And when I run cs2 at 1080p and not even max settings my fps hovers around 200-300 and when I press tab it drops to like 150 and the 1% lows are horrible it doesn't even feel like 150. But only when I press tab

ML is a singular process required to get to AI.. and, standard ML we use now, wouldnt be good enough, it needs to be a self feedback loop, it needs to know its made a mistake, and be able to correct its self, and be able to learn constantly.. but would need to do it without us prompting it... "AI" right now, is an exe on a computer somewhere... you pass an argument to it and run it when you type a prompt into chatgpt... but.. it isnt doing things when you are not asking it things, it isnt thinking, it isnt going off doing things of its own free will... because it has no ability to do that, because we dont know how to make it do that

We were using less and less energy so the power companies started to go more and more towards cleaner energy sources and then AI suddenly loaded about 20 to 30% extra demand on the electrical system. which requiring more bartering which is raising rates.
Additionally it's because interest rates are high so when I go to build out of solar farm all the sudden it costs exponentially more I mean if you're talking about doing a 30-year solar lease I could be paying 1.5X the cost of the actual product in interest alone over that life of that lease. I can't wait to build it because moving forward we can only invest and clean energy so I have to transfer the cost.

I just found a cisco meraki router at a second hand store for $5, it seems to be working from my experience (installed a few dozen of them for restaurants), but it's hard to tell because I don't have the corporate account associated. Assuming your laptop is adequately cooled, which is often not so easy to actually do and is often a bigger bottleneck... Bottlenecks depend on the workload, right? So do you talk about gaming? If so, the CPU will surely not be utilised more than your GPU, but that's in the nature of gaming loads. I would say the 13900H is a bit overkill in many senses, unless you are doing heavy CPU-only workloads on a laptop. And in that case, I think going for a "lower-end" 4050m is much smarter considering power efficiency.
