See where it says "random drop"? That means it's a random drop that you can get anywhere.
The "timeline to target farm" thing just means that there's a timeline that will let you farm uniques of that specific type, so it's easier to find there.

Higher zone lvl means you can get better base, more rarity and more quantitu
You don't get any extra islands that give you uniques or anything, but yeah, you just get better drops in general.
Well the specials echoes with uniques and also the exalted ones are more common the higher corruption goes
And more uniques dropping from each of those islands.

You cannot get boss drops other than from their respective bosses.

Yeah, there's basically two buckets: Random and Specific. Anything that gives random drops (runes, world drops, unique timelines, CoF, etc.) can give any applicable random drop, but not any Specific drop. Each Specific drop comes from one specific source, and can only be gained from that one source.
Why does fireball do 500k+ dps with some pretty basic skill nodes?
If you're looking at tooltip DPS, there's much funnier numbers. It's a liar.

When the cycle refreshes and character becomes Legacy, it's stash is still accesable by other previously made Legacy characters or those become 2 different stashes?
If you play cycle, then you need to build your stash from zero. If you play legacy, then you can transfer your stash from cycle to legacy.

Hmm, yeah I don't really see anything that would cause that kind of problem. Are you seeing it against a dummy? Most of your poison chance comes from the minions being in your dread shade and AoD areas, so sometimes positioning while moving around could mess things up
(Also, amour shred doesn't help poison damage)
But yeah, nothing weird at first glance.
Side note, if you take this node and summon your skele rogues while in the dread shade aura, it snapshots all the 'more damage' buffs dread shade gives you (for lethal concentration):

You cant, you can only go up to that point in that tree because it is not your selected mastery
Interesting, so it might just be a mixture of the positioning thing, maybe your skeles getting stunned, and/or the boss moving around. Poison has a super low duration, so if they stop getting applied even briefly you may notice it

so im having a weird issue... or at least i think it is one. I just overhauled all my resistances. I was having a hard time surviving in the Maj region due to necrotic damage and bleed damage. Now to my understanding bleed is physical in LE. I have 50% physical resist and yet everytime i encounter more than 2 blood rasps in the catacombs together they nearly one shot me with the bleed shots they shoot. its as if i have no resistance to the bleed at all.
so either they do ungodly amounts of bleed or something isnt stacking up with how i setup my resistances

Resistance is important, but maxing resistance isn't enough later on.
How much health do you have?
i have 600 health. Running falconer. most my resistances are at 50% or higher or at least very close to that range
and im only around level 39 with this toon
i had no issues at all till i got to this region and now it feels like i have no survivability just with this damage type. everything else makes me look like a tank except those rasps. im out of the catacombs now but im sure ill run into this issue again
do you guys recommend shattering all gear that isnt really for your class or dont ven bother picking it up?
@cedar locust based on that info 3 to 5 of them shouldnt be nearly one shotting me even if they all direct hit. they should be doing most 200 damage and if they all crit yes that could but no way my RNG is that bad lol

i have 2 items in my inventory that i can swap out to boost my necrotic or void damage when needed. but this is all i could squeeze out at my level while forging
Weird, most of the time during the campaign, taking damage isn't a problem because any non-bosses should die REALLY quickly.
my falcon absolutely owns and my smoke bomb keeps my survivability up and handles my CC debuffs
cinder strike helps keep ignite proc up along with the smoke bomb while the falcon does my major damage
im mowing through enemies, but i have to be super cautious apporaching those specific enemies
they die nearly instantly but if they all spit at once before i dash to them and get off my cinder strike its RIP for me
thats why i wanted to ask here first to see if its potentially a bug?

