I am looking at a USB-Capture Card and want to know what it means when it says "Record gameplay up to 1440p@60Hz and enjoy VRR Passthrough of 1440p@144hz"
I am inferring that the output of the card can output to the monitor at up to the 144hz one so you still experience the game at 144hz as desired, and the input video capture records it at 60hz(?) as that is the max that can be output to Twitch/Youtube?
What confuses me is tha tsome mix and max hz and fps, so I want to ask
Will the output of a capture card (what you rouet from Card to Monitor) allow you to run the game at say, 120fps, while experiencing the refresh rate of 144hz, while streaming/recording to a file as a 60fps video?
