So.. @whole meadow what was the problem xD

#

I'm a bad person for pinging

#

Is this supposedly fixed in 433351 ?

#

Poor tcp, why kill xD

#

I think satisfactory dedicated server could do a lot of better things than that XD

#

I can survive TCP sessions thru disconnects as long as I am VPN'd into my network. There aren't any keepalives in TCP

#

Source and destination

#

And they are

#

the

#

same xD

#

From both aspects xD

#

Destination doesn't change if you are VPN'ing into a private network

#

Source is usually held in the table

#

How do you think you can jump networks, I can walk out of here, drop the UniFi WiFi, drop to the cell network, I don't lose connectivity xD

#

Maybe in that case yea xD

#

I'd reboot pfSense but that would be a horrorshow xD

#

Oh I have a static v4 and a static /56 delegation, I just don't want the downtime xD

#

No CIDR calculator app on your Android device? xD

#

or Chrome on the better version --> desktop PC

#

Uh oh XD

#

You can use a wrong CIDR - mask - and it will work in some circumstances

#

Just a terrible idea

As i said, llms just chain words together. They don't know why these word should be chained together

Nothing here should be getting blocked by windows firewall. And according to documentation debian's network settings default to let all traffic through

Hey all, so one of my friends can join my g portal server and another cant. the one who cant automacially disconnects when they enter and they dont even see the landscape. Itsays (timed out) when hes back in the menu. It does say he joined the server, but he doesnt stay or load in himself. We have tried disabling his firewall with no luck. JW if there is anything else that can be done. We can play coop with no issues.

drifting hatch
#

DM me your sever IP

#

I'll try

fallow zinc
#

you helped me yesteday lol. You had no problem joining

#

🙂

drifting hatch
#

Don't write it in public

#

Oh, yes XD

#

I have a bad memory xD

#

Send the latest address xD

#

In our DM 😄

#

We can do chat here so people can learn

fallow zinc
#

so, i m wondering what causing him to timeout. He can run the game normally in coop and single player. So i dont think it times him out due to long load times

drifting hatch
#

So the background is - one friend can connect, one friend can't

fallow zinc
#

it seems like anyone else but him can connect lol

drifting hatch
#

It's a bit run of the mill but can the friend who can't connect try in PowerShell

#

Test-NetConnection -ComputerName 10.0.100.5 -Port 8888

#

Test-NetConnection -ComputerName 10.0.100.5 -Port 7777

fallow zinc

i dont know what is

drifting hatch
#

Replace my IP with your public one

#

Get rid of that 10.0.100.5 tosh 😉

drifting hatch
fallow zinc
#

so, does he have to do that or me?

#

hes not online right now

drifting hatch
#

Your server is online

#

Are you in the mid americas?

#

or east

#

So this friend

#

This is the focus on the issue xD

#

I can connect, so I don't think there is anything wrong at your end

fallow zinc
#

yaaaaah

drifting hatch
#

Can friend try those powershell things xD

#

Test-NetConnection -ComputerName <your_server_ip> -Port 7777

#

Test-NetConnection -ComputerName <your_server_ip> -Port 8888

PowerShell

fallow zinc
#

illl have him try later, thank you

Hello, with some friends we have an issue right now, we started playing on a dedicated server a friend has setup (linux). Everything worked fine untill today or some days because of a new version of the game, even when he tried to update the server the version stay the same for the server.
Has anyone got the same issue ? is there a way to correct this issue ?

8888 (New Requirement - TCP):
As of version 1.1, this port is required for TCP connections to prevent players from getting stuck in infinite loading screens.
UDP 15777 (Query Port): This port is no longer needed with Update 1.0 and should be closed.
UDP 15000 (Beacon Port): Like the query port, this is also unnecessary for the default setup and should be closed.

The server has to "launch" as an application on whatever machine it will live on. You can connect to it with an IP address, if it is already running

dusk cipher
wicked knot
#

Where did you tell it to install the server to?

dusk cipher
#

what do you mean? sorry this is all new to me

wicked knot

If you are installing it on YOUR PC, your PC, AND the server application, has to be running for anyone to access it

The server is basically a copy of the game, with no player. Other players can connect to it, and experience that unique world

@dusk cipher if the server runs on the same system as the game just use "127.0.0.1"
If it's a different system, either look into task manager, settings or use a command line, depending on your OS

Would need to see the server logs

rotund ermine
#

We’re experiencing consistent stutters during autosaves: the game freezes for a moment and then all connected players are rubberbanded to their position from ~2–3 seconds earlier. Is this expected behavior? The server has been up for about 980 hours of runtime. Auto-stop is disabled, and autosaves are configured every 5 minutes.

