Gotcha. With that kind of setup, I would have the bottom fans be intake, with the rear as exhaust. It looks like you have vents in the top of the case, so since heat rises... yeah. This assumes your PC is not sitting on carpet, and is also not directly on the floor.

The only way you'd know for sure is if you try it... that said, regardless of performance, I'd rather have all 3x of my intake fans running at a constant speed to pull in fresh air, and then have the PWM fan as my exhaust.

A Cat5e cable is rated for 100MHz, Cat6 for 250Mhz. You can probably run the Cat5e cable at frequency rate required for 10Gbe, but not at full length of 100 meters
