How does refighting harbingers work? Can do you do it at any corruption once you have that one killed/unlocked, or are they forever at the corruption you unlocked them at?
Once you get the option to turn harb spawns on/off with the crest, you can do them at any corr for farming.
But for the quest it needs to be a new harb at the appropriate corr lvl
so I was doing monoliths and now every time I attack and enemy a get curses, is this a modifier of the monoliths? and it is, How do i get rid of it? I just die in seconds if I try to attack any enemy and I can't progress any futher.

Yeah, if it doesn't show up in the search, it isn't possible. Nothing rolls straight up reduced damage taken, closest stuff is armor and block stuff. (Neither of those is on catalyst)
Best way to get gold is by selling good items you find since you're in the Merchant's Guild.
Have you tried fiddling with the settings from the main menu? Is it giving you any error report/message?
The game does keep logs of your last 2 sessions, if you can't figure it out, possibly the answer is there. Support may be able to help if they are around this time of year

I've deleted the files from my pc verified them made 3 new characters installed it on different storages tried different graphics settings

Only if you play with others in party will yeald in more exp.
You’ll have to stay alive and you only get xp at best as if mobs are 10 levels above you.
Eg: lv 20 char murders a lv 50 mob, gains xp as if the mob is lv 30

Can someone recommend me a build for now I'm planning on returning to the game I'm usually single player because no one in my friendgroups interested in playing this. Due to recent circumstances I have found myself returning to this game but I feel as if I shouldn't use the characters I had when I originally started the game
Others might give you more conclusive answers but I am of the strong opinion that this game lets you just have fun with whatever you want to play as, and I strongly encourage you to play what jives best with you.
At the very least, have some idea first of what type of character you want to play, and then people can help you refine your build with that in mind.

well I have always loved the idea of working with an animal of somekind so i suppose the falconeer builds would be a good idea but i'm also unsure due to the fact that maxrolls loot filter was never really explained to me it was just something i copypastad and hoped it worked well
you should never start a char with by following some random build.
discover the char yourself first and find a build for something you love/enjoy.
maxrolls is all about pre builds
you do not even know if you are going to love said build or not
here the thing this is coming from my past experience as a blastrain rogue so i know i love ranged fighters and the rogue but the worry i have is that when i am trying to flesh out end game builds i might not do well in regards of making a build for myself
you can flesh out end game build when you find something for yourself first
early builds are same as end game builds if you are building around something you love, you just get better items for that.

All my builds have been crafted around the idea of "what if I never get the key unique?".
There's a lot of options even under that restriction.
Here's an example of one that does have a listed radius; it's in the section with the base damage and tick interval

Restart the game don't work on fixing it... The only way is remove my controller to play the game but... Why it's working normally last time I launched le???...

yes it does but on an off chance I'm wrong there is a way to test it out. in the divine era there is a place called champions gate. at champions gate there are dummies you can test your damage on and a re-spec NPC. you could go there use your skill without the points in "temporal corruption" then attack again with the points allocated. make sure this is the only difference when testing the damage. also even though it is not 100% accurate you can look at the tooltip damage of the skill with and without the points allocated.
Just checked which types of prophecies I can do after blocked all prophecies relevant to corruption, I don't agree that because still many prophecies you can do...
You can go to kill arena champions, you can go to kill boss/rare enemies in dungeons, you can go to kill bosses in normal timelines, you can go to kill bosses without limit, you can go to kill special enemies like siege golems/watching eyes/void horror, you can go back to campaign to kill majiasa, and you can go to find exile mages in monoliths.
But the shortage of a system included lots of prophecy types is rng will influence a lot. Maybe you can't find a satisfiying prophecy even you rerolled 10+ times.
The amount of prophecies on the page is very less, plus it's randomly too
I always bothered by I can't find enough prophecies(3+) with the same event under the same condition to complete all of them once time. That's the most efficient way.

Most likely because they don't have support for those icons. Afaik the only proper support is for xbox-like controllers.

