily the ocean, and other small things were to come inbetween ashlands and deepnorth. That'd give a bone to bite on and prolong their ability to produce the best 1.0 any games probably every offered.
We do get smaller combat focused update before DN. There is no timeline for them tho.
And it is not 100% sure but iirc they want to add something to previous biomes too in 1.0 update, but that will remain to be seen. Following https://discord.com/channels/391142601740517377/1202150165449035816 can give some hint how the process is going.
oh thats all awesome news, thank you. So excited to see this game at full strenght when its already so freakin good
The combat update is providing an armor set to one of the biomes already in the game too
What is your current setup?
How are you tackling the biome in terms of general strategy?
Learn to dodge, melee him like a man
You can use bow with fire arrows but it will be annoying, you will see
Any advice for Mistlands first time?
Have your wisplight with you, learn to take it in slower pace and listen to noises.
a what
An item that helps you ||clear mist around you|| in Mistlands.
yeah mans
Yeah, after Plains. You get the drop from Plains boss.
spoilers ;-;
bouta turn mistlands into a freak off
Best advice is the same you should use for all biomes
Have an escape plan, plan your ventures carefully, and make sure you bring goodies with you to refresh your rested buff
i haven't gone past the plains yet
Gotta be careful when reading things here if you want to avoid spoilers.
i've been busy with studies lately to play any videogames
Also, mistlands has a tendency of making you walk onto tall structures with no clear idea of how far you are off the ground
So be careful neh?
mmm sound advice appreciate it
I would actually recommend learning how to pathfind without that ||wisplight||.
The creature in that biome can’t see you if you can’t see them due to the mist
Learn when being covered in fog is to your advantage and when you need to turn on the lights
Understandable, we all have our busy life with work etc. However, game has been out since 2021 and first biome update since late 2022 so it's not spoilers for most people who has played long time.
So best advice to avoid spoilers is not reading too much from here or elsewhere.
Guys answer me without spoiling too much
Will the mistlands have something new that's not present in the previous biomes?
Yes
Oh yeah, you will see.
Uhm…
Yes!
awesome
nice
I mean…
All other biomes do that, so not sure why you ask to at question my friend 😅🥰
Guys, do totems respawn?
I feel like there's only a limited amount of time you can fight Yagluth in a world?
not really. all previous biomes had somewhat similar progression, gear and enemies
They don't respawn.
Do berserkers have a chance of dropping totems?
But they're also only available at Fuling Camps, and they don't respawn either 🥹
are you talking about the fuling totems?
Yeah, they are somewhat limited enemies, they can spawn in 2 raids however.
Yes
You need to specify man 😂
“Will the next biome have some new that isn’t in the other biomes”
That question is open ended with too many potential answers
My base is in Meadows and I've never had a fuling raid
There is also ||miniboss raid||.
hey
Never had him either 🥹
Yes I've defeated him, but not returned the chest
what do you do with the fuling totems. i don't seem to find a crafting recipe of them.
But yeah, them berserkers are quite limited, they should spawn in Plains during night.
Really??
is that the name of the plains boss?
Where can I find the building parts from the game in FBX format?
They don't but I think they should.
I hope that doesn't count as a spoiler
It does 😅
it sounds like an old eldritch being
But he's already in Plains so that's ok ig 🥺
I'll delete for the other folks
Just hide it ||like this||
it's ok
i'm already in the plains
dlted
He kinda is 😅
All of the forsaken are 👆
Ah
Will we see Dvergrs in the Deep North 🤔
is there a way to skip the mountains boss?
I know of ways to skip the earlier ones
I wish not, I'd like to feel alone for a change.
no can do
Sadly no
Ive killed like 10 this week and dont think Ive seen any totems 😭
i think it(they?) drops tears that you need for a special workbench
Moder is only boss that locks out a lot of progression for future materials.
Just keep exploring plains
Understandable, the drop rate is already low, and the mob is rare ✋🏻😐🤚🏻
arent the next 2 also kinda unskippable if you want certain items?
You will find at least camps with 2-3 totems
the plains biome is really special for what it provides (excluding that ||deathsquito||)
yeah I have totems, I just havent seen them drop from berserkers is what I meant
No - that is a hard lock
Berserkers are greedy big goblins
Next, yes
Next to next?
Debatable
Not gonna give totems easily
I already have ||totems||, raw ||black metal||, a farm with ||the two crops|| and ||like 200 tar||
Just havent been able to craft anything cuz no moder yet
I'm trying to coordinate with 3 other people so we're all online at once to do moder
You can go into ||Mistlands|| without the boss drop item, but it limits a lot more of your sight, and you can also get into ||Ashlands|| without the boss drop item too but it's much more dangerous.
You mean no moder like no boss stone?
I mean I have 2 portals that go straight to her altar with a chest full of ||dragon eggs|| but havent killed her yet
Oh lol
Very easy boss 🥺
yeah but it locks you out of ||shield generator|| and ||mistwalker|| doesnt it
I guess thats less severe than moder
Yes.
When Hervor Bloodtooth said "She's not the first to step foot" there, after witnessing ||Dverger Structures|| in the last two biomes is strange.