Not from my experience

Need to tail the server logs when this happens

rotund ermine
# drifting hatch What is the server?

It’s a Satisfactory Dedicated Server running on Ubuntu 24.04 minimal inside Docker Compose. The container is wolveix/satisfactory-server:latest, no autostop, autosave every 5 minutes.

or what do you mean?

drifting hatch
#

That's good, I run the same, CPU and main memory?

rotund ermine
drifting hatch
#

Well.. on face value it shouldn't be an issue xD

Depends how many 8 cores, 32 GiB of RAM and 100GB of that secondary storage is being used xD

can you like htop or glance that save event?

#

or iotop it maybe

rotund ermine
#

I’ll let a monitoring run for a while.

drifting hatch

might just be server resources

#

Thing about these servers is a lot of people are sharing the hypervisor

How much are you paying?

rotund ermine

Here’s a quick snapshot from glances in advance, in case it helps.

That is good CPU and mem util

There’s a good guide in the Satisfactory Wiki on how to set up auto-updates. Unfortunately, I can’t post links here, but just google Satisfactory Dedicated Server auto update and you’ll find it. With that in place, you won’t run into these issues anymore. Just restart the Windows service once and everything works again.

Hello everyone, since a few hours friends can't join my self-hosted dedicated windows server which runs on a separate machine :

  • no parameters have changed
  • ports 7777 & 8888 are still forwarded (on both TCP & UDP)
  • I can join via local IP but not from WAN (can't even see it, appears offline)
  • I restarted the router, server and client
  • I tried removing IPv6 on the hosting computer
  • I updated the server

but nothing seem to work, do you have any advice ?

jaunty skiff
#

Could it be related to the latest 1 year aniversary update ?

#

also tried -multihome launch parameter, hell, I even forwarded all traffic from my router to the local hosting machine
if TCP or anything network related is not working, I can't figure out what it is

mild thunder
jaunty skiff
#

anyway I re-added the server in server manager

#

but It can't find it

mild thunder
#

so even with local IP of the server, you cant find it now?

jaunty skiff
mild thunder
#

not all routers will loopback the WAN ip if already inside of the network

jaunty skiff
#

it used to work fine 8 hours ago

#

before the latest aniversary update

#

nothing has changed except that

mild thunder
#

(took a moment to have someone remotely connect to my server, as i hadn't since last update), 2 things i would check would be the router port forwards(probably not it if it used to work), then i would also check the windows firewall rules to make sure allow edge traversal is on and the rules are applied for the current network profile. if that all fails, maybe worth grabbing wireshark and seeing if the packets get to the server so you can tell if its a server config or a router config

jaunty skiff

Thx for your suggestions, I'll try that after work

Hi! I‘ve rented 2 servers in the past and both times I got frustrated by either their downtime or performance issues. I used trusted providers (or so I thought) with a big plan. My safe just eventually got to big.

Now I‘d love to give it a try again. Do you guys have reccommendations on good providers?

drifting hatch

IPv6 is your saviour xD

I‘ll have to look into what that is. I‘m not a big tech guy

I don't know what it's like, I only run my own

fresh tartan
#

Well thanks anyways!

drifting hatch
#

Good luck out there 🙂

#

Just out of interest

#

Run it locally?

#

Do you need a dedicated server?

fresh tartan
#

I think it's more fun when the game time continues running even when you're not here "working", no?

drifting hatch
#

Yes I would agree 🙂

#

Run your own server 🙂

#

It's not as hard as you might think

fresh tartan
#

I don't have the time and/or courage to learn how to do it and to troubleshoot it.
Additionally I don't have any hardware that I could run 24/7

drifting hatch
#

If I can do it, you can do it

fresh tartan
#

I think I could do it. But if I can I would rather pay a small monthly fee and safe myself hours of headache

drifting hatch
#

You do need hardware that can run 24/7 that is true

#

Yea, I've never used providers. Surely someone here can advise xD

Thanks for the help though!

that didnt work as expected since those characters are used for stuff here

there we go

im pretty sure the issue is that it's not grabbing the trusted certificate from the windows certificate store, since this is an issue for other applications that rely on git for their SSL backend. the issue is: normally you can use a command to manually set git (and thus any program that uses it) to use the windows certificate store, which i did, but it still does not work.

i'd run it in a VM but the server it's running on is already a VM and is meant to run multiple different game servers (since they won't be in use at the same time, that was a more economical way to do it over having separate application servers).

i'm considering just looking to see if all the game servers i want to run can be hosted in docker, and re-create the server as a linux VM running portainer + docker for easier gameserver management.