I was wanting to do prophecies related to the monoloth, which was the content I was running; but I had completed two normal bosses; and was just starting my run, and it was already only offering Monoloth runs with 100+ corruption even though I was still at least a few hours from getting to 100+ corrption because I had so many more to do to even unlock that.
Basically the CoF Prophecy system is offering rewards for things you can not possibly complete because you haven't unlocked that part of the game, and if you are running in the Monoloth, for me it was most of them. By the time I was close to unlocking 100 it wasn't offering 100 any more, it was 160+ and as high as 280.
The game is keeping the target out of reach, which is another "We hope you feel bad" in the game.
When I first heard about CoF I thought it was going to be amazing, and the Rank rewards are nice; but the Prophecy system is feels broken that is feels better in game to ignore it. Too much trying to find something relevant, then it wont offer something you need, or it wont be content you can do, or it will be too expensive, or... It's another case of the "negative" feedback loop where if you give someone bad experience after bad experience, just making them feel normal with a small thing that shouldn't be a win makes them feel amazing.
The favour you earn in game should go toward something, but most of the time you spend it on something you don't care about or re-rolls trying to hope you get something that when it does happen probably won't drop anything good anyway. It's a quadruple barreled rng that is just negative feedback after negative feedback.
Does cast speed increase dmg for casting spells like desintegrate?
No, cast speed doesn't affect channeling speed

I'm sure you've already come across it, but in case you haven't - don't forget about lenses for the prophecy system! There's five of them that are "100% reduced chance for [category] to appear" that let you completely block arenas, dungeons, campaign, high corruption, or monolith prophecies from appearing based on your preferences
I think the "high corruption" one prevents anything over ~100 or so corruption from appearing but I'm not sure on the actual numerical cutoff
As a new player who just reached endgame and plays offline, I had a few questions:
- If I start a monolith and stack some modifiers, do those modifiers get lost if I exit the game? e.g. if I had a modifier that is supposed to last for 2 echoes, but I exit the game after the first echo, does that modifier still stick around?
- How do I bring up the quest list on the map? It says ⬆️ but that (up arrow) doesn't do anything...
- How exactly does alt levelling work, and what transfers between chars? I am only playing legacy, not cycles. Do I need to do the campaign and sidequests (which felt like an abrupt ending, but 🤷♂️ ) to unlock my idol slots again? And does that change if I start cycles?
- Related to the above, I understand dungeons are locked behind keys (which I have keys for all 3). But what does it mean by 'alternate levelling path'? Is that a campaign skip?
- Monolith modifiers will persist between sessions, you can leave and come back whenever you want.
- Shift toggles the quest list when on the map by default
- For characters in the same mode the stash and faction rep is shared, you have to re-earn the bonus passive points and idol slots on each character. Blessings from monoliths other characters have found are unlocked at the minimum roll once the new character completes the specific monolith the first time.
- It's a campaign skip, yeah. One of the more popular ones is "do the main story and side quests that reward passives/idols until you do the tree boss in heoborea, then use temporal sanctum to skip to the end of the campaign when you feel like it" (you'll have all the passive points/idol slots at that stage, and the final campaign boss rewards a permanent +1 to all stats so it's worth doing eventually)
Majasa also gives a skill point so you only need 14 others.

The LP slam is something I haven't bothered with because I feel the potential for failure is higher than success.
I remember watching streamers during the twitch drops stuff, and one said he did something like 10-12 in a row and all but one of them gave the worst stat. I figured with those odds, just don't engage and assume the system is broken.
Thanks for reminding me that this game has so many mid-end game "Punish the player for trying" rather than "reward the player for playing" systems in it.
One of the biggest being "die once in an echo, and you need to run it again with no reward. "You dropped your coffee, so you need to buy another coffee, but we aren't going to give you the second coffee because you dropped the first one."
That's just overly punitive, not a "failure penalty"
It's miles better than "You're not going that way anymore because you died in it and with an xp penalty" (Looking at you PoE2)
At worse, you lost time.
(And to defend LP just ever so slightly, you know your exact odds, RNG is just an asshole)
And... Enemies are respawned so you must kill them again

I can enter the map again without changing anything in poe is nice, but GGG don't inherit that because they want the game have more punishments 🤷♀️

Rng acts too bad on slamming + prophecies are too randomly + lack of another gameplay in monolithes except farming enemies in le.
So huge space for end game experience improvement for both of poe 2 and le.
i mean... a unique with a bonus stat is better than a unique without it
and ultimately until you're really approaching really high gearing it's not a big deal
For most players this is true, not all though.
In many ARPGs you can play the luck game to try to get items for your build by just committing time. In LE you can't because a lot of gear for builds is locked behind minimum corruption; so if you are slightly disabled, then the game doesn't give you the chance to "outgear" content like quite a few ARPGs do.
It's sold as a "more complex but generally friendly ARPG", but it's really only for the moderately to seriously dedicated players. Too many systems designed to make players feel bad, or tell them to go away for not having knowledge or experience already.
It's fine, it's what it is, but it's selling itself as what it isn't.
I love the first 25 hours with every character, then when you get to the end of normal monoliths, the game plummets from a 9/10 to a 2.5/10 real fast, and adding more systems won't help that; because the problems are systemic.