You can ||cover portals under stone structures in Ashlands||.
do yall think we're getting the deep north before 2027
Definitely
We totally getting Deep North before GTA 6
I said the same thing but my msg got dlted T -T
Of course.
what do you think the chances of DLC are after the game is finished
Zero.
lets hope
guys what is latest version
That one with Ashlands
Bog Witch is the latest content update.
i think 0.220.4 no?
oh
19 March 2025
there is 0.220.5?
hold on let me check
oh yeah 0.220.5 adds
ok ty
np
👌
guys what mean with vanilla
Vanilla = flavor, usually used in ice cream.
Jk, it means unmodded gameplay.
Wooooooo beat my first boss yesterday, found 2 more trolls and have a smelter, now I just need to find copper cause apparently I cant do anything with tin
Correct, you need copper first to be able to process both metals further.
Aaaah that makes sense, it would make bronze
Yeah, but first ||forge||, which allows you to build ||cauldron|| and ||mead ketill|| to make ||better foods|| and ||mead bases|| and also craft bronze.
i feel like eikthyr is the easiest to skip followed by bonemass then yagluth then elder idk bout queen and father
skippable?
No boss is skippable really, as you'll have to kill them all to win the game.
Skippable in terms of can you go to the next biome without feeling too much pain
But this is just pedantic
Oh no, I know what you mean, but that only really works while we don't have an endgame. Although I guess you don't have to win if you don't want to.
No, I don't think facts can be described as pedantry.
excessively concerned with minor details and rules
The entire point of the game is a 'minor detail'?
Tbh valheim really isn't all that much about killing bosses, it's the journey
Like bosses are not even close to the hardest part of the game
You're not wrong there.
I wonder how much time those people who skip Eikthyr use to find that one log troll which will be able to mine them copper and tin.
Somehow I got the feeling it's taking them longer as it would take them to prepare and fight Eikthyr, just so they got the Antler pickaxe.......
That's missing the point tbh
It's not about time efficiency or w/e, it's about the challenge
No it isn't.
If you skip Eikthyr you won't be able to mine any metal, unless you use the "troll mining" trick.
do we have any slight clue when deep north might be?
Yup, it'll be released at some point in the distant future.
Yes exactly, so most players who are skipping eik, have already done it the traditional way, and are looking for a new way to play the game to spice it up, and it's also more challenging
Which then leads to: it will most likely cost more time to find that one log troll for the "troll mining trick" as it would take to fight Eikthyr.
Once again, it's not about time saving
wow thats so soon! cant wait!
It's about playing the game in a new way
Sometimes troll mining can be a time save btw, it just depends

any builder able to help me out? tryna figure out how that floor behind the galdr table is made thats not marble floor is it?
Yea, you want rock trolls
yesterday we made a new group to play together
and today they message me they wont play again. lol really..
And the reason?
Things like that can happen.
I assume you know where to look for people who may not have that "problem"?
no idea ?
i wasn't looking.. just ended up responding to some girl message on a facebook valheim group
that she was looking to play with some people. i said why not, but i wasn't looking for that
just sad that this morning i did speak about our game yesterday and all and then nope.. its not hapening anymore
Must have gone really well.
thats the actual thing, it wasn't that bad. until the other dude came around
start bossing. and ended up im the one bossing around .but im the one hosting so i hope i can decide a few thing
in fact you are a beggar
wdym by endgame btw?
Like I dont think killing the northern boss is going to require killing eikthyr
The entire purpose of the game is killing all of the Forsaken.
it is?
Um, yes...
The Forsaken are the 'bosses', yes.
valheim is just such a chill game to just sink in to
subjective
Tell the devs that 😕
It’s what Hugin says as soon as you arrive
everyone plays and experiences the game differently
i bet theres people who just chill and build and dont care about the bosses
I'm sure there are.
i mean, it depends on how you define purpose
Oh, purpose has a very specific definition that isn't really subjective.
Chilling and building is optional, clearing the game will require killing every boss when 1.0 gives us an ending.
if you mean it as the purpose of the story, sure i agree
the overall purpose of the game is up to each player to define for themselves
the game is very open ended
Only because it doesn’t have an ending yet
It really, really, isn't. It's actually quite linear.
to you the purpose might be clearing the game and therefore killing every boss, to other players it could be just building a really cool house
the games purpose is for you to kill all of the bosses, whether you want to do that or not is up to you
how do you define purpose
both "sides" are right in their own fashion, and i agree with both tbh so i don't have much of an opinion
purpose of the story within the game, sure, like i said i agree with that
Then why the fuck are you arguing?
I'm not arguing i'm just weighing in?
what are you so upset about
Of course you can play the game any old way you enjoy, and I'd never stop anyone doing that.
I clearly didn't mean you. I'd never bother arguing with you.
maybe count to ten big man
I wasn't even the one to start the argument.
youre the one who decided to get all hostile because i disagree with you lol
Where was the hostility?
now we are playing dumb got it
OK, just going to block you and move on with my life now.
beat me to it
I presume this is the hostility being referred to
doesn't change the fact that killing the bosses is the main purpose of the game. idk why you would argue this
Oh, that was right at the end. They'd pushed me to it by that point.
