the msi b550 mag mortar is badly designed... 16x slot, 1x slot, 1x slot, 16x slot... and 1 4x4 nvme slot, and a gen3 slot... if you use the gen3 slot, it disables the 2nd 16x slot... which is fair enough for them to share lanes... but, if you have ANY gpu installed at all, both the 1x slots are useless, even though they are still connected up... because there is no way to plug anything into them... so now by having 2 nvme drives and 1 gpu, 3 other ports are now completely useless

also, the cmos reset button, and cmos battery, are both next to, but slightly below, the top 16x slot, so if you have a gpu installed, there is no way to reach that button without ripping the gpu out