this isn't true at all, getting good exalts is a significant part of gearing up for corruption and you can totally do that even in level 90 regular monos
if you are explicitly jumping into the game with a build that requires high levels of gearing to be functional then that's not the games fault. Other ARPG's have that too
99% of this games content is survivability restricted, and you can totally build high enough survivability with just exalts
you don't need a nihilis or w/e to do that
i'm gonna say i do agree that slamming is gonna be a feelsbad mechanic
because it wasn't designed for the state of gearing we have now
LP was introduced well before release and item factions, mainly as a neat "bonus" thing
even 2lp stuff required significant farming
and it's fair to say the devs did not take into account the inevitability of power creep via loot acquisition when designing it
but if your build MANDATES something that is harder to farm and you can't dedicate the time to that... then that's not really the game's fault
A build that requires LP to function is a terrible build.
The only truly useful unique that is locked behind corruption is…. Maw afaik (and in theory is even farmable in normal monoliths), everything else is a “win more” or are just weird things to build around

It's like, if out of 50 echoes you die once and lose that one echo's final reward (and ONLY the final reward), what are we even talking about?
If you're dying every other echo, well, that's on you.
Like, you don't even have to re-do the same echo if you don't want to.

a lot of offscreen attacks from enemies are BS
not being even aware of an attack coming in, let alone having the ability to defend against it, is not good for an action game
games like Bayonetta have a visual indication and sound cue for incoming off screen attacks. LE has that for AOE attacks but nothing else

All this said, anyone can pick MG and then all the corruption and difficulty locking is completely out the window since you can just buy them.

It depends on the skill and how it's worded. Usually when it's a non-cooldown skill with multiple nodes that give it a cooldown, it just gets the highest one.
If it increases the cooldown they stack. If it gives a new cooldown it doesn’t, it takes the longest one

The rule is, things that are less specific apply to more things.
You never need a more specific buff just to benefit a specific thing. Specific buffs merely mean they benefit ONLY that specific thing.

yeah, wd_black. the game started pretty quick at first until i got to lvl 80 or so. now that you mention it, i did uninstall the game and add the second ssd and reinstalled it on the the new bigger ssd (d:/) but im not sure that is the issue cause 1 time out of 20 or so it will startup quickly

really hasnt been out long enough to have lots of mechanics. its mostly just mono farming. circle of fortune faction gives you more farm, but its still mostly monoliths.
depending on what you are looking for, you might have better target farming in dungeons.

the <admin> part of that will be your username. AppData folder is hidden by default.
Either trial and error with the game files themselves or reverse engineered from the game, or a mix of both. Or just got that info from someone else who already knew.
To see the AppData folder: Windows button -> type file explorer options press Enter -> View tab -> push the radio button for "Show hidden files, folders, and drives" -> Press Ok.
The files are in a human readable format
You can open the save files with a text editor and look at them, if you want to check them out.

DOT ?: if i cast a skill like Frost Wall that starts doing damage over time, then i start casting skills that affect global damage modifiers (ex. glacier rine and them mana strike), will Frost Wall dot get those bonuses as they happen for the remainder of the duration or would i have to cast Frost Wall last with this example?
Frost wall's stats do not change after it has been created except by things that specifically do so (like the node in its spec that causes its direct damage to increase each tick)

i have issue with nemesis not spawning for me
i play coop with my friend, there were at least 4 nemesis that spawned for him but not for me i couldnt even see them
we have the same level if that matters, whats happening?
Not sure what's going on. You should both be able to see your own nemesis and then individually start your own nemesis encounters. Anything else sounds like a bug, please report it using the in game bug report tool. Also try swapping party leader and see if that changes things.
There are some very specific scenarios that cause nemesis to not spawn for you, but that shouldn't ever happen if you're normally playing along the campaign
yes, we play the campaign. at some point, it just stopped spawning for me—since the majelka slums level. when this started happening, my friend also noticed that he saw me as offline instead of online.
we re-added each other to the friend list and made him the party leader, which fixed the online issue, but so far, nothing else has changed. i’ve already missed 4 nemesis spawns.
Have you gone to any higher level areas on your own? That can prevent nemesis from spawning in campaign for you
my friend and i entered a dungeon with a level requirement of 70+.
he died quickly, and i kept playing until i reached level 62 (he was level 61) and then died
we thought this might be the issue, so he played solo to level up and align our levels, but that didn’t help.
how could this cause a problem if we were both in the dungeon?
the same thing happened to him once, but at level 40 and the dungeon was level 60
i died quickly and he played a bit longer but that was not issue for nemesis spawners

