it varies - but you could easily get half a stack - but without needing to mine anything, along with all the other loot you get.

I tend to skip mistlands and just get my soft tissue from ashlands on my current speed run attempts

and you dont need black metal pickaxe - just a stone axe will get it for you

From my testing the activiation of the morgan inside the cave is random - i.e. its not 'noise' or loot etc - sometimes it activates immediately - othertimes it doesnt come up until 2nd or 3rd time in there.

Even when they pop out, they roll around alot, they can smack all the soft tissue for you, so you just grab it

nah - you can run over the same spot sometimes 3-4 times - and they come up on the 5th time

I've spent alot of time in the caves testing the mechanic.... I did look in the source code briefly and couldnt find the trigger - but to be honest I didnt look hard

and then you are garunteed to always have 1x chest. With up to 2x bonus chests. So max 3.

Except Morgan caves are bugged, and sometimes the walls spawn in such a way that the chest(s) are behind the wall - so you can actually end up with 0 chests

Imo ranged weapons can be good with bloodstone. Using protection bubble and intentionally hurting self to lower HP and you can deal quite fast with even Valkyries for a moment.

Look for the ruins of something that looks like a black marble bridge.
When you find one, place a stonecutter between both ends so you can demolish all the pilars you see. Once you've destroyed enough of the black marble between the structure and the ground, it will all collapse and all you need to do is collect the iron ingots and the black marble.

Same. Whenever I played Rust I preferred to build in the snow as I liked the additional survival element against the cold. It really annoyed my other team members.
Getting a safezone set up in a dangerous area provides a real sense of accomplishment.

If you have good enough block to parry - just tap right-click for 1st attack, let go, and tap again (timing that is very easy) and u will always parry no matter if he feints.

• if he has 2* and you can't parry, just whip out your good'ol frostner and MMB until he dies

(Ashland's mace works too - green upgrade is nice as if u root him u can just switch for ur DPS weapon and finish him off)

Depending on your block ability:

• parry -> use whatever (mistwalker is good, silver/black sword too, frostner is not bad, pierce weapons will just take longer to kill him)
• parry only when he goes for jump-roll (that deals no dmg compared to his other skills so it's very easy to parry)
• when he tries to swing at you u can dodgeroll to his side and smack him a couple of times

It’s a complicated process unfortunately, but you have to import your world to your local files, change the modifiers, then upload the world back to Nitrado.

You have a 50% chance of getting a 2 star boar. You can repeat until you do get a 2 star boar from the process and then you can kill the regular boars and then just breed the 2 star boars for a 100% chance of getting a 2 star boar

Fallen Valkyrie and Askvin are fun to vs tho

nup dragon tears can't, most probably wisp torches, can be half or even fully covered with structural build pieces for fancy building stuff (and still retain mist clearing effect)

It can... It just isn't as effective as tin requires 4-6 hits per node that grants you 3-5 tin ore... (+it's extremely easy to find - just follow the shore in black forest) so there is just no point bringing the blue friends for help

As in comparison the copper node parts take more hits and have just % chances of dropping ore/stone without even guaranteeing the ore drop + the nodes are built of multiple parts - hence a blue buddy that deals 3-4x your pickaxe dmg in AoE can be helpful

I find game very dark on Xbox (my PC died recently) in certain areas e.g. underground, night time in BForest, etc - the game overrides the HDR settings even on Series X - but on PC (I just got it mended) the game is wonderful and almost too bright at nightime. I usually don't go as crazy as Barney or asatru but also I just craft forge upgrades, a pickaxe lv1 and an iron buckler and usually skip the iron weapons completely, and then sometimes build stuff with it... Yeah half the storage of the longship should be enough then, but if you craft weapons u should add like 3-4 stacks (~100-120) per weapon u plan on crafting and upgrading

Many ashlands enemies have friendly fire on some or all of their attacks, which are very helpful for dealing with large groups of enemies because all you need to do is dodge and wait.

try ur best to kite if things look dire. aside the option to retreat, they eventually will wittle down themselves cuz they can hit each other
you could try an ooze bomb or whatever's the stronger version of them i think that could work?
if you're a mage you can sit back and splash damage everything with fireball staff or trickle with ice staff, otherwise ur gonna have to try to get some cheap parries in
krom could be cool damage when u parry, tho you're in place for a bit, while a round shield probably will serve well
make sure to take meads if any can apply here

if you're climbing over the wall to get inside, snipe the spawners before u fully commit

if you're going in via the front door. u just gotta keep ur shield up and try to force urself slowly to each spawner

if you have trollstav, u can summon trolls inside and let them clean up

Ive never had an issue going in prepared with high armor and weapon upgrades, high grade foods, and potions. Valheim is all about prep, if you jump in without planning much you will have a much higher chance of dying and putting yourself in a death loop situation

cause im not good at dodging or blocking the warrior attacks, and i oneshot normal archers and shamblers or whatever theyre called with a sneak attack
