I can't decide on a gpu which would be on par with or an upgrade from my 6750xt. I'm struggling because I could afford either an arc b580 or 7700xt. BUT, not for gaming. yep, you plug whatever power connectors are there on the motherboard, I dont think there is ever a case where they would tell you to for example let say "only plug one 8 pin connector out of the 3 that are there"