It might have generated a nemesis for you, not sure if you have to interact with it or not for it to count. But even if not, the thing that would have mattered would be whether it was a 'fresh' nemesis; when your nemesis was generated in a level 15+ higher than the campaign zone you're in, it will not appear
That doesn't apply to anything outside of the campaign, so you could run the first monolith a little bit, which you should be able to handle fairly easily at your level, and either complete or delete your nemesis and then you should be able to get them in campaign again

I don't know if they asked EHG for documentation or figured it out for themselves. There were character editors back in the Beta when the game was only offline, so people probably just figured it out. Also the site Last Epoch Tools had a character importer thing for a long time as well, but they may have gotten info from EHG.

There are some cases where you can get away with generic scaling, it's super skill and build dependent. Warlock and sorc both have a setup for it.

In the Falconry skill there's a Rending Talons passive that gives your Falcon your ailment chances. That would let the Falcon uses your own chance to poison. Without that you'd need items that instead say minion chance to poison. As far as being an effective build, I'm not sure. You'd want to look around and see if there's any builds or build guides using that kind of setup.
You lose one whole affix set since you can't scale the damage type, so you automatically lose a lot of increases comapred to a focused build.

My meaning is why EHG suppose players to deliver their loots from 1.0 to legacy manually and they're must rebuy tabs in legacy instead of merging all items and all tabs from 1.0 by one-click.
Because if you merge the tabs after every seasons, you will end up with over 200 Actives Tabs (not counting remove only tabs that seems to be coded differently)

Noob question, I’m about halfway through the chapter 9. Just noticed I can travel to end of time and do monoliths. Does it mean I can just go straight to end game and finish the chapter later?

Reduced = additive, less = multiplicative.

I've just recently started playing LE and really have been enjoying this. As of today, I've started experiencing a black screen hard crash, or all of a sudden my GPU fans will go berserk.
I've seen on forums that others have had this issue since the beginning of the year. Any one else still having this problem? Any fix or solutions?
I'd hate to put this game down because of this, it's unplayable.
Did you update your gpu driver a while ago? Could be the reason
24% inc health on the player is way more valuable than 24% on a minion, that's why I was unsure.
i read about something like that. it did not help me with my crash but you might need to turn down the graphics details. As the game seems to be horribly programmed.

Go in mostly a straight line in one direction. The shade echoes are always at the edges of the echo web. You can get unlucky and pick a direction that's longer, but sooner or later you'll hit the edge and the shade echoes on the edge.

Corruption Catch-Up Buffs, from patch notes;
The result of these changes is that if you get one Timeline up to 300 Corruption, and then go to a fresh Empowered Timeline, completing a single Echo will create a Shade Echo next to it, that will boost that Timeline straight to 296 Corruption.
Bonus Corruption based on the difference between the highest Corruption Timeline and the current Timeline is now always 95% of the difference (from scaling based on distance and being capped at 60%)
When the difference between the highest Corruption Timeline and the current Timeline is greater than 40, or you have at least 8 Gaze of Orobyss, and the current Echo Web does not contain a Shade Echo, then completing an Echo will create a Shade Echo next to it.

With no attunement and very limited healing effectiveness, it's really going to be outperformed by rebuke, if you're looking for a purely defensive skill

lemme see if I can find some passive points on your void knight tree for you to take off for now and put back on later, cuz sigil of hope would be a serious upgrade over healing hands
I think it's pretty safe to take 1 point off dread, 5 points off blade master, and 4 points off valiant charge, and invest these 10 points into the pally tree to get sigils of fire. Once you get Sigils up to a higher level (which should be very fast btw), it'll more than make up for the temporary loss of damage from these nodes
I've got an update.
At the moment, I have put the settings to Medium and my res to just under 4k and set my AMD Adrenaline to GPU undervolt.
I will see if that makes a difference.
Also, a minor thing: you have a bunch of nodes whose primary purpose is to shore up your resistances. When you start tweaking your gear, make sure to respec those points so that your res doesn't drop too low or become too high.
yeah i also noticed a drop in gpu voltage when i set my details lower
Word is that it's due to some kind of conflict between drivers, GPU card and Unity.
Its an assumption no one's been able to verify though.