Did the new desync fixes in the changelog cause anyone else to have timeout/connection issues? I am running dedicated through a service provider and been working great for 4 of us. As of this patch 1 person cannot connect but 2 of us connect just fine. The person trying to connect is getting timeout error but he can hear game sounds before it boots him. If I watch the terminal while he tries to connect I see an error about Reliable something

Will grab the actual error when he tries to get back on but wondering if this is a known issue and he needs to do something on his side since 2 of us can already connect

my friend has a dedicated server and I've got another friend who can register the server just fine yet when I try to put in the same address and port I get this (there are three servers because we've been trying different ports/addresses) anyone have any idea why this might be happening?

topaz idol
candid crane
#

his router is probably just refusing the inbound connection because it's not setup properly

topaz idol
#

Maybe, I've also noticed that if i run other dedi servers (from steam n such) they all default to the same query port.

drowsy dune
hidden forge
#

query port is old and unused by now

#

required are 7777/tcp, 7777/udp and 8888/tcp by default, adjusted if the hoster changed them

topaz idol
#

Not true Xeet, I've had multiple dedis up and running (ARK/Satisfactory) and ARK+Satisfactory fought for the port, it routed the incoming traffic all wrong and crashed both dedis, clients game and so forth. So it is def not unused

#

if i recall correctly its 27015 tcp/udp for the query

#

You can connect without opening it, but that requires a "forced" connection, like directly connecting

hidden forge
#

yeah, ARK dedi uses 7777/udp too, so there can be a conflict with satis server

drowsy dune
#

and I know someone else was at least able to get his server in the server manager but always lost connection while trying to load in, when I can't even get that far

hidden forge
topaz idol
#

honestly, it sounds like the firewall on the dedi server is blocking incoming traffic on that port. Have you checked logs / made sure those ports are open for incoming traffic ON the server PC?

hidden forge
topaz idol
#

like in the advanced firewall settings? not the portforwarding required on the router

drowsy dune
hidden forge
#

hm, are you useing IPv6?

topaz idol
#

Its either the portforwarding not being correct OR the advanced firewall setting on the server PC not accepting incoming connections on said port

drowsy dune
topaz idol
#

Also, if you dont see any connection attempt in the serverconsole it is the port/firewall causing your headaches

hidden forge

hidden forge
topaz idol
#

Saltine, with your server PC/host google "whatsmyip" copy that IP, and add ":7777" to the end, as long as you havent changed the port from the default ones. Send it to your friend and have him try and connect. If the console shows a connection attempt ports are confiured correctly, if he times out with him showing up in the console its a firewall issue. if he doesnt show up in the console, its a portforwarding problem.

hidden forge
topaz idol

drowsy dune
topaz idol
#

try the IP/adress he sendt, remove his port and add 7777 or 8888 and see if that works

#

he might have "changed" it incorrectly and not have it take effect

The reason why the server appears offline is for some unknown reason the satisfactory server no longer responds on port 7777. It is open. just no response. same system, local IP on my own computer

is my friend able to join now?

hidden forge

golden rapids

oh ok

"localhost" only works on the local system

yeah

golden rapids

thats what i did earlier and thats when it came up with the error

then set the firewall to allow incoming traffic to 7777/TCP, 7777/UDP and 8888/TCP

oh ok i hadnt done 8888 yet, let me add that rule now

hidden forge

missing 8888 won't trigger your error, it'll show as a timeout when trying to connect ("infinite loading screen")

#

Yes

hidden forge
#

Does it work when you disable the firewall?

blazing fjord
#

Nope

#

Does this help at all?

#

I used steamcmd to update it earlier, but I am now unsure if that worked

hidden forge
#

Well, if firewall off still doesn't work it's either the wrong IP or something wrong with the server.