those guys are dangerous in monoliths too if you just run ahead without killing them, actually they are one of the most dangerous enemies in the game in that scenario
so kill then as soon as you see them, they are very easy to stun and to kill too
I found that most mobs that use Blood Spit or similar do more damage than I expect, bit like the frost breath attack you see in Heoborea a lot
the efficient way to get rare affixes is to use the rune of removal when you find an item with at least some of them, and use a shattering rune if you run out of forging potential
because runes of removal are rarer only use them when you really want those affixes
people usually waste gold buying runes of shattering but there is no need if you use each rune when they are most useful
unless you are already gathering gear for another character I would not recommend using runes for their affixes
and at your level I usually wouldn't spend time crafting, killing enemies with a well configured item filter is the fast way to level up, the base of the items is usually as important as the affixes at low level and more in some cases
@twin oak i will keep that in mind moving forward. i know something seemed unreasonably rough about their attack.
luckily i have tons of mobility in this build so its all about staying on the move to keep my iframes up
if there is one thing i do love about combat in this game its that facetanking isnt really a thing, at least that ive seen so far
and im not just limited to "kiting" for survival there is an actual level of tactical play

it depends on the build, but you can facetank, in general it is better not to stand in dangerous telegraphs
and yes, it is great that there are viable ways to invest in dps and being able to clear all content even if you are super squishy, it works very well with builds like ballista or shatter strike

I think the intended experience for high corruption for the dev was 300, since it's the last threshold where you may get exclusive drop and fight Aberoth (after defeating the last harbringer)

it depends on the build, in this game it is usually better to combine several defensive layers rather than only having one high
so Im shooting for a fire minion build for my necro are there affixes that have + fire damage for minions or does it sclae with + fire dmage I equip for me?

Idols have those mods. You can easily get +1000% inc dom in one element for your minions as necro.

It's now the "target' for a good build, and the uniques he drops DOES NOT drop anywhere else, so if you want them you gotta kill him.

even if you are not looking for them they can still be valuable in the bazaar
if you are farming for Harbinger drops there is no reason not to kill Aberroth (if you can) because he also drops items from Harbingers

It should be "lost" coz u ticked to not not share your stash with any other toon
I ask because if the character goes to SC then surely it makes sense that the character would have access to all the same stash, gold etc

im trying to target farm specific drops from timeline bosses but ive reached a corruption level that i just cant maintain anymore, should i just reset the corruption for those timelines just so i can target farm easier?
cause idk what else to ... i have saved every exalted item that has dropped with t6 and t7 affixes and i keep crafting and optimizing but i just cant keep up
i think this build is weak anyway but i really want these uniques in order to be complete anyways, so dropping corruption for those timelines okay?

I like your spirit.. i know i shouldnt push corruption any further when random things can 1 shot me at 500c until i improved my gear and raised again slowly. I did orobyss and then reduce the corruption back to near 500c for a period of time until i get my desired unique LP at that time.
I am not sure whats your build/class though. Usually it is the HP/wards that plays a bigger role to survive those hits
Also clearing speed is a factor, if you cant clear smoothly or comfortably, it is better to stay or go lower corruption
Recently returned player here... with these Harbingers, do I have to always fight one when trying to farm a boss? I need to farm Abomination for Woven Flesh, but I have to fight the Harbinger everytime. I must have gotten lucky the first time, but in the five attempts after, the harbinger kills me every time. Is there any work around to be able to farm Abomination w/o harbinger?

Steam allows you to launch the game that doesn't connect to the servers.
Well, there is 2 kind of Offline Mode
- "Semi Offline" you still connect to the server but only for tchat, and you can use the bug report tool
2." Full Offline" you dont connect to anything
In both cases your save files are stored locally on your device.

So I haven't played on legacy at all. A couple of questions though.
Do we have to repurchase all the stash tabs that were originally purchased in 1.0?
Do we have to manually drag all items in "remove only" 1.0 tabs to legacy tabs?
I've click the button in the top right a dozen times but it only moved the shared stuff like crafting mats, gold, etc.
you will need to repurchase tabs, yes, but I asked it to devs and they have no plans for the moment to delete de "old tabs from cycles" so you can let there all you don't want to ocupy a new space on Legacy stash. It seems, yes, you need to manually move the items. (that button doesn't move items, correct) (I asked the same some days ago...)

Ah, no unfortunately. The Arena Key of Memory allows you to return at half the amount of waves you had managed - so dying/leaving at Wave 500, you would re-enter at Wave 250.
However if you have never reached Wave 100, you enter at Wave 100.

