Yes, So for instance that CPU can do 150 watts. That GPU can do 175 Watts on a combo load. the GPU goes to 175 the CPU is limited to 45.
Add in a mini LED screen and your inevitable 64 gigs of RAM plus all of your storage controllers fans speakers LED lights charge controllers and voltage regulation and it pulls 300 from the wall in that condition.

With a lil OC to let the CPU hit 65 watts and you can drain the battery while on a 330 W power brick.
