Quite a bit. Latitudes are basically the Dell version of Thinkpads. Extreme durability, battery, etc., not a ton of focus on glossy displays and flashy build materials

XPS is the better pick for most people since it's a powerful all-rounder, whereas the Latitude is the best for people who use their computer for work (besides people who do design work).

That being said, my experience with Dell has always been poor, specifically due to their drivers being wild, but I think that has changed in the last three years or so

when I was head TA I had a lot of headaches trying to get students with the ARM macbooks working in the digital logic class I led

But there are a lot of things to try, first of its your general tips of tricks, there are sometimes diffucult to implement and may not work, ive had higher chances of succes asking tips from other people that adhd, and you also have a lot of different meds, that is also a whole road. And yeah you can totally do what you excell at as long as u make sure you have grips to handle (most) of life, things will still be diffucult a lot of the times but not impossible : )