The suggestion I posted in suggestion thread is that it would allow you to continue whenever you want, if of course you manage no to die. e.g. you always get asked after 5 waves if you would like to continue or leave. Would be nice to be able to just get back there if you didnt die and left. 🙂

Yeah, almost entirely useless. They may eventually disable it, but it's mainly because they just want to minimize in-game differences between online and offline

No, shock isn't CC at all, it just makes enemies take more lightning damage by reducing their lightning resistance

They have a Twisted Heart of Uhkeiros on, every time they cast an elemental spell they sacrifice some health to gain ward. There are a few damage sources that bypass ward as well but they cannot kill you.

It only matters when shattering, like you salvage an item with a T5 cold res affix, you could get up to 5 cold res shards. Shards are shards, doesn't matter where they came from

Easiest way is to just set up a filter to highlight Circle-tagged relics, optionally grab some relic prophecies (all proph-generated items are tagged)

There is no fast way beside being lucky.
Hunt for shades that are far away from the center. You can see the base corruption, aim for 10 or higher and be super lucky then.
Worst case you will still need a 2 digit kill count for every one Amulet

T6 potion converted to ward + T5 increase mana regen by using potions
Ward / mana stacker would work for both.

hello! im new to the game and i just wanna ask a noob question. seems like im overleveled somehow since i go around the map clearing it. like im level 22 when the place im in says its level 17. is it advisable to clear maps or just run through it and just go through the next place to complete the campaign?
Make sure your timeline is at a minimum of 200 corruption and then go as far out from the center as you can before killing a shade. The number underlined in red can go up to +18, the higher it is then the higher your odds of dropping an omnis.
As high corruption as possible and murder a shade as far away as possible are the only ways

i have near bis belt and every other unique has 1 or 2 legendary bis affixes but like u need 4 in min max and ur exalts need to be crazy rolls and crafts

I would advise to just clear story quest and side quests and not clear the entire map cuz you will be delaying getting reputation for your faction and also skill specialization as you need to kill mob while the skills are specialized to gain skill points (higher level map, higher exp). Also, overall progression
But uhh... if you enjoy clearing map during campaign, you do you 😄. I do that back in D2

U will almost never get it that way due to distance
U will only see ring drop 99% of the time
Like many have mentioned, item dropped by orobyss scales on corruption and distance. Just focusing on one wont do you good
Outliers even among the strong builds, don't watch out too much for such things
You probably won't see an Omnis from the catch up shade. As we told you, to farm Omnis, you need to kill shades far from center

I want to merge my 1.0 character into legacy. I’m changing to 1.0 in the drop down menu in my stash, all my stuff appears and merge button appears. I click said button but nothing happens and it even looks unclickable. Did I misunderstand smth?
Your crafting materials, gold and Favor will have transferred however you'll notice when you choose 1.0, the words 'Remove Only' appear under Stash. This means you can remove those items from the tabs, into your inventory, then place them into your Legacy Stash Tabs but the 1.0 tabs themselves do not merge into your Legacy tabs

it doesnt scale you lightning, it scales your spell damage overall. and if spell has huge multipliers like static orb for example this amulet is getting even higher value

you can add any flat spell damage to your spell and it will work.
so for example when you cast static orb your static orb will hit not only with lightning but it will have fire/necro/void portion of damage with this amulet

You need to look at specifically what the passives/items say they will increase.

First of all, the spell damage type tag only tells you what untyped spell damage will be converted to. This is exclusively (I think) found on weapons. My staff has +111 spell damage on it. Not Spell fire or spell lightning, just spell. If I'm casting static orb, that damage is +111 lightning damage

All added spell damage is added to any spell. Anything with the spell tag. It retains its type. Confluence of Fate adds fire, necrotic, and void damage, and your static orb is dealing that damage, at high effectiveness

Static orb have lots of nodes that cause static orb to deal more damage. They do not specify a type. So any damage that static orb deals, regardless of type, will be increased by those nodes
In short, if you add flat necrotic spell damage to your static orb, it is increased by everything that specifies spell, necrotic, or static orb, and is only not increased by things that specify lightning or elemenetal or other similar things

That isn't an issue. If it says spell necrotic damage, then it adds that as necrotic damage to any spell
When you have items like this, your static orb is dealing multiple different types of damage. Primarily lightning because it's base damage, and the flat damage from your staff/wand/sceptre, are all adding lightning damage.
...The question is static orb is lightning damage all the time, no node can convert it into another damage. So it's not relevant to necrotic/void/fire damage at all...It's one of spell damage only. But tooltip of this amulet tell me another types of damage
In English, this is the most correct way to phrase it. If it was something like "xxx spell damage" it might be more often misinterpreted that it would only apply to xxx spells.

