So here’s my take on it- so a game can only have so much content. Speaking strictly about Valheim, if they added say a bunch of skins that were paid, that’s essentially manpower and resources adding something else to the game that makes it better for everyone. It’s similar to stuff like PvP or multiplayer content- stuff like that would essentially take away from the product as whole. Just my two cents is all 🙂

Honestly, just sticking with Thunderstore would be idea.
Workshop and mod.io is a nightmare while Thunderstore is friggin amazing for both authors and users.

If we do get official support I hope we can get some kind of unitypackage with stuff that gets angry when ripped.

St. Nicholas, Angel and Devil (i feel calling it a devil is not entirely correct but cant find better translation, basically a demon with horns, hoove and big jute sack) show up at your door, you let them in and St.Nick reads in big book to see if the kids were good or not, if they were good they get sweets from the Angel and kids who were not get coal or potatoes from the Devil, if they were really naughty they will be put into sack and taken away to hell but parents usually talk to the three that the kids will do better next year so lets leave them for now 😄

Nvidia hade been doing alot of scummy things with its numbers the last few years.
Is it a 1650 super or 1650 normal or 1650 laptop version?

Nvidia has been deliberately trying to make their cards sound better, when they are not.

Like the 3050 should be called 3040, and 3060 ti and 3060 basicly are 2 different cards. Where the 3060 has 12Gb ram and the 3060 ti only got 8

So for a game like Hogwarts legacy, the older 3060 12Gb is actually better than the supposedly 3060 ti...

And the 4000 series is even wierder.
The 4060 should be called 4050, the 4070 ti super (for example) should be the normal 4070 super where the 4070 ti should be the 4060 super...

They deliberately swap names around to make the customers think they are buying a card they aren't

Greetings, can you tell me if the mob is not stunned when attacking, is this a bug or have the combat mechanics been changed? Previously, when I was playing, the mobs stopped without any problems. Maybe it depends on the difficulty level of the battle?

neither a bug nor a change. physical (and lightning) damage deals stagger, once enough stagger is dealt to an enemy, they get staggered. their stagger threshold is a percentage of their max health depending on the enemy, some have 30%, some 50%, etc.
but stagger also quickly decays over time, so for an enemy with a 50% stagger threshold for example, it may take more than 50% of their max health in damage for them to get staggered depending on how much time passed between your swings.
so in short: the more damage you deal relative to the enemy's max health, the more likely you are to stagger them.
if you are playing on a higher difficulty, enemies take less damage from you and thus require more damage to be staggered.

I was for quite a long time and just recently switched back to flat (my curved one got a line of of "lazy" pixels that need a bit of persuasion to show proper colours)

And i would say that its just a mater of what you are used to, since i was used to curve the flat screen looked so weird to be, almost as if it was bent out in the middle 😄 The curved one worked totally fine for the 800+ hours of Valheim i played on it

I would say that at least for the bigger monitors (27''+) the curved is the way to go, it keeps all the surface area at more uniform distance from your face which, at least for me, feels better 🙂

You can do this with a bot in Discord or something if you set up the server yourself somewhere, or if you buy a dedicated server that is online all the time anyway and you could also make them admin for the portal of the server provider you get server through. As Smiffe has said this will not be build into Valheim directly as that would be a terrible idea.

The game can be harsh at some points. But once you get used to the mechanics of the monsters, fighting will be much easier.

There's a great building mechanic in this game, which is only limited by your imagination.

Plus there are modifiers to make this game easier or harder and everything in between to give you the game experience you're hoping for.

As already mentioned, the community here is great, but you will often get conflicting answers to problems regarding fights, as there isn't a "perfect" way to do something. Although some weapons are more beneficial as others.
So eventually the way you want to fight, build and go through the game is up to you.

Just be warned, if you do like it, it'll become a time sink with over 1K hours before you know it.

The game becomes somewhat harder when playing with others and having them within 100m of a certain monster.

@marsh sentinel the issue is that i personally don't like fandom. while adblockers help, the fandom website experience without one is a gruesome time. lots of ads everywhere, ad banners breaking up the site, and slow loading times. most gaming communities i know have migrated to wiki.gg and it's a pleasent time there. ads aren't in the way and faster load. props to the people who are working hard on the wiki though. i'm not dissing them, just the wikia company

I came from Stanstead, took the Stanstead express and ended at a station where I didn't find that exit.
Eventually found it, took the Tube to one in the South-West (Kings Cross?) and took the train to Exeter.

If I want to use the cage floor as reinforcement of my stone floor; do I have to build it from the outer walls to cover the entire floor, or can I use pillars on a lower floor and extent only from those?

But that also means I'm needing 8-10 pillars for my building. Which blocks the view quite a lot.

So I'm thinking of a different method this time, using less pillars.
