don't go overboard, cause others will decide you are trying to show them up, but don't ever stop doing something

yup, gotta work hard not to internalize it as your own problem. and remember, ANY progress towards getting out of that situation is good progress. a lot of the time, simply removing yourself from being an easy target can cause them to at least change the relationship with you fdor the better, and sometimes cause them to genuinely work on themselves

so, for example, till i left the house, if i was in school i went to school, came home, went right to work. during the summer, i usually picked up a second job(since a lot of places limit how many hours you can have if you are under 18) just to have a reason to be out of the house

yeah, that can be a bitch, but also, the stories of car hacking and taking over are vastly overrated. all of the self driving featured in cars are (currently, and i don't see it changing) made to be VERY easy to counteract by a human being

i carry a phone in my pocket which even with gps turned off has a fairly accurate set of location data just from what towers it connects to, so there really isnt anything anyone is gonna learn from my car that they can't get probably easier and cheaper from someone else

yep, thats the tradeoff, ya have to balance convenience with how much security yo are willing to give up. personally, i just don't do anything that i really care if someone finds out. not cause im paranoid, but cause it leads to less regrets later 😛
