Hi, I had this issue from the first time I built my PC, for some reason the cpu clock speed is limited by ~2.3Ghz which causes a huge fps loss in fps games, I tried so many things from editing the power plan, using cpu boost softwares and changing the bios settings but all of that made no difference. Some people said it’s because of the poor motherboard I have so I plan to change it soon but I’am trying to make sure it’s the reason to avoid changing and still getting no results.
