Multiply is % and addition is +#. For example a wand can give 40 spell damage. A wand can also give +% increased spell damage which multipleis the spells damage.

Example: Spell has 10 damage. You have a wand that gives + 40 spell damage and 100% increased spell damage = 10 + 40 = 50 damage * 100% increase = 100 Damage

You can start running monoliths as soon as you select your mastery in the end of time, but I don't personally recommend it as you don't have all of your passive points and idol slots from quests at that point

Ya, don't let your inventory fill in the first place. This is not a "loot everything you see and go sell in town" game. Get a loot filter that is appropriate for your class, and only pick up stuff that is an upgrade, or that has really good affixes that you might want to use runes of shattering/removal on later. But in general, don't worry about "missing out" on loot... it doesn't sell for squat compared to dropped gold, and you'll get TONS of it for shattering later if you want.

CoF = You want to grind the itmes yourself and enjoy progressing your character yourself.

The short answer is, start with monoliths. When you finish the campaign, there is a quest in End Of Time that will point you towards them, but basically, just go right out of EoT and get started.

Singularity is the name of the idol, hit damage is basically damage inflicted through any type of hit, be it magical or physical, so spells included

@stray seal by boss it just means if the echo has you go fight one strong enemy as the echo objective. Or the Exiled Mages from the Rune Prisons counts. Probably also the boss of a timeline counts, but I've always finished those random boss prophecies before getting to the monolith bosses.

If there is no restriction on the prophecy, you can do it anywhere... so any boss. Pretty sure the end boss on echoes in the monolith would work. In general, if you can get unrestricted prophecies like that, don't worry about trying to farm them, just play, and eventually they'll go off. 🙂

You can use RoA any time you want, but if you're planning on going Circle Of Fortune, the rank 2 perk makes it so if you RoA a CoF ranked item, there is a 45% chance to not burn the rune, which is a bit of a win. @unborn elk items can have two Prefixes and two Suffixes. If the Affixes are filled, you can't add a new one. You can use Glyph of Chaos to try to re-roll an Affix. Or Removal to try to randomly remove one, risky. But early game you're better off just finding a different item.

So if you have the recommended items in that build you should be able to clear the advertised. It varies on each build and your items vs recommended. The median corruption that is considered somewhat difficult is 600. But there s builds that do 900+ easily

@miii.chan the dps tooltips aren't great. You can use the training dummies in Champions Rest, Act 7, if you wanted to try out skills on things that won't kill you.

@junior garden all areas. You can think of them like items you're equipping. You can also change one by re-fighting that boss.

@lucid frost if you want, you can attempt monoliths as soon as you unlock your mastery in the end of time. But that area is level 55 at the lowest, so I'd recommend being at least 50 or so (or whenever your build comes online) before doing endgame. The story campaign has nine chapters.

@karmic yew that's a difficult question to answer since there are a lot more ways to stay alive other than life and armor. You kinda need to balance multiple defensive layers like armor, resistance, health, block, dodge, glancing blows, ward, leech, endurance, applying frailty/chill/freeze, etc until you feel tanky enough.

@vital glacier it used to be incredibly powerful, but was nerfed a bit awhile back. Doesn't mean you couldn't make a build with it though. I've been messing around with a Bleed Warlock and respecced to Torment Warlock last night. Both of those DoTs were doing fine.

there is no flat stat that increases crit chance. So %crit chance directly adds to your crit chance no matter what. if your a pure sorcerer or throwing dmg, etc build its worth to go for the corresponding crit chance, because it can roll higher on affixes.

@vital glacier No, unless there's some passive or item that says it does that. I'm not aware of one. DoTs are snap shotted as they're applied though. For example if you have a time limited buff that increases Fire damage, that while buff Ignites that are applied while it's up.

@wispy galleon no, it would increase your crit chance by 95%. For example if you had 5% crit chance before, you'd have 5 * 1.95 = 9.75% with that.

@main olive most you get the Blessing pop up when the boss dies. On some of them like Blood, Frost, and Death timeline with the Frost Lich Formosus boss fight, you need to interact with the guy in the cage. That ends the boss fight and you'll get the Blessing pop up.

Steam looks at extenuating circumstances. If you go through the steam refund process and explain the situation, they will still refund past 2 hours. If you want to refund, that's your process.

@fringe lantern generic crit chance increases both melee and spell crit. There are some items where it will specify spell crit, for example, and then that's just an increase to spell crit.

@neat aspen yes. You'd need to put 5 points into Bladedancer Mastery to unlock the skill. You can put points into the other masteries up to that chain you see running down the middle.

@untold cobalt you must use an Exalted item with exactly 4 Affixes. Sealed is not counted or used. So if you use Removal, you must add an affix back in before it can be used in LP crafting.

@indigo estuary it's up to you level + 10. So at 78 in a 90 you'd be earning at an area level 88, which is fine. I'm usually in the 100 Empowered Monoliths in the 75-80 and you still earn a ton of XP.

What do you want to achive? Is the T4 sth you dont need on the item? If yes, you can try to gamble and use a rune of removal and hope the T4 will be removed. Then add sth better.
I have never ever got lucky enough to seal a T4... but I think its poossible, just very unlikely.

