it kinda depends on what you're looking for, but overall I'd say no, it's probably not worth it. If you want to be on the bleeding edge with the newest thing or try to futureproof a bit it may be worth it to you, but right now ddr5 is more expensive for capacity ddr4 16gb kits sit around $50-60 USD while a 16gb kit of ddr5 sits around 100, and unless you go really expensive it's slower too. Higher clock speed but much slower cas latency means it's actually slower than most ddr4 kits right now

You could get by on the stock cooler for a while if you wanted. . I'm unsure as to how the stock cooler handles the 5600 specifically but you can absolutely get by on the stock cooler. You may be leaving some performance on the table but realistically speaking unless you're overclocking you most likely wouldn't be giving up that much

depends where you live. im in the uk, and phoned my doctor last tuesday about my anxiety and depression getting worse. had a appointment to speak to a doctor the same day, reviewed medication the same day and got an appointment to speak to a therapist on the phone 2 days later. gets taken very very seriously here
