Several angles.

Gather relevant CoF prophecies, run the timeline with the right nodes, use runes of ascendence on the correct item type.

Keep in mind for all of this, it's for general uniques. If the unique specifies a boss rather than a timeline, then it is a boss unique. You are not getting a boss unique in any other way than walking in and punching the boss in the face, probably a lot.

Clotho's Needle I think only drops from its namesake: Clotho which is one potential boss in the tombs. Titan Heart is just a chest so get as many "unique body armour" prophecies as you can and farm away. I've probably gotten dozens of both of them so they're not super rare

Regarding Clotho I don't know. I've met them a lot of times and I think it's been in many different timelines and corruptions.
Titan Heart can be farmed slightly more easily in the Blood, Frost, and Death timeline since it has the "unique or set body armour" echo reward but I would focus on prophecies myself.

Corruption increases rarity of loot which I think makes it so more uniques drop = higher chance to get them and it also increases the chance to get higher LP (and maybe Weaver's Will as well, for Clotho's)

It depends on the skill. If it's going to be helpful for you, you probably want to go pick that up. For example on my Void Knight, I put 15 in Paladin for access to the Holy Symbols Skill as it gives a lot of buffs.

The resistance calculation in LE is not nearly as harsh. It is still good practice to cap it, but you can approach that gradually. Get it done before emp monos and you're fine.

In the Monoliths, look for a Cemetery of the Erased echo. It's an entire echo, not the Tombs side area. The Cemetery will let you place woven echoes and introduce you to the Woven faction.

Arena is in Champion's Rest, near Heoborea. There's 30 round and endless versions.

Dungeons also have higher tier versions. Each has items only from those bosses and special mechanics. Temporal Sanctum is used to craft Legendary items. Soulfire Bastion has a souls gambler. Lightless Arbor has a vault you can throw money at for extra rewards.

It's how you prefer to play the game. The devs give two options so you can play how you like! If you want to get the exact item you want from an auction house like screen, you'll like MG - for example trade PoE. If you prefer to grind the items yourself, you'll like CoF - for example SSF PoE. Just note that for MG items can only be bought/sold once in LE and there's no direct player to player trades. It's all done on an asynchronous Bazaar - so the other person doesn't need to be online. Also if you want to play offline, play CoF as MG offline doesn't give you any benefit.

If you make the second character in the same game mode (just not Solo Character Found), you'll share a stash. And in the first town in Chapter 1, Keeper's Camp, you can join the item faction. So it's very easy to transfer items to your alt. Also, making a Legendary item does not change the required item level. So you can make disgusting leveling items.

Example, you buy an item from MG Bazaar, it says requires MG on it. Your alt joins MG in first town, gets the item out of the stash, and can immediately use it (if they level requirement isn't too high). Same for CoF required items. Yes. Same general item type. It doesn't have to be the exact same sub type. Details:

You turn a Unique with Legendary Potential into a Legendary item with the Eternity Cache at the end of Temporal Sanctum dungeon. You combine can one LP Unique with one Exalted item with 4x unsealed affixes of the same general type. Such as Body Armor -> Body Armor. If you run Temporal Sanctum Tier 2+ you can select 1x affix from the Exalted item to be guaranteed to transfer. Any remaining LP selects randomly from the remaining affixes on the Exalted item to transfer.

The required item level of the Unique item used does not change and higher required item level need a higher tier Temporal Sanctum. required item level of the LP Unique. T2: 65 max, T3: 75 max, T4 everything. The Exalted item required level doesn't matter.

Except that Nemesis Egg is for Uniques with zero Legendary Potential. For LP Crafting you use Temporal Sanctum dungeon T2+to guarantee 1x affix from the 4x unsealed affix Exalted item to be transferred.

Offline is no server, it's directly on ur computer and you can modify the game files

IE modding and item editor, hacks, etc.

Which is why you can't turn a offline charactar to an online one.

The only real downside of offline is you can't play with friends/trade faction and you can't use MTX

Any Unique or Weaver's Will item with an added affix becomes a Legendary item. If Nemesis Egg adds an affix to your zero LP unique, it's a Legendary item. If you use Temporal Sanctum dungeon Eternity Cache to add an affix to your LP Unique, it's a Legendary item.

ive been having issues getting 1 shot in lvl 90 monoliths. took some notes on layering defenses, my resistances are all maxed, build is homebrew void knight. are these tips good?

Does anybody know why I get crashes sometimes when I complete Monolith Timeline story objectives? It only seems to happen then, but it happens exactly at the moment the quest complete box pops up. It's almost like it is spiking in that second, but it's enough to make it crash. I've tried adjusting graphic settings multiple times, I've verified the Steam files, I've turned off the Discord overlay... but nothing seems to fix it. Any ideas?

You can not do that

Make sure to cap ur resists and get as much armour/evasion as you can.

Defenses are multiplicative with each other and your total health pool.

Make sure to also get some form.of recovery either from health regen, or if you attack alot, leech is pretty mandatory.

Getting chance to apply frailty is also very nice way to get extra survivability

You should focus on one main area of defense, and then layer other areas on top of it. For example, are you using ward for defense? Then focus on ward generation... health leech? focus on health leech. There should be a primary focus on your main defense, then you can look at adding crit avoidance and the likes afterwards

These all sound good. Note that you want either Crit Avoidance or Reduced Crit Bonus Damage Taken. One or the other, not both. You mentioned Titan's Heart, so I'm guessing Warpath. There's a Sentinel helmet base, Leonine Greathelm, that can have an implicit 50-85% reduced Bonus Damage Taken from Critical Strikes which is a great way to start.

For Endurance, it caps at 60%. As you mentioned, Endurance Threshold scales automatically based on your life total, so just increasing your life pool is usually better than investing in Endurance Threshold.

Well it has to be seperate from online cause offline irs possible to mod/cheat the game technically. To join CoF you still need to almost beat campaign to reach the city where you join then on atleast 1 char. Before new chars can join from first camp.
