How do these two affixes help poison Hail of arrows? It's damage over time so it's not a hit so the poison on hit is useless? and 100% damage convert to poison is redundant too since there's a poison conversion node you need to take to get access to poison chance on the Hail of arrows tree.

It's totally possible to go through the whole campaign up to the end of it, with a build you cobble together randomly with sub-optimal gear.

If you want to be efficient with it, you can get a guide, but it's really not necessary.

A lot of people use it, but there are probably still problems with getting loot filters into GeForce Now as it didn't let you copy things from the clipboard before. So you'd need to make your own loot filter instead of importing one. Which is definitely doable.