yeah, doesnt seem to be much 'wrong' with the build. the only glaring thing is your end % is at 20. but depending on how well you can keep ward up, thats not really an issue
could upgrade the torch...3lp isnt asking too much from that unique. get some hybrid health on the boots and belt maybe. pretty close to the 300 mana for archmage node if you need some dmg
yeah getting hybrid hp and something on boots has been my main goal at this point now
its definately an off meta build so i dont know too much about it. maybe its really good against abby
but for some reason those boots have been very rare for me, like only seen them 3 times despite a lot of CoF unique boot prophs
It's nice for boss fights since it doesnt require huge uptime and lets me keep moving with only black hole every ~4 seconds being "needed"
So especially when I'm not familiar with the fight I can adapt more easily than if I was focusing on rotation or proximity uptime or something

Generally blessings from timelines on the left side of the screen are droprate/acquisition type blessings (like your belt droprate example), whereas blessings from timelines on the right side of the screen impact character stats in some way (e.g. damage, crit, defenses, etc)

prob a stupid question, but does nemesis upgraded gear to higher levels with higher corruption? try to figure out if i should switch my seasonal char to my highest lvl corrup character when trying to upgrade uniques via nemesis
the upgrades are not influenced by anything
the only thing that corr influences on nem is the initial item spread

Is the monolith echo objective sometimes getting replaced with "Actually, an ambush!" an intended behavior or is that a bug I should report? To be clear, this will happen some of the time when the objective is "Find the [type] gate" or "Find/defeat the boss" - it'll happen when bonus stability is around 1/2-2/3 full instead of (I presume) marking the location on the map for the original objective. Not that I mind at all, but it happens often enough that I've been curious.

Get one or the other. Crit Avoidance you want at 100%, for example if you had only 90% then there's a 10% chance you'll take an extra +100% damage from a crit you don't avoid. While Reduced Bonus Damage from Crits works even if it's not 100%, for example if you have 90% then you're just taking +10% extra damage from a crit. Reduced Bonus Damage from Crits also comes with flat +armor, so it can be some extra defense if you're building armor. Crit Avoidance is easier to cap, though, as you can get a Blessing for it.
That makes sense to me. Yeah, im working towards 100% crit avoidance on my current toon. but i see that it could be better to go the other route for another.
Another question. I have an LP 3 classless body armour. Can i use an acolyte exalted body armour to legendary it? Will it become acolyte locked? does it depend on what affix gets transfered?
yes if an acolyte affix is transferred it will be come an acolyte only armor. for example +acolyte skill

your gold income as CoF is directly proportional to your kill speed
from empowered mono to empowered mono, rinse and repeat, the higher the corruption the better right?
doing it contradicts the reason i m needing gold in the first place, which is to buy tabs to keep all those double exalted and T7's i might need one day even if it just stands there gathering dust
this is when i start tightening my loot filter so i pick up less of them
also maybe do an early stash clear and throw out the worse half
I dont really like working with a narrowed loot filter... I just keep pressing X to see what i m missing out on... Because what might not be good for this void knight might come usefulll for the forge guard, or maybe the warlock or the primalist and so on
and then when i get a good 2 LP to slam something on it i swear i never have exactly what i need
a piece of advice for that is to havee your alt builds go for the same stats so even with a narrow lootfilter you'll pick up stuff for them. Or you could also just really get into the finetuning and make sure that you see useful items for certain builds, but only those and nothing else

Been playing for a few hours,
GPU temp has been fine, voltage highest has been 1102.
Game looks fine albeit not obviously the best but has been pretty stable without any issues.

If you're planning/aspiring to do Aberroth you might consider doing whatever your least favorite timeline boss/harbinger is first just so you're not stuck having to do that scaled up way higher than you prefer
Do you always keep the highest roll of a blessing, or just the most recent?
You get to pick between any of the new offerings and keeping your current blessing
And then you can always go talk to the NPC in the end of time to swap a blessing for the highest roll that character has seen (or the minimum roll seen by another character in the same mode)

can't have unique plus experimental, but you can have exalted (purple) plus experimental
that would be a legendary item, by putting an experimental affix on a unique with LP thru the temporal sanctum

