It depends what it is, in my case it was VAT, which they had charged.

One request i'd make for the designers is that they test the backpack on multiple body types and sizes. One of the biggest problems i've found with premium backpacks in the past is they are all designed for particular body types or made as gendered products that are either designed for cis women and are painful to wear with something as small and light as a 14" laptop in it because of a lack of support, or designed for cis men and are WAY too heavy and bulky even without much in it. So making a backpack that either has multiple sizes designed for multiple bodies, or at least make a seperate product that is designed for other body types. Also PLEASE give more options than just black. stealth is good for clothing sometimes, but for backpacks i want to have something that looks professional but still has at least a bit of colour to it;

One backpack to compare would be the Game Theory premium backpack, which was the other backpack i was considering getting before finding out that LTT is doing a premium backpack;

I'd also love a messenger bag variant too if that's possible in the future. I realize that's probably not possible with the product range being designed so far but it would be a really cool product to have and i'd happily pay a premium for a quality messenger bag that is designed for tech fans;

This may be a strange concept for you, so I'll go slowly. One person orders for multiple people. Less shipping costs are incurred since, as you correctly guessed, it's going to one address. Then you work out pickup or other arrangements with the other locals. So instead of 2-5 people paying $20+ for shipping its one person paying for shipping and then you can split that with the others.

WAN Hoodie v1 was quite expensive because it wasn’t LTT making it, they used a company that made NVIDIA’s hoodie (https://www.g8brand.com/products/nvidia-by-g8-lan-hoodie-with-hot-hands-technology) and worked with different retailers based on region to sell it. I expect this one to be significantly cheaper since A. It’s much simpler than WAN v1 to begin with, more of a stealth hoodie rebrand with a few additional features (more pockets, hand warmer things, etc.) fundamentally (at a glance) and B. is sold directly through their own storefront. Heck, it’ll probably be cheaper than Swacket tbh, I praised that one originally for being cheaper than v1 WAN, though after having both I personally prefer WAN v1 and have worn it since launch so hopefully WAN v2 can match or beat it in quality :)
