The 200mp is a goddamn marketing gimmick relying on resolution rather than detail capture is quite a disappointment. Dropping the 0.5x, increasing the sensor and lens size could make some serious competition. The 0.5x is largely obsolete outside real estate and I’d say it’d be a worthwhile trade-off.

There's more to cameras than just the sensor and lens size, ultrawide being a roughly 15mm full frame equivalent has a different perspective to most 35mm equivalent primary lens in phones

I feel like the way forward for better mobile photography is dropping the 0,5. You need to make space for the sensor somewhere, and if the 0,5 was dropped, that would give a lot more room for sensor and lens improvements. If Apple did this, the whole industry would shift towards dropping the 0,5.

There's only 1 NVME with PCIE Lanes to the CPU

I just had an weird issue where ever since i turn on my PC the fans on the GPU went to 100% straight ahead and after like 5 minutes GPU reached 100 degree and the video output crashed. I restarted my pc after a minute and same thing. GPU usage was 0-10% drawing only up to 100W. It did stop overheating after like 5th restart but i'm wondering what the hell happened. Any ideas? This kinda worries me. GPU is msi 5090 liquid suprim soc if that matters.

The big thing with question 2 is how much does it matter to you, if it's something you make money from, it might be worth it, if it's something you do for fun, it might still be worth it, but that's mostly up to you
