Boss drops are generally all good for something (some are good for like, almost anything). Lightless Arbor lets you gamble gold for the potential of bonkers loot. Soulfire lets you gamble specific item types which can be good for targeting rare things.

If you're going to play offline, don't pick MG as it won't help you much at all. CoF offline definitely. Online it's whatever you prefer. If you like SSF PoE, you'll like CoF. If you like trade PoE, MG, just note that items can only be bought/sold once in LE and there's no direct player to player trades. It's all done on an asynchronous Bazaar, so you don't have to go to a player's hideout and trade.

It's how you prefer to play the game. If you prefer to grind the items yourself, you'll like CoF - for example SSF PoE. If you want to get the exact item you want from an auction house like screen, you'll like MG - for example trade PoE. Just note that items can only be bought/sold once in LE and there's no direct player to player trades. It's all done on an asynchronous Bazaar - so the other person doesn't need to be online. Also if you want to play offline, play CoF as MG doesn't give you any benefit offline.

It means when the item is used at the end of the Temporal Sanctum dungeon, that you can transfer two affixes from an exalted item that has four affixes. If you run Tier 2 or higher, you are guaranteed one of those affixes to transfer. You get to pick which one you want. The second one would be random.

Siphon would be the easiest of those to get, just keep grinding the boss. Anchor also not hard, you'd just have to keep grinding that boss. Flames would be harder of those.

There's a corruption system and you can push it as much as you want, so you can just keep making it harder. The crafting in LE is fun and making chase items is satisfying. cost wise, it's worth the money. i've got about 435 hours in LE, 138 in PoE2, and over 2000 hours in PoE1. I've definitely got my $35 worth out of LE. you also don't need to spend any additional money in LE besides the base game. anything else is just cosmetics. Stash tabs in LE you can get with regular in game gold, no real money needed for them.

Yes it's a good time to start. New Season just started so there's a large number of players on right now, it will of course fall off over time like any ARGB with cyclical content updates. "the thing where you get your own items by hand without other players" if you like PoE SSF you'll like playing LE Circle of Fortune item faction. Yes there is a Hardcore mode. It's similar to PoE where if you die in HC the character is moved to the regular mode game. Like die in HC Season and you're moved to regular Season. But the stash stays in HC mode if you wanted to make another HC character and use it. Unless you turn on an extra Challenge mode, Solo Character Found.

Let me explain again. I'll try to do better. There's 3 options:

1. Banish - Nemesis is gone, no fight. Next time will be new stuff.
2. Challenge - fight and you get the listed items. Next time will be new stuff.
3. Empower - fight and the listed items are maybe improved, but don't drop yet.

If you want the items, you pick Empower a couple of times. Then Challenge so you get them all and they've been improved.

If you don't want to those items you can immediately Challenge to fight and have him drop them so next time will be different. Or Banish if you don't want to fight.

If you follow build guide on maxroll they usually provide lootfilters you could use if you want.
Also if nothing else you can set up easy filter to just hide white(normal) and blue(magic) items, i dont think those are of any use over level 10, but might be wrong