Legendary Potential - uniques can (rarely) drop with 1 - 4 legendary potential, which indicates how many affixes can be added (chosen at random) from a matching exalted item (which is done at the end of the temporal sanctum dungeon)
It's the endgame crafting/gear chase system, e.g. get a unique you want to use in your build with legendary potential, combine with an exalted item, hope RNG picks the affixes you wanted off of the exalted item 😉

entirely depends on what class.
necro pet builds are fairly passive, normally focusing on buffing the minions and resummoning, tho there are many variants here and you can be pretty active if wanted
beastmaster is very in the front lines with the pets attacking alongside
druids can be a mix, depending on if totems or companions
sentinel forged weapons are formed by the player attacking

Hey guys im on my first playthrough and i feel a bit underlvld approaching the imperial dreadnaught. Any tips for me to lvl up quick?
You can always repeat previous areas if you want to grind out levels - areas aren't persistent so they reset as soon as you leave them. With that said, you also can't gain bonus XP from enemies beyond +10 levels, so if you're level 20 and kill a level 70 enemy it's only as good as a level 30 enemy's worth of XP.
Most "level quickly" type stuff (which may not feel suitable for a first playthrough!) generally recommends just rushing through the current zone without killing anything if possible as you're doing the campaign until the zone level is 5 levels above your character

How does critical strike avoidance over 100% works? As I understand it, with 100% I can't ever be crit by an enemy, so what does more than 100% do?
Uniques can have "Legendary Potential" if you got one of them, you need an exalted item of the same item base (boots to boots, head to head etc), with 4 (not 5!) stats on it. Then you can clear the Temporal Sanktum and slam the exalted into the unique. Depending on the amount of legendary potential, one to four stats will be randomly transfered to the unique, and the exalted item will be destroyd

E.g.: You have a unique chest with 4 LP (legendary potential), and you have an exalted chest with 4 stats. Then all four will be transferred as they are.
If you have a chest with 2 LP and the same exalted chest, two of the four stats will be transferred. But you can't choose which one, so its kinda important to have four useful stats on the exalted, even if you only really want two of them

There's no convert double dipping btw, so if you convert something the old 'stat' doesn't do anything.
Between Spellblade & Sorcerer: is there a significant difference in „fun“ between them? Subjective, I know. I could imagine both being fun to play, is one of them more varied (rotation/build variety) than the other? Going higher in corruptions probably won‘t be my main motivation, rather having fun playing. (So sorcerer being stronger would be cool, but not too important for me)

Hello. I am new player in ARPG (just want to start any RPG online). I did a research and found: PoE2, Last Epoch, Grim Dawn.
In my research I saw Last Epoch has 75% positive reviews on steam but i'm other hand is casual friendly.
What would you guys tell me about this game? How is it in actual state? I want any of actual players honest recommendation before I buy it.

The game is good and getting better with every major update but they come out much slower than with other games (the next is in April)
Initially this was an offline only game but they added online like 2 years ago, which has slowed down development by a lot
The biggest issues are performance and bugs, they are always being worked upon but they can take a long time to get fixed. Most can be worked around or ignored but there are still some really annoying ones that can be unavoidable for some users (crashes, lag)
I personally like the game a lot and I like to put a lot of hours during the first weeks of a season
Very good game to get into the genre in my opinion.
PoE2 is very hard for new players especially if you just wanna try your own build and SSF (solo self found/no trading)
Last Epoch is very beginner friendly with the best progression feeling and best crafting in my opinion.
You could also try PoE1 which is free but also an ARPG for veterans I‘d say. Still, there is no harm in trying 🙂
Grim Dawn is old and it feels old imo. Still a good game tho

no, I don't want to try the own build but solid blocks still in poe 2 because it need pretty basic for action games, then it test your luck heavily.

You need to choose one in cof and mg, I'm a player lives in offline mode so cof is the only choice.
Cof can increase the drop rate of special item types a lot if you know how to play that faction.
Another faction in endgame is forgotten knight, that's a system for killing harbingers to unlock the pinnacle boss. Double harbinger types only but all of them have exclusive drops.
Another big area is corruption. Increase corruption for
- You can do more prophecies (many of them required regular corruption)
- Get exclusive drops from the boss who help you increasing corruption
- Test how solid your build is, your build must can kill T4 Julra (the boss in a dungeon, temporal Sanctum, which the only place to slam your unique items) before you can kill that pinnacle boss, Abboerth. The difficulty as equal as 500+ corruption. 320 corruption+ is the pass line for challenging T4 Julra.
Another new contents brought with forgotten knight is Nemesis, this encounter can give you surprises always by excellent random exalted gears or you get better unique items (more lp or affixes you want)
Why I think I'm introduce the endgame gameplay more than I'm talking about my feelings...

