Looking for GPU upgrade recommendations (new or used) in the $1,000 USD price range.

Computer is used for mostly gaming, some multiplayer esports titles like Marvel Rivals, Apex, Fortnite. Some single player gaming, Cyberpunk 2077, Hogwarts Legacy, Detroit Become Human, etc. Doom 2016 and Doom Eternal are games I like to go back to often. Minecraft as well, would be nice to run better shaders. Couple more niche games. Probably some lighter more casual streaming with my girlfriend. Music production and music related stuff. Other than that just normal usage like web browsing, Reddit, discord, YouTube.
My monitor is 1440p 165hz

Considering a 4070ti Super locally for $850 new in box. Also considering waiting for a 5070ti to see if I can get one. I’m trying to avoid buying anything from Amazon as I hate the entire company. Also not entirely onboard with AMD unless I could find a 7900 XTX for the right price, I’ve had bad experiences with AMD in the past and I dislike their driver software. Nothing against the people who choose to use AMD, if it works for them that’s great.

There's so much wrong with this... the motherboard could be a x870 for $200... for $250 you could get a platinum 1000w or even a titanium... umm $200 for ram is dumb.... $300 on storage is alot for storage that is upgradeable later and you can find cheaper storage....the monitor is really expensive and you could save that money and put it to a 5090... with that budget you could make a 5090 with a 9800x3d and a oled high refresh rate monitor