I hope you're not in america. this would be a terrible way to spend memorial day.
how would you define purpose
do i need to start using tone indicators so people can understand im not trying to piss them off and that im genuinely interested in having a civil conversation
the main story of the game in this case
i really dont know what i did to offend derek here
i agree with you that its 100% the purpose of the story
@charred gale are you a bossless progression enjoyer?
not really but im sure theres people who only play the game to build
but saying that its the "entire purpose of the game" feels kinda shallow because theres so much more to the game than just the bossfights
way of playing the game =/= actual main story/purpose of the game
calling it the entire purpose of the game doesnt really work for me
Main objective is probably a better way of putting it
^
i can get behind that
i just think that calling killing the bosses the "entire purpose" just disregards every other aspect
Yeah, maybe that would have worked better. I think they'd still argue the toss over it though.
ig you could argue that all activities, eventually lead to killing the bosses, so if you look at it that way killing bosses is the entire point
All water leads to the ocean ahh scenario
maybe
youre allowed to think that
Pedantic drama is this server's bread and butter at this point.
We need deep north soon lma8
haha for real
if you dare disagree with people they wanna crucify you
Hii guys 🥹
Do you know if furniture and decorations or other types of objects will be added to existing materials? Sorry for asking here
There hasn't been an announcement for or against this, to my knowledge.
Don't be sorry. We don't know if devs add more furniture yet, probably in DN update.
I scrolled through the conversation and saw the word "blocked" in one of Derek's messages. Sigh, here we go again
"Probably, but not for sure" is my guess, but I'm a rando idk anything.
That's only because he isn't good at parrying.......
Same.
Maybe he's just a tower shield kinda guy
Oh, he certainly don't like those.
I think it's the timing. Probably because of being in another time zone and all that.
how to know the ip of my server guys
Ok thanks 🥹
So, what was this argument about?
Ooh, skipping bosses. 6 of 7 are, in fact skippable:
- Eithkyr: use trolls to mine for you
- Elder: glitch into crypts with a chair
- Bonemass: prospect with a 2-handed club
- Yagluth: pull a massive Bubzia in Mistlands
- Queen: a number of funny methods to get feather cape flight or cheese building mechanics, see message below from Scales
- Fader: nothing to gain

can i farm vineberries anywhere?
Other than collecting them in Ashlands, you mean?
Yes, when you get the seeds from gathering the berries in Ashlands, you can plant them "against" wall in your base.
omg thats amazing
@pliant hatch should i just build a tall s tructure then? not sure how this exactly works also only got 6 seeds
i assume i can use the cluster to farm more seeds
Queen is skippable
I haven't tested it to the fullest yet, but you will need a wall of about 12m high to get the benefits of it. PLanting is also a bit tricky, as you can't place them directly close to the wall, but need to have a bit distance between the sapling and the wall.
One thing I've seen somebody doing, is raising a dirt wall to its max, then use stone walls to "cover" that dirt wall and plant the berries against that.
Just keep in mind you will need some distance between the berries as well, so using a 4m wide wall for one berry may be a good distance.
How would you get to Ashlands without the ||artisan table upgrade||?
thank you Thorin
Longboat and building workbenches for repairs on spikes works.
It's also possible to jump from one spike to another if you're lucky.
There’s quite a few methods
Longship sail spike to spike to shore, feather cape and get hit by a stone golem on a mountain, clip out of a dungeon with feather cape and glide to Ashlands, and many more
All right then
Also on elder, plenty of sources for iron, mistlands (seeker soldier mining or aqueduct), plains has sealed towers, and mountains has a small amount of iron in frost caves
Yeah, that also works
I'm not a shield guy, no.
Well, I do hope your parrying improves over time, so you don't have to block all the time. 😉
you got that right
i build and chill, bosses can wait a long while, ive never done Mist Land myself
never even beated the 5th boss
i was in game twice that they killed it already so i wasn't there
Is it weird to run 2 stamina foods most of the time? Mostly switch for bosses
Nope. That's what's called a HSS build, and it's very common along with HHS
Plenty of people run HSS, depends on your playstyle.
Is it normal to find the black forest to be fucking tiny compared to the meadows?
I usually do the same because Im running around so much
It's a procedurally generated world, so sometimes. You might need to sail, or at the very least explore the main island more.
I usually try to run along the coast of each island to figure out the shape
Small BFs are not rare, but IME most starting islands have a lot of BF, there probably another bigger one on the same island
yeah
I hope so, I need more burial grounds as I cant build a kiln as it sits right now, I have to make coal by burning meat
while running along the coast, I often look outwards to see if I can spot other islands on the horizon and mark them on the map
Build a kiln, smelt coal, deconstruct, build a smelter, smelt metal, deconstruct, repeat
Why does my fire randomly go out?
Add wood to it
it could be due to smoke ventilation absence ?
They'd probably have died from the smoked effect at that point
It has 10 wood and I have a chimney that goes two past my thatch roof and is topped with a cover via floor, the side of it is not blocked to allow ventilation
Smoke needs room to get out, you need to make something like chimney.
Hm, throw a screenshot of it in #valheim-help
It does indeed have it, give me just a moment
Taking a screenshot would definitely help to see what could be wrong.
Assuming you play without mods.
Hey
?
is it solved ?