Nothing I'm unhappy in mapping of le so far but it needs more new contents after I played that 600h
endgame is shallow if you compare it with PoE1 but still has a lot to offer so you'll likely spend lots of hours in it having fun gearing up and chasing bigger fish (bosses) with corruption going higher for increased difficulty.
Even if I love PoE1's endgame diversity, it still goes down to always the same things you do (as a long time player) because efficiency and not every mechanic is equally good. You don't have that problem in LE, you just have fun mapping, finding better gear with CoF (faction for SSF to increase drops) until you're not having fun anymore and want to try other characters or the other games which is fine. Like others said, next big update is still a few month away for LE which will expand endgame because the community wishes for that the most and devs care.
In PoE2 endgame is very tedious and I don't have much to say as I quit it because of not having fun. I'd recommend going into PoE2 once it's released since all the bad things getting fixed until then. Also it's missing a lot of things/classes and ascendancies and story isn't complete

Easy choice for me: If you like games that show they hate you, choose PoE(2).
If you like that a game is (sometimes a bit too much) player friendly, choose LE. None is perfect, but I want the latter feeling when playing games! Life and work is chore enough!
I want to say the craft system but I don't know Poe's one very well 
Le's craft system is perfect by sorting affixes as prefix and suffix then give you these affixes by
-Random shard drops (can use them directly)
-Random gear drops (need to shatter gears to get regular shards)
poe1 has the same respec than PoE2 now so you can respec with gold or orbs but I agree that it was something I really disliked as a SSF player
Shatter gears to get affixes is the key for Le's craft system I suppose because I can just pick up gears which included special affixes I want filtered by loot filter.
Loot filter is another solid and cool feature in le.
I can filter my loots by setting rules for loots I want so
-What I don't need will be hided
-What I need will be recolored

Cof is pretty much EHG's invention
CoF is just for people that don't want to trade. SSF in PoE is: trading and teaming up is disabled but you can still give your other characters in that league gear/currency. PvE-Singleplayer if you wanna call it like that^^
But you don't need to play SSF if you don't wanna trade, you can also play trade but never trade for gear as it's a good bit more complicated than the newly integrated currency exchange.
Since currency is also crafting material in PoE, you're restricting yourself a lot in SSF.
But yes, setting up a lootfilter, crafting, endgame..everything is much more complicated in PoE than LE and that's why it's very good for new people to the genre.
PoE is like a job. LE is like vacation 😅

So on my Void Knight I did these 4 timelines (some a few times) and now doing the 5th one (Ending The Storm)
I heard that the best way is to just push through the right side of the timelines, but the recommended level jumps up considerably, and the enemies start oneshotting you.
I did Lagon fight in the MSQ, and cleared it after a few tries - but when I did Lagon in Ending The Storm - he 1-2 shots me.
What should I do?

If a player has a "current" nemesis that has items generated in an area 15+ levels above the campaign zone level or if the player has had a few (I think 3-ish?) nemesis spawns in higher level campaign zones.
I think only a planner helps, as if you're getting one shotted here there's probably something very wrong with your build.
You can just do right side indeed because lv. 85 one is the only monolith can access three lv. 90 monolithes

For Lagon specifically, I'd recommend focusing on getting your phys res capped first thing, try replacing some of the less useful unique/legendary items you're wearing for some rare/exalted items, and you can craft on them with the forge which will help you get what you need
was more informational to understand her gear better
Then cold and lightning resists will also be helpful in the Lagon fight
and endurance (% endurance, not endurance threshold)

please try putting it on and try Lagon again. would be interested to see if it makes a difference
The claw attacks are physical damage, so getting your physical resistance to 75% will help a good amount. Capping (60%) endurance or at least investing some into that will help with getting 1- or 2-shot as well.
Because I get the feeling you're just getting wasted by crits because you don't know the boss in and out to dodge all attacks. I remeber really good how many hours i wiped at him on my first character 😄
hm, I dodged most of the attacks and that's how I got to 20%

It's possible to dodge nearly 100% of what Lagon does, but it's also really easy to get greedy and die on many bosses in this game, I've definitely done that many times lol

For example you have Max HP at 1000 and Endurance threshold at 250HP - and you get hit by an instance of damage that deals 900 points of damage

or - Deals the first 750 points of damage, then the threshhold kicks in and the remaining 150 points of damage are now mitigated by however much Endurance% you have ?
my longest Lagon fight when I started LE was around 16 minutes ... so, take your time

Usually the gear path is finding a good rare in each slot, or good-ish exalts (the purple items)