#

Can you send more of the server log?

blazing fjord
#

Is there somewhere I can find the log file?

hidden forge
#

idk tbh

hidden forge
#

Is it loading an older, bigger, save or a fresh one?
Can you try with a new save?

blazing fjord
#

Okay, after a clean install of the dedicated server, and a wipe of the save, it still doesnt work

potent marlin
#

I mean given the message it's not a server issue, it's a networking issue

#

Good Morning everyone. I am having an issue when trying to login to my dedicated server i have setup on my personal server. Have set it up through Steamcmd and followed all instructions. I can see server in the menu to add server get that all sqauared away then whe i join game it tries then says lost connection to host. all ports forwarded as they should be. was wondering if i am missing something? Also first time playing game and wanting to have the dedicated for me an my firends so we can play at different times.

mystic orbit
#

Ok i am here @silent frost

rare bear
#

so am I...

mystic orbit
#

it seems to me that its a player issue from what it shows in the sever instance when it tries to load when i log into it

mystic orbit

silent frost
#

Ooof, ok

mystic orbit
#

both pcs set next to each other

rare bear
#

it's going to sound very stupid... check the wires

mystic orbit
#

i have other servers for other games running on it as well and log into the no issues

#

no wiring issues

#

i have an enshroded palworld and last oasis realm all running on it and login with no problems

#

its not a cpu or ram issue

rare bear
#

alright, on the second machine, confirm it's connected via opening a browser and loading like msn.com or something

mystic orbit
#

plenty to spare

#

im talking to you on the pc i am usning to game on

rare bear
#

and the server one?

mystic orbit
#

so yes its on internet

#

yes man i wouldnt be here if it were that somple

#

been in comomputers for 30 yrs

rare bear
#

and I've been in computers for 40 years, been told a switch was on, drove an hour, and turned the switch on

#

it's stupid, it's repedative, IT IS CONFIRMATION. nothing more

mystic orbit
#

well as i said wouldnt bee here if it was something siple

#

i have went through all instals for dedi servers i can find on you tube

rare bear
#

what about the one in the pin here?

mystic orbit
#

did exact as they did only differece is i lose connection once i try to join game

#

that i have created on the server through the pc i am gamiong on

#

so it sees the server through network

rare bear
#

is the server installed on your host machine using your steam account?

mystic orbit
#

but when i try to join created game on server it then trys to load into it then goes to the lost connection to host

#

it is installed on my private server through steamsmd

#

as the youtube vids showed

#

all updated

rare bear
mystic orbit
#

yes its able to be seen

#

just double checked

silent frost
#

I would try to see if it's the local firewall and disable it completely maybe? 🤷

#

I'm not sure if router matters with a LAN connection

mystic orbit
#

well if it was a firewall issue i shouldnt be able to see it when i add a server correct on my pc i am going to play on

silent frost
#

That's not true

mystic orbit
#

if i put the local addess for my server in to add it that way shows offline but if i go public ip it finds it online

#

that is also confusing

silent frost
#

Can you find out what ports the server is using and let me know?

#

If the server is windows: Get-NetUDPEndpoint and Get-NetTCPConnection can do that

#

^ in powershell

#

Default is like 7777

#

Apparently

mystic orbit
#

yes thats what is used and forwarded in router an firewall

#

i am reinstalling server see if that helps

#

ok so after reinstall of the dedicated server files on my server
it seen the server when using local IP tried loading in but never connected.

Then tried to use my public IP and it did same thing lost connection to host lol

silent frost
#

If you can not connect locally then it's a local issue most likely I would guess

mystic orbit
#

i guess lol wont worry about it then

silent frost
#

My only guess is the firewall or antivirus is pooping on the connection

mystic orbit
#

could be

silent frost
#

If you can disable those temporarily that may allow us to rule that out

hidden forge
mystic orbit
#

i could see it locally

#

i just disabled windows firewall an boom instant join

#

what a joke lol sorry to bother you all an take up your time

hidden forge
#

can you show your firewall settings?

mystic orbit
#

it is set as all videos show it should

#

udp and tcp both 7777

hidden forge
#

yeah, for 1.0 that was correct

#

as of 1.1 you need 8888/tcp too

mystic orbit
#

well i added the factoryserver.exe to the firewall and now it connects everytime wit virus protection on

#

Ty all for the help its up an going now

silent frost
mystic orbit
#

i did that

#

but it was antivirus stopping things

silent frost
#

OOOOH

mystic orbit
#

i had to add the factoryserver.exe to the exceptions

silent frost
#

OK, glad you figured it out

mystic orbit
#

yes me to an ty again

#

now i wont be pulling hair i dont have out lol

verbal wraith

I understand you have to port forward several ports:
Server port 7777
Query port 15777
Beacon port 15000

Is this still true for patch v1.1?