I'm new to valheim so I'm glad this server exists
Welcome to the server. 👋

just send a screenshot to valheim help we could help maybe
Youtube and the wiki lied to me
This copper vien is fully disconnected from all other ground and its still floating
ahhahahahahhaha
It's basically impossible to consistently pop those without mods to see the weirdass bounding box. It's highly unintuitive.
So dig out larger
You can more than likely pop it in chunks by disconnecting portions from the main blob, though.
Even that is of dubious efficacy.
yeah i usualy ıse that
ı
oh i am not getting banned by ı i am so happy now
Yep, that's pretty normal unfortunately
Not yet fighting for my life
I did dig out bronze about 2 times in all the time playing. mostly I think it is not worth the effort there is more than enough around to just take what is up top and move on to the next. Never had a problem just doing that. But well.. I guess if one loves digging stuff up... if it makes people happy 😄
I NEED ALL OF IT
Mine individual chunks out then
I have officially entered the bronze age, now to make a swird and an atgeir whatever that is
😄 use its secondary on a troll when you have a safe chance just saying talking about the atgeir
As opposed to what? lmao thats the only thing there is to mine
guys how did no body made a two handed weapons only challenge howw
it would have been interesting
I have ongoing one.
i am planing to make myself a challenge run this summer
ha ha a true viking that before me :d
Just for now planing to
hard difficulty combat multiplier until ashlands (1.5)
no boses or boss items first boss to kill is going to be Fader
no boss power as you could guess
small starting island
only two handed weapons
and could be interesting to add ideas :d
maybe its too much for a singular challenge i am not sure
Theres no two handed weapon at the start of the game?
Stagbreaker.
Technically yes, but I banned them in my run.
btw i am not going to abuse bows i am not much of a bow guy after 1300 hours i have nearly have 60 at all weapons and 50 on bows
i don't know how i can fight against some flying enemies
I allowed spear throws.
would be great if you have a idea maybe sledges could work
Sledge? I just entered the bronze age and havent seen one
oh now thats a interesting idea just using spears secondary only
you didnt find stagbreaker usualy most people abuse it in dungeons
It requires corewood, deer trophies and leather scraps.
i think i give it a chance i didnt use spears a lot after my first run
Yeah that I have used as my ranged option, to spice up a bit.
But no bows, not sure about crossbows yet.
its sounds hard so i am interested :d
but i could change my idea later
i usualy using spears only to avoid crude bow and troll hunting
Had to see my notes for the run:
- 2 handed weapons for melee only
- Spear for ranged only
- No armor that gives movement speed penalty
- No shields
yeah its automaticaly no shields
i wana say something ironic i didnt use bronze and iron armor ever
And obviously no dual wielded weapons even thought they count as 2 handed weapon types in game.
OHHH ITS INCLUDES ROOT SETS TOO ?
NO NO NO NO
its my favorite set
how many sets even there
Sacrifices must be made lol.
Basically 2 per biome, except Plains has 1 and Ashlands 3.
Now that you have the blob isolated, start mining little cracks to separate the blob into smaller blobs
Helmets are allowed, since they don't restrict movement speed.
btw i am a light set player i was thinking like i should use heavy armor as a diffuclty :d
yeah i abuse it a lot btw :d ahahahahh
That sounds like a painful amount of mining lol
I thought about a skirmisher type playstyle with 2 handers.
ahahahhahahah i am litteralt not using heavy armor for not mining
what does skirmisher means
its feels so epic btw only two handed its sounds so bad ass
Kinda like light infantry.
maybe i should avoid using bonefires and campfires too
oh
Battleaxe has become slowly my favorite weapon in swamps at least. I crafted it first with my first batch of iron I mined in that run lol.
i think it just kill the all meaning of the challenge
btw i am planing to use trolls for wood chopping
I used campfires for first leather scraps.
i hope i dont have hard time to find enough fine wood
yeah that could be reasoneable its just saving time
i was considering for abomination i still remebering my first time parrying them with my bronze buckler and litteraly chopping them down with my axe it was so epic and addictive
valheim doing so great the feeling of fighting with mystical creatures
Friendly troll can help with that lol.
Oh and another twist: I plan go no deaths in that run too.
Yeah they are going to be have to work a bit more :d
maybe i can pay them with my atgeirs later 😄
i will need them to craft a bronze pickaxe too ;")
its going to my probably 3th time i am gona craft that :d
So you won't be able to sleep until you get a forge?
NOOO not like that as a weapon
btw i am usualy not sleeping just to get across more starred enemies but
i cant get pass the beautifull rested buff :d
rested is for chumps
Just thinking if I continue my 2 hander challenge run after the combat update. That new armor piece looks like it would fit really well for that run.
They mentioned a set bonus, i'm curious as to what it will be
They did? I think I missed it.
If you dont play the game start to finish with no rested buff and constant wet + cold, you are NOT a real gamer and you do not deserve valhalla you filthy poser…
But probably, being light armor (probably).
Ah, the QA with Lisa.
Didn't pay too much attention to the background.