Because of damage type scaling, it still deals xxx type damage.
Eg: A fireball that deals 10 fire damage, gains 5 cold damage somehow.
100% increased fire damage would turn it to deal 25 damage.
100% increased spell damage would turn it to deal 30 damage.
100% increased cold damage would turn it to deal 20 damage.
For example, if you have a lightning spell that deals 5 damage, and you add 5 necrotic damage to it, it now deals 10 damage, 5 of which is lightning and 5 of which is necrotic
If you have a lightning spell that deals 5 damage, and you add 5 spell damage to it (from a wand or whatever), it now deals 10 damage, all of it lightning

I'm building disintegrate. It is a Damage over time ability and it's lightning tagged. I have something like 1200% increased elemental damage over time on my gear. For me, adding void damage to the spell doesn't do very much. Sure, it adds the damage, but it doesn't get increased by my elemental damage over time gear, so it's not as effective as if I were able to add lightning damage (or fire or cold)
I also have a node in the disintegrate tree that specifies that it gives more lightning damage. It's currently giving me a 250% more multiplier, but only to my lightning damage. So adding cold or fire isn't very good, either
If I wear confluence of fate, I get very little more damage on disintegrate overall, because a large amount of my bonuses apply only to elemental, and a signficant portion of my bonuses only apply specifically to lightning
But if we're someone who already scales spell damage instead of x damage type, then Confluence still helps because we're scaling ALL spell damage.

No, necrotic and void aren't even elemental damage, they aren't affected by anything except increases to necrotic or void damage, or by spell damage in the case of disintegrate

You'll need to reearn the XP. You should be able to hit 18 pretty quickly
Max skill level is 20. After you reach level 20 in a skill, it will no longer increase
+45 spell damage means it will adapt to the skill type of the spell, which means it will always be a massive increase instead of having to mess with % X increased

i have 23 ranks to it and i respecced down to 19
If it's under 20, it's definitely going up if you're level 100 and fighting in empowered monoliths
It should take only a few echoes to get back to 20 (or 23 if you have a +3 on your items)

If you have increased/more spell damage? All benefit
If you have increased/more lightning damage? Only lightning benefits
If you have increased/more elemental damage? Lightning and fire benefit
If you have increased/more necrotic damage? Only Necrotic benefits
If you take all typed bonuses and make them all untyped bonuses, then ALL the damage scales from ALL the same stuff, making it WAY easier to scale the damage

You have 10 fire damage as base.
IF you gain 10 cold and 10 lighting:

110 + 60+60= 230.
IF you gain 20 adaptive:
Your total damage would be (30 x [100+500+500]%) fire= 330

If my damage is fire, flat spell damage bonus will plus it directly.
If my damage is fire, flat spell fire damage bonus will plus it directly.
If my damage is fire converted to cold, flat spell fire damage bonus still be effected but less than flat spell damage because cold damage don't be affected.
So the reason why specialize in many types of damage is make sure many types of damage can't get double bonus to control the number?

sup bro, i think i get u, what u re not understanding, is that the amulet itself is giving u more spell damage, not lighting one nor flat one, but necrotic, fire and void one, it goes from 0 necrotic damage to 15, and so on wiht other typesm, ur lighting damage is not the one benefittin from it, but the spell itself, that is ganing like 45 spell damage from 3 different types, that still multiplies by all ur increased spell damage

who can help that when entering the corral backwaters location, the location does not load, just a brown texture, the character can only use skills
Try repairing your game via Steam and if that doesn't solve the issue, please submit an in game bug report from that location. Not only will your written report help, but it'll take a screenshot of the area you're in and also attach the log files. Then they can take a closer look at the files and better be able to approach any potential issues.

