You think it's easy to replace door hinges but the newer door hinges have this cap at the bottom and a smaller pin. If you put a door stop on the hinge instead of screwing it in directly you end up with a hinge pin that's too short. You need to buy a normal sized hinge pin

I mean, to be fair, if the countertops and cabinets its mounted on are properly installed, it's "acceptable" to only use caulking along the edges where the tops meet the walls... But my god, sometimes people do really silly things cutting corners when doing kitchens. (Family member works in the industry - they've had to save some people from other contractors who failed to do work that justified their $10-15K CAD labour costs.)

Ideally though, it's nice when you can secure countertops to more than just the cabinets, cause, um, like, earthquakes. And really heavy pots / pans. And people doing things on the countertops. 🤣

They actually operate as dealer plates which means I could transfer them car to car