I do hope there will be a set bonus, but each piece still has some unique modifier, much like the root mask, harnesk, etc
Increases build diversity and options
i wish they add some interesting Pants
now i think about it it would be so broken if they added a ||sledge with ability of using elemental gems||
oh wait can mistlands mobs breake yggdrasil
yes
is it a plains light armor?
oh okkey looked at the wiki there is lots of way to get it i get a huge relief
no there isn't a one unfortunatly
We dunno, I suspect so, either light or medium set
oh are you was talking about the next update ?
yes
sorry i missunderstood
would be cool if plains got dungeons and a new armor
now i think about it root harnesk is the only armor piece that i use that have movement penalty
do y'all think they will eventually add magic to earlier biomes?
yeah but don't know i want a plains tier light armor too
i don't think so maybe a few stuff but not completaly
yeah I just mean something weak that can serve as a "tutorial" for it
it would harm the mistlands main thing
but i had a idea that have someting with cultist
it would be sooo interesting if they add something to cultist
that open early game magic i think it could fit like
The Wisidom of the wolf
but not sure they added fire staff and ice staff already in mistlands 😭
it could harm the experience
but i personaly rather
maybe a armor that crafts with Fenris fur and Red Jute
i wonder other players opinion about it maybe i should suggest
anyway good night everyone or morgen gjall :d
I reaaally hope that they add some rly cool stuff in 1.0
They did call it a proper 1.0 package and im rly hyped
I don't think dungeons would fit well in the plains
Magic appearing in Mistlands fits the lore and the appearance of the special mushrooms and yggdrasil roots you can drain for sap. You need sap and fossilised jotun brains to refine eitr, I really can't see that being moved to earlier biomes in any way, shape or manner, especially since the earlier game is not balanced around magic being a thing. It's just not going to happen outside the realms of modding.
What I would hope for that is a little more realistic is a greater variety of points of interest in each biome, things like a greater variety of ruins, sometimes connected to dungeons, mini-bosses, maybe even a few more mobs. And maybe, just maybe some simple kind of cosmetics. Not thinking about transmog as in some other games, but for example you might find a rusted and broken sword in a burial chamber that lets you make your bronze sword with a certain look. No change to the stats, just visual variety.
Simply put, a little more incentive to keep exploring, to find fun stuff even after you have obtained what you need from a biome.
anyone know why some items may not despawn in the ||ashlands||? not even constructed items (at least by me) #screenshots message
Oh, I wouldn't mind some form of tether to get a mount to STAY PUT after I dismounted...
It would be easy enough for them to expand on the previous civilizations in Valhiem, with real cities to explore, not just static dilapitated villages
I have to fight Chokodai Tundra King!!!
Well, just one thing that would be cool would be the kind of draugr village you can run across in Meadows - but in the swamp. Half sunken, overgrown with moss, some different buildings, a bunch of starred draugr and mayhaps even a thuggish draugr mini-boss. That's just one thing, there's really no limit to what is possible. Really looking forward to DN and whatever it brings!
there's really no limit to what is possible
contrary to the literal limits that are already existing...
It's not a statement to be taken entirely literally, I think you get what I mean. It just means there's lots of various cool stuff they could do if they want and have time over besides the core DN stuff being made. Time and resources are limiting factors, so yeah, there are limits. But still...
As for me Ashlands is kicking my behind daily, conquering it will take me a good while. DN can take its time, I'm good 😄
use root chest
giga chad power of the swamp (+barley wine for fire res)
Not even crafted that thing, it's not my style 😄
I cant wait to make and try the new weapons, just gotaa hoof it back and forth across the meadows
when will the release date be?
No one knows yet.
Oh Im talking about weapons already in game lol, this is my first playthrough and I just unlocked bronze
is there any way to place multiple charcoal kilns in one spot to make a mega kiln
did they patch the farm method for surtlings digging the spawner out
Nope
Scroll wheel to angle the doors to all face the same spot
Try
No, sleeping Is always till morning
Only at night and/or storm 🙂
I appreciate so much how no one has spoiled me thus far on the game, the solo blind playthrough has been so satisfying
No spoilers?
Well don't forget about the ||trees|| and the constant ||walking|| and the occasional ||jump|| that you need to deal with.
😏
Mostly
Now to find the boss of the black forest
I believe in your ability to be the boss of the Black Forest.
Show all who oppose you the error of their ways.
Oh I am absolutely feeling overconfident the only thing that has changed since the first is 2 more pieces of troll armor and bronze weapons
4/4 troll and bronze weapons is god tier for black forest, troll can be upgraded to level 3 easily and is not much weaker then bronze armour, and doesnt slow you down, its great - also fine wood bow is a beauty and I love bronze weapons, a lot of variety to try out different ones as well
Im using the funny looking bronze weapon, troll helmet, torso and pants, Im pretty sure a deer cape and a tower bone shield
I feel dirty using Devcommands to go rescue my stuff, but damnit Im too old and have 2 youngs kids, I can't spend all night sailing across the map lol, someone validate me lol
Games should be fun, if you're not having fun doing corpse runs and all that, then it's justified
Bottom line is your enjoyment, maximize it
any info on when deep north is out
no, all that we know is that it's sometime in the future, and that the next update is a combat update, not the deep north
Anyone else feels like the sword is about to break everytime you swing it?
What sword?
Bronze Sword 😄
Not particularly.
The "SHLING" sounds makes it feel like I'm slicing it onto a big rock everytime I swing, makes me feel like it's breaching
Does it mean easy mode is over?
Huh?
Was replying to Scales lol
Not sure I understand either
Yeah, but what easy mode?
