I don't think it would disable the ability to equip one or the other, but just invalidate ring engine. Let's say both are equipped, then hyper ring engine would make ring engine not work.

the slipery floor gets in the way and there's barely any cool cuts
sand road is also slipery but you can cut a lot of it if done right
the ramp jump close to the end can easily make you lose if you are not aligned right
its a really precise map that requires you to constantly juggle that precision with the slipery floor, its just not fun
and even if you say, use an accel car (doesn't slip), it's still not exactly fun imo
the plane in lap 3 is cool though

As of now, I've got 22,235 Tickets and the Puyo Fest gives about 2,640 Tickets for completing it.