This makes every item a generalist item. I think that's much worse. It's much better if items can be more valuable for certain builds than others

ur lighting damage is not buffing, ur spell damage is buffing, so any spell mod will buff all the added fire, necrotic and void spell damage that the amulet itself is giving
the amulet is not intended to buff necrotic, fire or void damage, is intented to GIVE you those spell types
so why you get more dps on ur lighting build? coz u are adding more types of damage tho the skill, fire, void and nectrotic, so ur skill will do 4 types of damage, probably a lot of lighting damage and a little of the added types

New player here having a question about gear.. What am I supposed to do, when looking for better gear, I usually find something "better" damage-wise, but if I switch to that, I most probably lack resistances if I use them 😅 Seems like hell of a work to remove stats from every item to match the previous resistances
Personally, I don't worry too much about defensives until I'm pretty deep into monoliths
by the time you make it there you'll have higher tier affixes on your gear as well + some other defensive stats from your blessings

It means you don't have enough corruption in that timeline to summon the harbinger. It would probably be more clear if it showed it without the checkmark in the box.

Unlike omnis where it has a chance to never drop, you'll always drop either a siphon or a styimed.
Can confirm this. I raised corruption for 9 timelines recently via catch up orobyss and the shoe did drop albeit lower rate. 99% still ring drop

Flat melee damage works the same way.
+50 flat fire melee damage boosts all melee skills for 50 fire damage
Flat boosts is tied to the skill type and not the damage type

The only shortness of wrongwrap is you must find one which -3 mana cost. Over 3 is failed
The conflict between a skill must cost over 40 mana to get the damage bonus and wand try hard to reduce your mana cost lol
Because flat damage that doesn’t have a damage type will become that damage type
I dont play mages at all but i assume you just have get alot of skill nodes that increase mana cost

man - it took me 270 hrs to get 2 characters to lvl 100 in LE. Is that normal? By comparison, it has taken 178 hrs to grind 6 lvl 100 characters in diablo 4...
Lvl 100 is an achievement, not smth you are required to hit in order to be full powered
The difference in power between lvl 95-100 (5 passives pts) is super small
So yes it is normal, reaching lvl 100 take quite a while (especially those last lvls)
Pretty much we just kill a lot of undead enemies, presumably all working toward a community kill count or something. We don't have a lot of details yet

i have found the temporal sanctum / legendary creation system to be very frustrating this cycle. The grind/effort to get even 1 copy of a desired legendary with even 1 LP is huge. Add a grind to get keys to even attempt it. Now that the good items require a lvl IV temporal sanctum run, even with a really strong build (currently grinding over 500 corruption), I was unable to beat Julra reliably until around lvl 95. Add the difficulty in getting a decent purple item with T7 affixes, and the inevitable disappointment of RNG giving you an undesired affix...it's just too much to be fun.

i found her one-shot mechanics difficult to deal with, and since it requires a key and long dungeon run, it was also frustrating to practice and get better at it

You mean "Press the dungeon specific button"? That's the only one-shot iirc
her freeze wave and her rotating void beam one shot me no matter how much shield/ward/armor I apply. There actually are many cheesy boss moves that one shot almost any build. Julra is one of the more difficult fights, and that long run to even attempt it is really bad design IMO.

Most builds should be able to take one hit of it and not die.
The beams are DoTs, which to be fair, you should walk out IMMEDIATELY and are perfectly dodgable by walking.
Max HP plays a big role
i guess my point is - they should just make the legendary forge be available like the normal forge. it's exciting when you finally get something decent to slam, and the process of defying the odds on both a desired legendary with LP and the right purple item is enough grind
the temporal sanctum run and julra fight is too intense for 1 chance at slamming. at least let players forge as much as they want and don't limit to 1 attempt for 1 piece of gear per run
This is very likely done to make min maxing effectively a major skill and grind check, considering most builds SHOULD be able to pass 200c without LP uniques.
i like the game, but the inaccessible legendary forge mixed with the inability to skip the campaign each cycle will likely cause me to not play future cycles unless they change it. the maps are so huge and the pace that low level / poorly geared characters can run through it is so slow. It's just so boring to get to the more fun grind.
Errr, you can clear a campaign in like 8 hours from fresh.

