So I got a question for y'all... two days ago I bought the a MSI 3060 Ti Ventus 2x, (which is overclocked by 285Mhz) and one of the fans wasn't spinning... Well... I figured it was defect in the card so I was gonna exchange ii in a few days later but still use it...

Typically, when I've been playing Mw2 on the highest settings with anywhere from 80-120fps (depending on the map)... I almost get max CPU usage and anywhere from 70%-90% usage on my GPU with it being 80-87 degrees Celsius.

However, today I was playing Mw2 and out of nowhere my frames crashed and I couldn't get them back... turns out my GPU and CPU usage dropped significantly. I went ahead and updated my chipset drivers on my motherboard, reinstalled the GPU drivers and reseated my GPU into it's PCIe slot.

Now when I am playing Mw2 on the highest settings with 80-120fps, I am getting 60%-70% CPU usage and 20%-40% GPU usage... Does this seem normal? I feel like my PC isn't calculating the percentage correctly.
(I could also just be severely underestimating how powerful this card is...)
