HL crashed 3-4 times a day out of the blue. I might have solved that one. But I had 100% game completion so I didn't play for long.

Red Dead Redemption 2 was only game that was super stable so far.

And with PFEH set to enabled, the firmware will just swallow corrected errors and not pass them on to OS, and just reboot the computer on uncorrected error.

If it crashes again, then a BIOS update. If it crashes again, then I disable logging in bios and go from there.
