Next april 1st update should be a Greywarf HOA--they fine you for building outside of HOA code and give you write-ups for having a home garden (when it's clearly against the HOA agreement). Whatever your Instance Count is in that area, new buildings appear at 10x the instance count--instead of boars/deer, small dogs in strollers roam the countryside. It's an early access. Pretty sure they are working on giving us content and good stuff and balancing will come, it's not like the balance is bad. Game is fun, mod support isn't a priority