Combat update
Do you mean that the combat update means that the game will no longer be on easy mode?
If anything it'll make it easier.
It could make it easier, it could make it more difficult, we'll just have to see
If they've actually fixed sloped combat.
I'm trying to join a friend but it's saying that I'm entering the wrong password when it is the correct password.
Bruh
Guess we'll never know.
That's okay i'm fine with that
Lol.
Combat update could add new intricacies and skill expressions, it could also dumb the game down
Maybe get them to try a different password. Are they using any special characters or unicode char etc? Keep it relativelys simple and try again
Already tried a different password. No special characters.
Have you ever joined this server before? VPN connection issues maybe?
Yep we've been playing for about two weeks now
Both of our NAT types are open.
In the two years of playing I've never had this issue.
Maaaaan, the wind changes direction with me AAAAAAAAAAAAARGH
Always in my face
Any motor mods?
9.9 would be fine
Yeah that was a joke 😛
#joke-discussion
Now i have thinked about it a bit more like i said and you said adding magic to older biomes could harm the experience but what if we find a point of interest like you said that have a special mage item or maybe a staff of ember variant that you learn its location by dvergers and go there and take it ? maybe this could fit the job a lot better it can not add magic to older biomes but add special variatns and adds interesting quests ?
They said something about sloped combat, which makes it easier for vikings to hit things, and for things to hit the vikings as well I'd say....
2 edged sword - might make it harder instead of easier to avoid certain attacks with god rocks etc as well depending on what exactly is in the combat update
i love this game
so itll also be fixed for foes
Ohh nooooo
i am sometimes jumping to dodge attacks
it could be not funny :d
the current state of things sometimes makes you miss when trying to hit boars or necks with a spear
if theyre on ground that's an inch lower than the ground youre on
yeah it happened to me to
It is the primary reason the spear goes into storage permanently as soon as I get bronze and can make a sword. The other being the lack of a combo in the primary attack, the repeated overhead stab without variation is dull compared to all other weapon types, which is a shame. I'd like to use spears more, but as is, they are set aside for deer and gull hunting mostly.
To be honest, the spear primary feels kinda unfinished. Might get some attention with the combat update? 🙏🏽
i hope yea
im using it cause i wanna have it as a gimmick weapon like i had in my previous playthtoug
setting sail now alone, i think this can either go wrong or very wronfg
If you are on a raft, you might want to hug the coasts for the time being. If you go out into open water, make sure you brought a bow and arrows!
wThought the raft can't go into the ocean
i got the second one
Karve
karve is a bit small but its capable
It can, but it is kin of a bad idea.
the humble serpent nibbling on the keel:
Wasn't one around
Karve is the best boat overall imo. So much more agile than the bigger ones, it is my go-to boat if I'm not about to ship a haul of ore across the world.
i agree its very agile but i like the longship because it looks the coolest
Not being able to portal ores is so dumb, i turned that junk off
the newest one does also have its own coolness
patience...
I have a job, low attention span, and really overburnt from grindy games. I'll pass
i get that and theres no reason to feel bad about doing that or anything, the option exists for a reason
Strongly disagree, if you can teleport metal you bypass a large chunk of what makes the game interesting to me. But I do like that they added the option for those who want.
yea i personally like the challenge
Trust me i dont feel bad cause it also doesn't make sense. anything metal related their tools are able to be teleported. but not the ore or ingots? doesn't make a lick of sense
Items like Surtling cores and such that possess some magic. I can understand they may screw with portal magic
YOU SHOULD FEEL TERRIBLE FOR HAVING FUN PLAYING A GAME.
😏
Oh heavens my enjoyment, i'm enjoying too much
yeah who do you think you are
if you didnt play the game on v. hard and wet + cold combo you arent a real gamer
I'm leaning towards making my next run a no-portals run until Ashlands and the stone portal. There's no way I'd ever subject myself to no-portal down there though...
+no food + no armor + no potions
Steering wheel only too

Steering Wheel?
Scale issue.
Real players use the guitar.
Steering wheel is by far and away more challenging than a guitar
It's way too easy to dodge with the wheel.
Source: I made it up
Are barrels useless? As chests
Now the DRUMSET. That's where the skill is at.
They hold stuff don't they?
yippee i finally got rested 8
I dunno, piano kinda brutal
Acordian Hero game when?
they have more slots than regular chests
Do you ever make them for storage?
"Is container useless for holding things?"
Well... it holds things. So by definition it is fulfilling its use case. Making it not useless.
for aesthetic purposes mostly but they can be pretty cool
Idk, the difference is so small I always just make more chests
The other 2 feel actually worth it
Well, as worth is subjective to the individual, you feeling the others are worth more means you are correct.
Right thats what I meant, they're not very useful outside aesthetics
Do you ever make barrels for storage? Like pre iron or w.e
Yes.
well im back to mining copper
Have you killed yag
yes
There you go
this game...
Make sure to spawn proof your house to make sure they don’t spawn in your house at night time
Simple fix
spawn proof?
Place workbenches or other stuff like that
ffs, i just died because another fulling spawned here and set me on fire
not within but close
i have a lot of things placed already
might be it, they are so fast and smart in pathfinding
Yeah in Meadows & Black Forest those little green buggers are really hard to see at night too, they've sucker-punched me out of nowhere more than once. They even suppress their regular giggling to make sure they get the drop on me...