Double-click on the entry and allow the connection under General.

If you insert the protocols under Outgoing, they are disabled by default by Defender. You must always activate them manually during setup or afterwards.

Hello there,

Seeking some assistance on my private dedicated server (4netplayers server). We're 2 players on it and we're experiencing terrible instability.. Lags, rollbacks, performance issues..
I honestly doubt this is an hardware issue, but seems more linked to the server itself.

I'm still seeing this "version" of the game in the advanced settings of the server (4netplayers dashboard) displaying 1.0 (while the game is 1.1 obviously) - see attached.
The thing is that the game allows us to get the latest items like elevators for ex. So the game itself is at the proper update 1.1.

Could the server be setup for 1.0 while we're running a 1.1 version of the game ?
Anyone experiencing issues with this provider, or could have an idea on how to solve this ?

Thanks in advance for those helping !

# barren rampart Hello there, Seeking some assistance on my private dedicated server (4netplayer...

Unfortunately, we had the same problem. Even with other providers such as Nitrado, more and more problems arose after a while as progress increased. This manifested itself in lag, players being teleported back, trains being displayed strangely, and so on.

The problem was only resolved when we moved to a Windows server.

You can check whether you can see the server utilization. Ours was always at 99%. With paid upgrades, the problem was solved for the time being, but as the factory grew, the problems returned.

hi guy after more than 400H into my dedicated server i have issue, me and everyone trying to connect into the dedicated server have a error message "connection has been lost" i use the wolveix image. and i don't understand why ... are there any change in the last dedicated server or client config ?

tender crag
#

Hi guys,i can't connect to my own dedicated server, even by trying the local ip, the service iss starting and seem halthy but i can't connect to it "connection to the host was lost" since 8888 port is already use by gluetun i opened 8889 and 7777 on my router but no change

drifting hatch
#

Are you adding the server in-game with like ip_address:8889?

#

and updated firewall rules to 8889

tender crag
drifting hatch
#

docker logs satisfactory-server
See if it's throwing any errors related to ports

tender crag
#

i don't see error with the port

#

i tried to create a new game for testing, same result

drifting hatch
#

Seems that it is at least connecting, not sure why it then TimesOut

tender crag
#

even on local i can't that what i find weird, the server is on portainer ubuntu on my mini-pc , and i try to connect from my gaming pc

drifting hatch
#

Yea similar setup that I have

tender crag
#

the port chaning to 8889 doesn't change anything right ? it's just a port

#

i don't even need to open my port to connect to local just for testing

drifting hatch
#

Not 100% sure if you change to 8889 you have to change the to 7779 also, probably not

#

Not really enough in the log to know why it's timing out which suggests it's something going on with the client

tender crag
#

i don't use any mods,i launched it in vanilla, and my friend can join me when i launch the co-op party we have (not dedicated)

drifting hatch
#

Hmm, maybe a firewalling issue on the server? Is it definitely listening on the 7777's ?

tender crag
#

yep it says listening on port 7777 when i started it i'm sure of it

#

getting this as error

drifting hatch
#

Are you able to telnet to the server on 7777 and see if it accepts?

jaunty sage
#

Hello, I have a satisfactory server and it's only for friends, so whoever wants to join, tell me privately and I'll give them my Steam account name.

tender crag
drifting hatch
#

On your desktop pc

#

in Command Prompt simply - telnet 192.168.....:7777

#

I forgot the IP of the mini-pc

tender crag
#

what is the exact command for telnet ?

#

because -telnet doesn't work

drifting hatch
#

No dash at the start

tender crag

it was'nt activated on my windows that why

drifting hatch
#

Shouldn't be

#

What's the IP of your server (local one)

tender crag
#

my telnet doesn't work at all

#

192.168.1.9

drifting hatch
#

telnet 192.168.1.9 7777 (sorry I put a colon by habit)

tender crag
#

windows says that it's not a command 🙁

drifting hatch
#

Oh

#

I thought that was a standard included one

#

Ah... "search for and open "Turn Windows features on or off" from the Start menu, then find and check the box next to "Telnet Client" in the list and click OK"

tender crag
#

that what i do just before, still not getting the command, welp

drifting hatch
#

Reopen the command prompt maybe

tender crag
#

i restarted my whole computer 🙁 still nothing

drifting hatch
#

C:\Windows\System32\telnet.exe 192.168.1.9 7777

potent marlin
#

Silly question but have you checked you have telnet installed before trying to use it

tender crag
drifting hatch
#

That's not it

#

I don't think so anyway

potent marlin
drifting hatch
#

Are you 100% sure that 7777/udp and 7777/tcp are open on your mini-pc in the firewall rules?

