I'd recommend finding the starred boars as close as you can and kite them there. It will take a while but the boat method is extremely risky and difficult

You should be able to agro the enemies, lure them over to the dvergr, probably die, then either run to your graves and leave while they fight or if the fight has already ended get a lot of stamina and run past the seeker, grab the grave, then kill it or leave

The initial point was that tripling the team was a big increase in people compared to the initial number, but for some reason Lowku interpreted it as Derek saying that they no longer have a small team it seems. 🙂

The Friends Request settings are on the Content & Social tab under where yoy've seen the DM ones.

I don't think there's one that quite does what you want tohugh. You can't turn them off for a specific server.

Just use the potion, it's easy and makes the fight pretty easy. Bonemass only has 1 melee attack so it's pretty easy to dodge. If you notice he's using the minion summon or the gas cloud keep hitting!
A single roll dodges the melee attack. Use his summoning structure as cover

Anybody else absolutely hating Mistlands? Over the weekend I spent hours just whacking my spacebar trying to jump up rocks, being constantly attacked by Gjalls and not finding a single dungeon. The Mistlands biome absolutely ruins the game for me. It's just so tedious moving about

I'm the opposite, it is my favorite biome so far. It's very unique.

I love the way it looks (although you can't see much of it at a time), and the mobs are a good level of difficulty, I just mainly hate the moving around (even WITH the ||feather cape||) and the crazy spawn rate of Gjalls

There's a few great videos on no map out there. It's really quite easy though. Tree is a huge asset. It's tracking bosses with a build piece as your pointer. Doing this over great distance and visual impairment is tricky.

I love the idea of cartography table being a map source. If you can make it back to the table or bring one with you. I really don't want to run mods for it.

I had an idea last night. Use the world generator site to screenshot the map once seed is known. No icons allowed ofc. But this could be an external reference. Just have to explore to confirm what's on the reference map.

IF you play on normal difficulty, parry is INCREDIBLY powerful. You can also parry trolls. You just need to upgrade your shields a bit. Following up with an attack does a lot of damage

just make big connected boxes, vary the sizes of the boxes, roof each box individually rather than trying to make one big roof. To make it look a bit more interesting you can add depth by overhanging the rooves a little and varying the height of your boxes (and therefore giving you different roof heights.) add boxes (ie rooms) as necessary. here's my functional main base for my current run using just that method: #screenshots message

Considering you can start with the club as first weapon, using the bronze mace is a good choice.

But eventually the "best" weapon is the one you like the most. Being it one doing slash, pierce or blunt damage and one or two handed. It's what you feel as "the best" that's the "best" weapon.

But you will find similar ones in outposts and as long as you don't attack them they will be neutral to you.

Just make sure you got your pointer over them and when you see the green health bar, DO NOT attack it.

@plush umbra I generally prep the area around bonemass. Its not necessary, but I find the fight more comfortable. I basically raise the ground around the area, so theres no waterhole I can get stuck in. I also make a pallisade wall around the arena so I dont get stray draugrs and skeletons on me. Its way overkill doing all this, but I dont mind it

If you keep the default settings as they are, you still will need boats and / or a cart to transport ores and an item to summon a boss.
So while it will make exploring a bit easier as you can use a pair of portals to quickly return to your base, for the transportation of some goods they're completely useless.

My advise, if this is the first time you play this game, try the default settings and no mods first.
If you think the resource drop rate is too low, change only that, but don't go too far. A setting of 1,5 or 2,0 items is more than enough to get through all biomes.

Once you've done a full playthrough with those settings, you can consider using mods and or adjust the other modifiers to make the game easier or harder.

You put them in the incubator. I think the devs misspelled it with incinerator. Anyways, pull the handle a a warm jolt of electricity will jump start their life. You will get a carbon copy of your pet rock
