Have you defeated bonemass? If you have, make some frost resistance meads and start heading into the mountains. The biomes go Meadows, Black Forest, Swamp, Mountains, Plains, Mistlands, and Ashlands (and then unreleased Deep North) You should have some basic equipment, an iron sword is good and you'll need an iron pickaxe to mine mountain materials. And cooking station upgrades and maybe an iron shield

You can actually leave it there as long as you don't remove that mrker from your map.

You can even put another marker on the map to remind you what's there.

After that, craft new gear, defeat Bonemass and the boss after it and you will be fine.

That's a much easier solution as to keep doing a death-loop, just because you want to get your stuff back.

the problem is i died next to his spawn i forgot to get the bones to spawn him so i died really stupid in the middel of the water

Visit a few sunken crypts and you got enough withered bones to summon Bonemass again.

use the hoe before summoning him to flatten the land, place some torches or workbenches around (torches are better as they're smaller) to do a spawn supressing and then summon him.

You can even cheese the fight by putting a plateau around the skull, with a ladder to get on it, then summon bonemass, jump on the platform and hammer him with an iron mace or stagbreaker.

I would bring bare minimum gear needed to achieve the task honestly

That's why I said it's better to craft the items again. Because the only thing you're doing now is getting frustrated over things that shouldn't frustrate you.

Get new weapons, get new armor. Level it up to its maximum.
Get better food. With the Swamp within reach you should be able to get a tier 2 or tier 3 cauldron. And thus also tier 3 foods.
Once you have that, visit another swamp and mine the iron from the crypts. Get an iron mace, get the root mask, craft the poison potions and the huntsman bow. Craft wooden arrows and craft a new boat.

Find a spot with meadows or black forest and enter the swamp from there; as it's more "safe" as entering the swamp by boat.
Use the bow to lure ONE Draugr to you. Keep shooting at it until it dies. Then repeat.
Once you are near water, use the bow to shoot the leeches.
Or hunt for a few deer, create a stagbreaker and use it's area effect to kill the leeches.

Once you've done that, use the hoe to craft a path through the swamp. That way you're always fighting on dry land.

And as for the "blue ghost"; I don't know if you mean the one in the air or one on land; but.....

The ones in the air disapear during the day. So you may want to wait until you see the notification about a new day popping up.

If it's one on land, then it can only be a troll; as the ones from the burial chambers don't leave that area.
Trolls can be killed by shooting arrows at their head.

crypts are placed above the map, and sometimes scrap iron falls through the floor if it came from a pile inside a wall

it's not a huge return on investment but it doesnt take long and can save you a nice otherwise lost 2 or 3

That is due to one Unity update before Ashlands update when scrap piles started behave differently and clip inside walls in crypts, sometimes dropping some materials on ground. It is known bug.

Hey just want to say having the building system in this terrible state after 5 years is beyond disappointing and I know for a fact I'm not the only person who thinks so.

If y'all fix the issues for example building parts breaking that shouldn't, remove the limit of needing the bench under a roof to be used, lighten up on the gravity rules that makes no sense and doesn't take into account everything we know from Roman building, and make the slanted rooves able to be walked on, I'll have high praise. If not then I'll have the exact opposite.

Valheim has a revered building system to say the least.
Building parts break because they're unsupported or too tall, not very complicated.
Benches can be sheltered with 4 pieces of wood, not much to ask of a player.
Rooves aren't ramps, and aren't designed to be used as such.
Gravity is already forgiving with 100 being the max damage you can take from a fall, not to mention a certain cape completely removing fall damage.
You might consider less dramatic ways to present feedback, because this comes across like you're a tad reactive and are expecting things to work certain ways rather than learning how they work.

i would think maybe some of the stone peices, but like eh it makes sense they wouldnt hold up that well without some support but ive had points where they break when it looks like they should be supported, like trying to build on top of a furnace and the sides will stay, but trying to connect in the front led to it breaking

Windrose is such a nice game, and blatantly obvious it took heavy inspiration from Valheim.
And one thing I love about it's build system, it's drag build feature. It's so good, no need to repeatedly snap pieces. Just drag extend into the desired direction.