tender crag
#

i will try, but i wanted to use a domain name to avoid this kind of issue 🙁 , and now i'm obligated to use it

potent marlin
#

Uh, TIL I didn't think you could use domain names for satisfactory servers

tender crag
#

for minecraft i did get it working, but wanted to do the same for satisfactory

#

did open 8889 et 7777, still getting the error

drifting hatch
#

definitely 2 rules for 7777 udp and tcp ?

#

Both need to be open in the firewall

tender crag
#

how do i specify the udp/tcp on command line ?

drifting hatch
#

Which are you using - ufw ?

#

or like iptables

tender crag
#

ufw

drifting hatch
#

Just googling it... I use iptables so I'm a bit rusty on ufw

#

sudo ufw allow 7777/udp
sudo ufw allow 7777/tcp

hidden forge
#

@tender crag you must inform the server about the port change as the server tells the client the secondary port

tender crag
hidden forge
#

yeah, change the mapping to the desired port and inform the server itself via the environment variable "SERVERMESSAGINGPORT"

tender crag
#

like this ??

drifting hatch
#

Is there no space before the :

hidden forge
#

not 100% sure about docker syntax, might be "SERVERMESSAGINGPORT=8889"

drifting hatch
#

That would be my guess

tender crag
#

yep with the = the stack update

#

gonna try with this but you're the frist person to tell me this about changing the port

#

okay i'm in

#

now i need to or get the domain name up for my friend , or to keep the port open

drifting hatch
#

You got a static IPv4 ?

tender crag
#

big thanks to all of you nonetheless

tender crag
drifting hatch
#

You can always just port map in the router and he can connect to your public IP

hidden forge
#

port forwarding is required anyway without some kind of tunnel into your network

tender crag
#

that what i'm gonna try 🙂 i hope it will work

hidden forge
#

gl

hidden forge
drifting hatch
#

Yep, just easier for friend if it changes a lot but certainly can. And v6 definitely preferential if have a delegation

hidden forge
#

non-static ips can be fixed with a domain and a DDNS setup

drifting hatch
#

Yep

#

Dont know why I really asked that question tbh xD

hidden forge
potent marlin
#

Uh, I'm 90% sure I'm using ipv6 without a domain name

#

Wait nope

#

ipv4

#

Just checked, idk why I assumed

hidden forge
#

afaik there is still a bug on the client side when you use a IPv6 address in the server manager

drifting hatch
#

You don't need a domain name as such, it might look nicer, and just point the A / AAAA records to your IPs but certainly not "required"

hidden forge
#

domain is just IP with extra DNS steps /s

drifting hatch

#

Open the ports on the server's firewall and connect in game in the server manager, etc

potent marlin
drifting hatch
#

Yep for sure

#

I wasn't sure if it was Windows or Linux

potent marlin
#

Yeah
Idk why people keep doing server stuff on windows but for some reason they do e_e

drifting hatch
#

Only Windows I have is the desktop yep xD

potent marlin
#

That's the way imo
Windows or Linux desktop, linux server
MacOS is for feeding to dogs and poultry

drifting hatch
#

Never owned an Apple product xD
Windows is mainly for gaming otherwise I would probably go Linux

potent marlin
#

Linux gaming did strides in the last ~5 years, it's honestly great for anything that doesn't have an annoying DRM (riot products, and stuff on older versions of easyanticheat)

#

For stuff that has an annoying DRM, there's a solution but unfortunately I'd get kicked if I suggested it x)

drifting hatch
#

Yeah it's getting better with the help of Valve. I do play quite a few Triple-A's and a lot don't support it. I'd estimate 30% of my library has linux support, might be a bit higher

potent marlin
#

Oh that's a LOT of triple As

drifting hatch
#

Cyberpunk 2077 has great Linux support, I've tested that, runs really well

#

Oh that's just the total library percentages

#

Not all tripleA xD

potent marlin
#

I avoid triple As like the plague, it's mostly just valorant that keeps me on windows rn (and laziness)
Once I get motivated to rebuild a PC I'm switching to a dual boot ubuntu/windows 11 probably

#

I prefer debian in theory but it recently dropped support for some non-free software and that's annoying to deal with
