there are people who had alarms set every 3 hours through the night, because they had been red blood cell doping, and their blood was like soup.. and if they didnt wake up every 3 hours and warm up, they would die

they would pee in a bottle and freeze it into pee ice cubes, and when they needed to provide samples, they would dilute fresh samples with clean icecube samples, just enough to push any drugs below the level that triggers a ban
