I did Mauna before for 3 days. Just walking in the woods and cleaning the house and meditating. I found it effective. At some point I just thought about what I was doing (walking, cleaning) and nothing else There's only so many times you can rehash the same memories. I imagine it could take weeks (some meditation/Mauna retreats are a month long) depending on how much junk is going on in your life.
