Actually, its better with -15 and lower than -5 to -10, especially if you live by the fjord like I do. -15 and on feels just nice, cold and dry while -5 to -10 lets the rising fog from the fjord probe your skin and nostrils. THAT feels like -30

Worst winter experience for me was during my service in the first field exercise: it was that -5C and bit under when snow was wet and soggy which kept the equipment wet all the time and had no time to properly get them dry, plus there was constant cold wind.

When using mods, you have to deal with people accidentally doing "dirty edits" on prefabs. They may be accidental without them fully knowing it, they never went through and cleaned up any assets/code etc..

So if you see using mods its best to stay on scope and post on the correct channel regardless if you think it's a vanilla prefab or not, because you will confuse everyone else

The last part of your statement is not an objectively true statement. Big AAA dev studios make lots of those games for sure, but I can think of a lot of examples of relatively fast paced development without mtx.

I get the impression that valheims “slow” development is just a side effect of a couple x. It’s small studio for one, games are only made as quick when there is a sea of people working. Valheim also lacks a greedy publisher that is forcing deadlines.