Crafting legendaries in each slot is not a realistic gearing thing, since usually those uniques will all need to be 3+ LP to be better than good exalts, and those 3+ LP uniques are excessively rare

even getting good exalts on good item bases (the item bases are very important since you can get a ton of useful stats on them) takes a long time usually, so I usually just aim to get incremental upgrades as I go
For uniques I ask myself "Do I want / need the unique function to sacrifice the normal stats on a rare / exalted item?"
and definitely use the forge heavily (default hotkey for it is F)
For me, I will detail "normal stats" to which resistances or which affixes I can give up

Lowering her max hp means she will get killed by other stuff instead
Both lagon beams MUST be dodged. One insta kills even defensive builds, and the other is considered a DoT.
i wouldn't say the non-DoT beam is mandatory to dodge for tanky builds

Loot Filters:
- If I play various classes - should I have one filter to cover all of them? Or separate filters per character.
- What should it look like? I tried following the guide here but it was an overdose of information and I couldn't set it up completely:

For example it says "Add best T7 Affixes" but I don't even know which ones are the best for me

also, can't we just select all item types in here and set smth like "has a combination of at least 4 affixes that I like" instead of separating it by each piece individually?
I sometimes just add a filter to a character if I want to watch out for items for a different character.
Other than that, I do it per character
so you in theory miss out on some good items for your Character B, C, D when you play on Character A, right?

Maybe, but lately I've just been making a new character each Cycle and not playing my old Characters in Legacy. If I was rolling a second Cycle character, I could add some filters if I was trying to farm some items for the second on the first
ohh, you only have 1 character per 1 Cycle
You can have as many as you want. I've mostly been just playing one each new content release

Does anyone have FPS issues when big mobs of enemies come on screen? Most of the time the game runs fine for me, but when big mobs show up it slows down 20-30fps

As far as which Affixes are the best, it varies by the build. For example, last cycle I was playing a Torment Warlock, and I was looking for offensively:
Necrotic resistance - there's a passive that lets you scale this for damage.
Crit multi - there's a passive that lets you scale this for ailment damage.
Flat +spell damage.
% increased Necrotic damage.
Necrotic penetration - didn't need Necrotic Shred as a passive gave that already.
And generic stuff like Intelligence, cast speed, crit chance, etc.
And defensively:
Ward stuff as I was doing a Ward build. So Intelligence, Ward retention, Ward per second, etc.
Necrotic res also defensively for a unique that makes it give Ward per second.
Armor - works with Ward. I tried to get a lot of Armor. Skipped Endurance as that only works on damage to health.
Sources of debuffs like Fraility, Chill, and Slow.
And the +skills Affixes for the skills I was using.
Yeah, I thought about contacting EGS support. I’ve also had issues with POE 2, and have reinstalled my graphics driver to make sure it wasn’t on my end.
there are some things you can try in the faq's
if its in multiple games, might not specifically be the game. but either way, send in a bug report, might be something the devs can work on making better anyways
its not a terrible uncommon problem. large amounts of mobs/projectiles always had some problems
I also notice the FPS got worse in different maps.
anytime the game doesnt act how you expect, bug report
the more you send, the more info the devs have to track these issues down

If the base stats are good or the item could be useful to you then yes. There is a mob in game called a Nemesis, after level 60 they can spawn with an Egg of the Forgotten. You can place a 0LP/WW Unique in there and it will either gain an affix or gain LP 🙂

No, probably not. I used to just keep a few of the highest LP Uniques in case I wanted to craft one later. But then the Nemesis added the option for random upgrades on the no LP ones.
Focus on the ones with affixes your current build uses or could find helpful, you can probably get rid of everything else
I mostly just pick up the no LP Uniques I might want to use when upgraded by Nemesis. And 2+ LP Uniques I might want to try and upgrade. I've been skipping the 1 LP Uniques unless it's the first time I've gotten it and I might use it.

for example: if I go <cold> build on some class - will it be bad?

its more depends on context. what build, what class, etc
pretty much anything in the game can do all content. but how easy/how fast is the bigger factor
Poison is the only one that kinda sucks, but it has one meta build that can use it because of one specific node in it's class tree and a unique. There's also another meta build that uses it but it's minion based.
It depends if the class can support that build in the first place with skills. If it can, it most likely works.
Eg: Acolyte has zero cold support and almost no cold skills so acolyte can't do a cold build.

yep, sealed affixes are excluded
Is it possible (not saying it is a good idea) to transfer an experimental affix to a legendary?
