tho reading books and watching videos is really good cause that active learning where you are constantly learning how to play better. doing that along with puzzles (id recomend lichess) is really good. Also, make sure you always know why you lose a game and even if its cause you hung your queen, still analyze the entire game to see what you couldve done better
