I just did this myself for bows. Needed a bow with a good exalted affix to use for my unique bow with LP so got lenses to show more bow prophecies and picked up 10+ prophecies for exalted bow drops and now I have what I want. Maybe lucky, but certainly useful! 🙂

Even with certain crazy bugs. I ran today into something weird: When I finish an echo (monolith or weaver, does not matter) and click on "Open portal to progress", it teleports me back to the entrance of the Monolith! This also prevents me from taking the rewards of the Echo.

Has anyone run into something similar? I've submitted the bug report already. Is there a way to submit it here as well?

that early into the game, it's gonna be less about min maxing 1 item at the time, it's more likely gonna be swapping to a particular unique and/or crafting a weak-but-properly-affixed item. So don't think about hitting big items, think about utilising low end, casual drops in a way that works.

you need to have the key to unlock the dungeon, so it's unlikely you ahve them on your first character playthrough. But on alts, if you have keys (in your keys tab in inventory), you can right click the key for the dungeon to teleport there.

You need to discovery the waypoint in order to run them so if you have a friend or someone in general that you can aprty with to get the WP you can start form there, or simply go to the enarest WP you have and run there.

Largely depends on the alt, but any unique that requires level 4-5 or under are going to be good slams as you can equip them immediately upon reaching the camp. Firestarter Torch is a great caster one as it very easily drops with 2-3LP and the more fire damage debuff is crazy strong. For melee just any low level unique and slam melee damage or +melee of whatever element you are going to play.

with the power creep in this season any build is viable pending what you mean. I would say nearly every skill in the game can be used to kill 10/10 harbingers + Aberoth. Uber aberoth requires more powerful builds.

It's your call, you chose MG so trading is the way to get stronger, if you want to migrate to CoF you'll need to fix some holes in your build that MG items will create. Try to replace these uniques with some random exalts and fall back on corruption a bit then start working your way trough CoF

Bosses previously had a hidden damage reduction mechanic so that you couldn't just immediately blow them up. It felt bad because it was hidden. That system was replaced with the visible breakpoints plus ward that you see today.

It's just part of the boss health, basically. The ward they get drains over time at an increasing rate, so its purpose is basically so lower DPS builds don't need to do as much total damage to kill bosses.

You never have to complete the entire campaign on any character. There is no level requirement on the end game monoliths and you can go in there at level 1. At some point you do want to do some campaign quests for the passive and idol unlocks, although there are many more available than you need to cap.

If you go in mostly a straight direction you'll run into him in sooner or later. Defeating the Shade raises the timeline's Corruption, which has a cap of 50 in regular. Slamming is when you have unique with legendary potential and exalted gear (of same type, 1h sword & 1h sword for example) and go through temporal dungeon and get some of the stats from the exalted on to the unique

Note that Legendary Potential crafting requires the item to have 4x unsealed affixes - the item can have a sealed affix, but it's not used. In preparing an Exalted item for LP crafting, Despair can be used to effectively remove the affix from possibly being transferred allowing you to craft something you want instead in it's place.
