all of it... we had to accept TV studio broadcast quality video, and then reencode that for reasonable storage, while maintaining enough quality to where somebody wouldnt notice the difference, but also have different versions for different devices. ie. we would have 3 different 1080p versions, optimised for different screen sizes (you can get away with worse quality for the same resolution on mobile, because the smaller screen hides some of the artifacts that are more visible on a larger screen)