That's the worst part with the nightspawned fuling revenge-parties. In Plains you can hear them come.
If it is your base you should probably put some defences in place so mobs can't just walk inside.
The meadows become the most dangerous biome in the game at night as you progress story wise
Everything starts to show up 😂
I mean they also show up in other biomes
Yes, but you tend to relax more in Meadows. At least I do, all the time, then a bloody seeker swoops in and gives me the old stab-hello.
I do wish there was a way to disable them raids ingame.
There is
Not command lines
World modifier
I mean during play.
You can end an event with devcommands
Like, I dunno, raids comes from a spawner and you gotta track em down and destroy them. Giving you peace for a few days.
But can you command a dev with events? 😏
Worth a try!
setworldmodifier raids <--
you can do it ingame, and it's sticky until you change it
I think yall are not getting what I mean.
I wish there was more to raids other than just enduring them. I wish we could actually fight them back or something.
I know they can be disabled through commands and modifiers.
That's what I do every time. I run outside and kill them dead until they run away
You know what. Nevermind. You keep doing you.
I getcha - kill this mob stone to stop the endless raids of cultist, fulings, etc etc etc
Kinda like how killing a boss stops their army from raiding you
Would be nice, but the truth is Valheim is not supposed to be a place to stay 😅
Odin wants us to kill those forsaken to get to valhalla
And Valheim is supposedly the most “lawless” of the now 10 realms, so it kinda makes sense that you can have no peace
Peace is a lie...
The idea was that peace would be temporary.
After a few days, them raids would resume, meaning you gotta track the source again.
No, they are smaller and hold 2 slots more than regular wooden chest.
And they be very cute 🥰
@gray sand , you gonna finish that sentence? 😅
Nope. 🙂
Cool 😉
Because this is #valheim-chat 😛
Mmmhmmm.
Back on topic it is then 🥳
mhm, being smaller is a good point! Didnt consider that
2x1 m can fit 3 barrels, so you can make compact shelves of them. 👍
36 item slots per 2x1x1 space.
Barrels are also a heck of a lot more decorative than the typical wooden chest. I have a few standing around the base here and there, not just in the storage room..
I love using barrels for food storage
Most of time for mead and potions
Yeh they look a lot like mini-fermenters, i put a couple in the mead crafting area even if i don't really need more storage
Also looks good in dock
Puting 2 or 3 around
Plus their low profile makes them easier to hide
That's just the way it is. But if you've built three you can process an entire stack of ore in one go, that should really be sufficient if you are solo
Your boat won't take as much damage in storms
And sometimes you don't want to go as fast, e.g. when hunting serpents.
Cargo floats in crates, you lose what mats don't float, primarily the nails
Depends on how you sail to be fair, if you crash into big waves head on at full sail the boat will take some collision damage. The karve is more sensitive to this than the long ship though, the long ship rarely takes much punishment. But the karve can get swamped if you sail carelessly.
I prefer the karve when exploring since it is so much more agile, but the long ship is king when you need to haul cargo.
Wood is more easily available than resin or other alternatives, so using hearths is actually quite viable. Sconces are best wall lighting sources, dvergr lanterns and wisp torches don't require fuel but produce only low light, and the color is rather unpleasant IMO
what are some good ways to invade/mob proof my house? i just got my first little bit of iron and im scared im gonna get raided and lose everything
Ditch and earthen wall
i was worried id hear that, its just so ugly
You asked for best. Not the prettiest 😄
i just said good lol
im ok with 2nd best XD
Creatures will only break what they need to in order to reach their target. Walk outside and your base will be completely safe.
You could just spawnproof such a massive area that no mobs will spawn?
expensive but yea that could work
stakes
i threw my ore in while i was building
its supposed to be crude
Raid creatures will always hunt for you, not your structures (unless you die or fight too close to furniture). If you have an animal farm, I recommend completely encapsulate it from all sides.
So whenever you do get raided, just fight outside your base and make sure all farm gates are closed and there's no entry. Also creatures don't spawn in your base, they spawn at a distance and then sprint (or fly) towards you.
You can also sleep the night away to speed up smelting/taming processes/food baking/cooking
If that’s changed lmk
Its just general base chores, fill kiln, fill smelter, go do some gardening, collect coal/ore, refill, go refill torches etc..
would it be cool to use both swords and spears
Doesn't speed taming afaik and if you sleep while cooking it is highly likely it will burn.
still possible though - food wise 😂
I’m sure I’ve seen taming sped up due to sleeping. Been a hot minute since I’ve played though
Who hasnt drunkenly fell asleep and left the grill on after getting home from the pub with the munchies eh?
When converting the mass excess of seeker meat to coal it is helpful.
Not me cos I don’t go to pubs / bars
i drink once every full moon
awoooo
Once, many, many years ago, I woke up to find my toaster in pieces on the floor and my wooden butter knife carefully chewed to bits.
A case for Mulder and Skully no doubt
The kind of hunger our vikings feel with the food bar empty and those measly 25 health..
sounds like a fine time to go do some building on the roof
Ooof
why does everything cost so much iron 😮
my base has more death markers than the ashlands at this point 😦
Do wolves eat cooked neck tail btw? I found a few stacks in an old chest
like i got 20 and thought it was alot
oh, cooked? not sure actually
3rd rule of Valheim, you never have enough iron. Ever.