Sorry if this has been answered already. The topic of ignite. What are the scaling modifiers? LE Tools only show Damage over time as a tag. Does this mean that Fire damage, elemental damage over time and fire penetration have no effect on the ignite stacks?
Ignite deals fire damage, so it scales with fire.
SO it would scale with fire, dot, elemental dot, fire pen, fire shred.
also, first lvl100 take more time than next ones... and also not the same to lvl a Tanky Char than a Glass-cannon with high dps char... its like "half the time"

Do Arcane Current and Arcane Flames work with disintegrate? I see some catching on fire but that might be my gear and im not seeing any lightning anywhere while doing it however ALOT is happening with disintegrate so idk

So i tried another lightning spell and it is very evident when it happens, same with Arcane Flames. If anyone else had this question no it looks like disintegrate doesnt proc those passives.
I didn't level my first...like 4 (?) chars not even to 100. But that was never planned or expected at all. Usually I see me in a spot in ARPGs where I would never expect me to even ever reach max level. 🙂 But comming from D2 and PoE experience here, and more casual there usually.

I will also never understand how fast the super quick guys level, I needed a few weeks for 100 and CoF12. But for me the "length" to get there seems just about right

I raised my last char, probably my main now, in less then a half day of playing time from lvl1 to around 450 corruption. But ofc with a rank12 faction and 2-3 nice legendarys/uniques and the help of a few waypoints from a friend. Envy Runes did the rest. So I see a lot room for testing, once you are familiar with everything
Take your time, explore the game, the mechanics and everything - and you will raise your future chars faster and faster

Yes, technically endurance doesn't trigger though, it's always active. That means it still helps against one-shots.

Yeah, they intend to make changes to it, we just don't know what (they probably haven't decided yet, it's not a priority for them atm)
Ah gotcha. I really want to grind out high LP versions of the boots and the ring but arena as it is now is kinda...bland to be honest 😅

Technically, you can go lower tier depending on the unique item level itself if t4 is oneshotting you always. There is no difference between tiers other than julra's own drop and the item level range of slammable uniques
As others have mentioned, having decent exalted gears are suffice to fight julra.
It's the item level range requirements, which for many uniques requires tier IV, that is the issue. If the item has a lower requirement, then of course you would run the easier tier. Not saying it can't be done with exalted items, but i do think it's unnecessarily long and difficult to get keys, run the dungeon, and fight julra to get good enough to beat her consistently. All that only to give a 25% chance on a 1 LP item for the affix you want. Seems like that juice is not worth the squeeze - I just don't understand why all of those elements are blocking having fun by upgrading gear
Yea, I get your point but things are always hardest at the start
. That is where you start to feel the power when you overcome the hurdle and slowly slam your unique 1 by 1.

Not a lot of uniques need T4. (46 of them, out of 293 of uniques that can get LP)
i also think that leveling up provides such little power improvement - gear is almost the entire world for breaking through to that good arpg power feel
so it's unnecessarily painful to restrict upgrading gear so much - because it's already incredibly difficult to get the one unique you want (out of the 293), esp with LP
Hoping the desired affix gets slammed in successfully is a whole different topic though
. Many of us slam like 10 - 17 times for that one piece of gear to get what we want
totally - and think about how much time has been spent on temporal sanctum runs (both successful and failed at julra) - it's pretty crazy
dungeon sizes are also a different issue - some of them are just massive
Movement speed is the only thing that helps.. kill few groups of mob till the gates location are reveal and zoom to it

yea - i get that too - even focusing movement speed - it seems not practical to get much above ~130% without a successful movement speed slam on some boots...which puts you back scraping for keys and doing slow temporal sanctum runs
There are also some evade/crossing barrier shenenigans if you are into it

Sometimes a PC can be OP for games and you may need to ajust settings on gfx, unlikely the problem in most cases. Check your gfx card.

VSync would be the main fix for screen tearing but as you know it can come with input lag, Just need to match the fps.

way over simplified - the core question is: what is the fun/reasonable content threshold for players to unlock gear - which is an absolute requirement to get to an acceptable power threshold.
I'll test the 'Half' option. It's really annoying to have to use V-Sync. Used to run well at 60 FPS with the occasional lag spike (which may or may not kill you).
I think that it's currently in a perfectly fine place. The amount of power you can get without ever stepping foot in temporal sanctum is large. The amount to power you can get without stepping into t4 is huge

