Triathlon: Rapid , Blitz and Bullet

Rapid (3 rounds only) Time control: 10 mins + 0 second increment
Blitz ( 5 rounds only) Time Control: 3 mins + 1 second increment
Bullet ( 7 rounds only) Time control: 1 min + 0 second increment
That's a total of 15 rounds !!

Important note :
You might think that there are less rounds in rapid right? but if we have 10 minute on each side then one round will end in 19 minutes 59 seconds which means there will be 1 hour to complete 3 rounds. If we have 5 rounds of rapid then it will take around 100 minutes to finish rapid only.

**Schedule: **

Day 2: 5 rounds of blitz
Day 3: 7 rounds of bullet```

**Format:**
In rapid:
A win will give you 4 points
A draw will give you 2 points
A loss will give you 0 points

In blitz:
A win will give you 3 points
A draw will give you 1 point
A loss will give you 0 points

In bullet:
A win will give you 1 point 
A draw will give you 0.5 point
A loss will give you 0 points

**What is this point system?**
This means that there will be an overall leader board for all formats.
For example: If a person wins 1 rapid game 3 blitz games and 4 bullets games. then he will earn 17 points (4 from rapid 9 from blitz and 4 from bullet)

The tournament will follow **Swiss System**

Games will be held at **Chess.com**
We just need 8 members for this 

**Note**: This is a tough event to organize for discord team and I know that so most probably they will say no but if someone is interested in this format we can make a gc (only people of rating range 1200-1499) and organize it there

With just the information you gave, it will be impossible to create a variant (except 10x10 board).

You should be much more detailed, outlining all the rules, how they interact etc. .

Bear in mind that the more rules your variant has, the worse it is!
Great games like chess have a simple rule set.
Nobody wants to study for hours before being able to play their first game.
Chess has four complicated rules (castling, pawn promotion, en passant, stalemate), but at least all of them are relatively constrained and don't happen all the time.

So from a game design perspective, think about whether your variant would still be fun if one removed the prison system, the healing system, or anything else.