Check on the timeline at the top, is the first or second quest still a yellow diamond? I've noticed that sometimes you can complete the first or second quest, but it doesn't actually register as completed. It should be a checkmark if the quest has completed properly. If it's still a yellow diamond, do it again, and the later quests will unlock once it finishes properly.

@jolly hinge I would fight the shade first since the boss resets your web and your stability. The shade fight only resets your web. But it doesn't really matter too much.

@crimson ore not sure about the case where you have a prophecy to kill a boss for a unique item, but you definitely can't get boss uniques from non-boss unique prophecy rewards.

@jolly hinge Always fight the timeline boss first. It does not reset your echo, and you need it for blessing. It takes your stability because if it didn't, it would allow for infinite boss+blessing farm. In Empowered, you want to do the boss then shade.

Right, so do the first quest again. It didn't complete properly. Once it completes properly, and has a checkmark instead of the diamond, the second will unlock, you can do that, and then the boss quest will unlock if you have the stability progressed that far.

Hi, I'm leveling up my Rogue and figuring out crafting, and I had two lvl 14 Andinais Poignard daggers drop the other day, they have a T1 Dusk Shroud prefix proc chance affix shard called Andinai's, but they have zero forging potential...is the game basically telling me to shatter these to get the Andinai's shards as these really arent viable for me at my current level 30, and have no forge/upgrade potential?

Corruption increases item rarity, experience gained, monster health, monster damage and how much Timeline Stability echoes give.

Corruption also increases area level in standard timelines, and increases the rarity of guaranteed echo rewards in empowered timelines. Corruption also has very slightly increases the odds of unique items having Legendary Potential or Weaver's Will.

@waxen folio if you cleared the echo before you died, the reward should be there. But that said, you're generally best off rushing the objective and moving on. You don't need to full clear the echo.

I've been solely playing 1.0 with a friend and I've been going through the campaign with him. Can't speak on the dungeon thing, but we have always been able to see each other and zone into the correct areas together. It only becomes somewhat of an issue when you go from zone -> hub -> zone because the hub separates you into different "rooms". But it's easy to just get back into the same game as your friend.

@shell flame the cycle characters are supposed to be transferred into Legacy. I imagine we'll see what that exactly looks like when we get closer to the Cycle ending. How some other games have handled it: In PoE the League stash tabs were transferred into Standard and marked as remove only. If you took everything out of a Remove only tab, the empty tab disappeared. In D3 when the Season ended they used the in game mail to mail you every single Season stash item. Which was a pain the butt. Hopefully it's more like the PoE way than the D3 way.

@pale river I don't believe so. I've gotten some max or near max rolls in just the base 100 Corruption.

@lunar grove you just do the Monolith bosses and you get them. There's no slots to unlock like Idols. Blessings are instead changed by doing a boss again, getting a random selection of Blessings that are unique to that boss, and deciding if you want to change the Blessing.

What I did when it happened to me was go back to the Armoury zone, fight thought it to lower districts, and fight the boss again. The rift should re-open and you can try again. Worked for me the second time I tried. If it still doesn't work, restart your game and try the same thing.

@mossy citrus part of it is you get a lot more of the class specific Body Armors, Helmets, and Relics for the class you're playing. But you can definitely add filters in for an item that you're looking for for another class.

@random belfry that's a global drop item, so you could get it anywhere, including Rune of Ascendance. The "target farm" stuff is that timelines can have echo rewards that give you extra drop chances of that Unique/Set item type. So just extra drop chances.

@mossy citrus Higher tiers = more %. It's not that they aren't worth it, since a good rare with 4 affixes can be better than one good exalted and 3 bad ones. It's just obv better once you are in monos to go for exalted/lp. More yield.

@random belfry You farm them in empowered monoliths, and look for the specific node that gives "unique or set piece". Unless its a boss in which case gotta farm that stability. It's still rng though.

@mint sparrow Umbral scales with throwing, but shadow daggers scale with both throwing and melee, and is usually the bulk of your DMG.

@jolly hinge any unique minus boss drops.

1. most people wouldn’t suggest doing bonus, so no there’s no point to full clearing
2. shatter what your build (s) will use. Late game you’ll pretty much only shatter t6-7 stuff. But anything useful that you aren’t going to slam on unique gear you should shatter. Most people keep a lot of exalted item dump tabs and just throw t6-7s in until they need them
3. pretty sure they are endless

5. depends, are there specific or daily drops you need from dungeons? Do them. Have a boat load al of keys and a lot of prophecies in dungeons? Do them. Otherwise there’s not much reason to do them unless you just like doing them

@molten swift multiple times. They're less common in regular. Best to farm in Empowered where there's lots of them.

@warped stirrup yeah, the game only auto picks up gold and health potions. The other items you need to click on. It does vacuum up shards if you click one. You're best off just not picking up items you're not going to use. Items don't sell for much in the game.

16 + 6. The +X is from an item or items, and will not change unless you unequip the item. You will not have unallocated points, as you only get skill points back if they are below your minimum skill level, which maxes at 10. You will have to re-level those 4 levels to reallocate them.

@lunar grove They unlock as you get blessings. Each monolith will give 1 blessing, which will go into those slots. You aren't unlocking the slots, those are just the place the blessings will go when you unlock them from the 10 monoliths.