I think there is something to be said for the wrong thing being locked behind the different tiers, though.
The acceptable power for devs is for you to be able to hit 500c.
Anything after is 'bonus'.
Anything that hits 1kc or higher is broken.
1lp stormcarved testament requires t4. 4lp exsanguinous requires tier...what? 2?
So it can feel a little incongruous when the unique you want to slam is 75+ 1lp, and you feel weak

i am finally able to roll through 500c after ~120 hours in cycle and at lvl 100. I personally found the grind punishing and too restrictive to be fun - it's very repetitive and boring. It's strange because there is a ton of end game content that I won't even bother with because the gear/blessing/slamming grind is so severe. I would personally strongly prefer to spend ~30-50 hrs per cycle on a different build/character type and have cycles refresh every 3-4 months. I guess LE maybe just isn't made for me.
it's also basically impossible to spec into a different build, even on the same character type (because of the above) - which is annoying to me.
I hate to tell you this, you're probably an outliner. (time spent to hit 500c wise)

YOu'll need to do enough damage to stun them, but kinda? Takes quite a lot of damage (You'll just kill them outright anyway), and some bosses are stun immune.

The way it works now, is you merge your stashes together and you have access to a dropdown menu where you can select each cycle's stash (please note that the copies of previous cycle stashes are remove-only)

I've never personally played on controller, but you should be able to navigate to the replace button. Is it not letting you do this?
I tried every button. It won't let me place or leave it in the replace box so I can't confirm.
When I hover on the unique item to be placed. It says "Y" but when I press it, it just replaces my current equipped helm lol, and not in the nemesis slot.

I already did. The problem is after I press the replace button, I could not put the item into the nemesis window, whatever button I push onthe controller. The controller settings is at default and so are the buttons. Thanks for trying to help.

ok I want to ask about voidwinter bolt from Bane of Winter spear, when I checking the scaling tag in game why cold isn't belong to the scaling tags? for me it's doesn't making any sense because of all the text on the spear, this just bricked my build when I grind it to level 82 just to realized that

ok if you go in game and check the scaling tags there isn't any cold tag at all
There was last I checked, but doesn't matter too much what the tags arw as long as the damage is right
the only way to scale it through cold cold damage is actually crit mul per uncapp chill chances
it has a cold scaling tag right there
The crit multi based on chill doesn't really have anything to do with cold damage. If it got bugged out at some point to display differently than the tags in the above screenshot, it's a bug and definitely should be reported

the melee -> spell conversion is the only part of the item thats kind of good
Tags don't really do much functionally, so don't worry about it. Especially with mourningfrost.

I actually wonder why shaman passives/tempest strike doesn't have a node for melee dmg -> spell dmg conversion. Only spellblade gets that in FC and reave. Seems like a perfect fit for shaman, both thematically and for builds.

Yeah, it's a junk skill on its own, using it through tornado is basically the best way to use it
Shaman's problem is a lot of the shaman skills are just better as Druid or Beastmaster. Shaman literally gets Storm Totem and Avalanche tree, thats it

Druid and beastmaster probably have greater build variety too. I think the classes are just better designed. Both can be minions, spell dmg, or melee. BM gets a ton of diff pets. druid gets forms. Shaman just, doesnt have anything unique going for it, and 90% of what shaman does, druid and BM just do better
the shaman passive tree remake also put the best passive nodes in the first half, so you just take them as BM or druid
and you don't miss much

What I'm not happy with fg is I don't know why fg can run by skill combs without any fg's skills then I'll doubt why are they choose this mastery
Another proof is triple +7 level of skills. Too fake...Single one is enough if your skill combo works well

you can start anytime, you'll be level capped for upgrades anyway, the point is to have the right affixes on your items first
dont concern yourself with items that have only 1 or 2 affixes that you want, unless they're levels

You don’t. Items don’t really have a base ilevel, their implicits are always the same
you'll be salvaging a lot anyway, and have shards by the hundreds eventually

and eventually when you come up to exalted it usually requires like lvl 50 or so for a T6
yep, its all about affixes
and the higher your affix count (total tiers) the higher the level of the item
be careful though sometimes you can upgrade an item and it suddenly becomes 1 level too high for equip, but those are rare cases
Some items have a min drop level but that’s about it.
you'll get a crapton of gear anyway so it's not much of a problem to upgrade
But said items could possibly have the same implicits as a 1 min level item?

Eg. All Poignards will have the same implicits but different affixes which will determine required level to equip.
