I recently started valheim again (played multiple time over the years) but Now I am playing as "wizard" and today was the first day when I realized how good Staff of Protection is 😄 oh boy i feel kind of stupid not using it before, BUT now I have on "issue" with it, that is there any indication how much damage can the bubble take before breaking?

It shows in to buff how long the shield last. Is there any way of getting info? I would personally prefer it being added somehow on top of health with purple color etc?

There are wisp touches you can also use which monsters don't attack in high priority

imo mistlands isn't a end-game biome, so there's not many reasons to stick around when you're done with it. It's gorgeous for building a base, but then you can just use torches to get rid of the mist around it. Otherwise most people just wanna get it over with xd

Mistlands is my favorite biome. It introduces many cool new things, has interesting enemies and is gorgeous looking.

Since this request has been rejected on multiple times, my only advice for you so far is to look for "better wisp" mod, its installation is pretty straightforward. It allows you to increase wisp effect radius with a custom multiplier.

I recommend that you only use it if you are already in late game and have beaten the Mistlands, since the fog is part of the difficulty to pass through the biome.

Does offtopic cause or make any problems in the server?
Lore: ||in another video game server, there was no "offtopic" chat so we sometimes used to talk offtopic in less populated on-topic but moderators took great offense to that and put 30 second timer. I asked them why and can we get an offtopic but they said "No because it will become that dark corner that always causes issues - long story short, it only moves the problem to a different place" and idk wtf are they talking about||

You will always have to moderate things, but with a "general" channel you won't have to tell people to keep off topic things in the off topic channel, because going off topic is something that keeps happening, no matter how much you try to redirect them.

Well it’s been on Xbox for a while now, I’d say if they had any sort of exclusivity deal it’s probably expired, close to expiring or even lifted since Xbox has a new strategy to put games on other consoles. I do agree that it could be that Valheim wont come out to the other consoles until 1.0, it’s possible either way. Sony isn’t fully against early access games but they (typically) allow games that are closer to release. With how popular Valheim is already and has the potential to grow, it would be a mistake to not try and make it available on other platforms. I know I would instantly buy it on my PlayStation

The issue with mods is that they are not compatible with the PTB version of the game and will cause problems. The idea for beta test is that players can report any possible bugs or issues they encounter (and mods can prevent seeing real issues) so devs can fix them and release the live patch with no major bugs.

I've been to discords where it required you to be active, chatting in a few General channels, to obtain "rank". And that again grants you access to be able to write in other channels. Posting pictures and urls, etc, required higher ranks.
So the admins was just mainly watching the few General chats, for bots and spammers, because they had to interact and chat with others, to be able to post in more "valuable" channels, where most people was active.

No, it's not about the confusion, it's about the spoilers that will be out before the release.

If you do some testing, I prefer the staff picks a number of testers, have them sign a NDA and do a larger Beta-test with them.
Can either be done by hand picking them here, or having them sign up over here / the Valheim website.

I'm aware it'll be a pain for those who aren't picked, but at least the testing scale is increased without any of the content being spoiled all over the internet weeks before the content is released.