Like, a real world dog that size eats anything, so they should. I'll try and see
If not they're going into the obliterator
Nope. Picky damn mutts
should the first thing i really invest my iron be a longer boat so i can hold more?
making repeat runs better?
First 10 iron always goes to nails.
Boat.
Usually my 1st 2 iron always go to making the stonecutter, But then i'm addicted to building so.. Yeah, otherwise i'd say nails/boat
iron buckler is also usually high on my list too
thats so true
you get 300 stacks of iron, come home, smelt it all, make armor and notice halfway through upgrading your iron helmet that you're all out, and need to do another run
Iron helmet?
Does anyone know if they are addressing the lag issues when multiple people are in the same area? Seems to be a cut off in distance away from other players when the lag starts and stops
Hah, also found two full stacks of raw neck tails stashed away. Also noted that cooking them to coal does count as cooking
guys how do I spawn the plains boss
fuling totems
how many
5
As with Moder, there is sockets on the alter to place them. So you can see for your self.
where's the altar
You have to find it, it is different on all worlds
You can find the boss markers sometimes in stone circles in the plains
Sure, all of em have some res and some weaknesses, if you don't want to spoil yourself looking at the wiki you can go with intuitivity or experiments (old rule, yellow damage numbers mean weakness, white neutral and grey resistance)
ah
Yag (plains boss) is basically a big skelly, so shares some res characteristics, also he's good at handling fire, kinda "fire-enchanted", and he's an undead
Yeah, if you read the various runestones there are actually some hints in them on the character of the bosses
when will be new winter update?
He's neutral to spirit so the silver sword works well
There is no winter update
Frostner?
Frostner is also good, better than any black metal weapon but not as strong as the sword
awesome
😭
If you're talking about the ||Deepnorth|| update then we haven't gotten a confirmed date yet
Chicken jockey
any tips that might be helpful fighting Yag?
Use a weapon that deals spirit damage
got that checked
His spawning animation takes a while and you can damage him a ton while it's playing
oh cool
thanks
Get fire resist meads
oh right
almost forgot
Also what armor are you using?
Padded
That's good
level 2
Any non pierce weapon really, but silver sword and Frostner deal good damage due to extra spirit. Silver sword even better than blackmetal due to that fact.
wait so arrows won't work?
Either https://discord.com/channels/391142601740517377/1202267437647527977 or https://discord.com/channels/391142601740517377/1202320491377856512 (in Help remember not exceed your limits).
what about frost arrows?
seems logical that a fire creature would be weak to frost
Even with frost arrows you're mostly dealing pierce damage because of the base pierce damage of the bow
A silver sword or frostner will do so much better than anything else
Frost arrows are okay, but not the best for dealing damage due to what Blobicycake said.
It takes 250ish frost arrows to defeat him iirc.
They are quite dangerous when unaware.
Especially in group.
Best take them afar with bow or lead something else to take them down.
yeah i noticed
and by that i mean i died
how do i get back items that are stuck in tar
Drain out the tar by either raising the terrain or mining around it so it flows away
Don't remember if you can take grave from tar but draining it or raising ground work too.
alright thanks
Just murdered Yagluth
Why? He was resting
He stole something of mine
Heading into mistlands rn
Whats the link between Yag and mistlands boss
Both are large
Possibly
both are forsaken
leader of the goblin bois is bad
mistlands is worse
Have you fought the ashlands boss
yes
Same
xd
I dont think im allowed to talk more about that here though since i dont wanna spoil
Guys what's the next level of gear after black metal
Eitr
Go to the mistlands and find out 🙏
I'm there but i can't find anything besides marble and Ygg wood
Is it a tiny area
not even monsters
Just keep exploring
You do have padded armor right
yes
Okay good
You have barely scratched the surface, go deeper.
i found what seems to be an ally
And good luck
Go into a dungeon to unlock the new crafting station
You can jump over seekers for a free hit from behind if you need a slower but safer way of killing them
oh thanks for that it worked
You should be able to parry them with your current gear
i panicked ;-;
They’re still tough even if you can parry
Especially if you get swarmed
A bronze buckler parries most of their moves
I’m a public test mistlands survivor 😔🙏
It was brutal
(I might be spreading misinformation, i’ve never seen a confirmed nerf to the enemies, but they started feeling easier at some point)
yeah they're kinda easy if you don't panic and thay don't swarm you
Mistlands is Nothing Lands with the Frostner
nope they were nerfed
I thought so
General rule of thumb is, if new content --> yes has been nerfed
Same with ashlands when it came out. As soon as me and my mate exited our ship the entire ecosystem within a five mile radius was attacking us
Agreed
I can't find any dungeons
what do they look like?
You should be able to see multiple spires going the same direction, multiple seekers guarding the entrance as.well
Also stairs leading up to it
never found any stairs but i'll keep looking
I posted a picture of it in the screenshots channel if that helps
i havent seen flametal at all in ashlands, do i have to go in the center to find it
thanks alot
Explore and go take a closer look at whatever is visible from a distance
Do you know how flametal spawns in
Be careful in there
Be careful with the seekers
