it can be tricky early on when you don't have many passive points in your mastery tree - because of the point requirements to move rightwards along the tree and unlock skills as you said. As you continue to level though, it will become easier, as you will have many more points to work with. Those excess points will allow you to more easily respec in one quick go. VS right now where you're probably investing 1 point, taking 1 out, investing 1, taking one out, etc.

I need some Hydra Runemaster help. It is supposed to give me Gon/Rah/Rah (Lightning/Fire/Fire) for the Hydra when I I do the sequence: Frost Wall (damage converted to lightning), pass through wall with Flame Rush (Fire) and auto proc Flame Ward (Fire) (via skill node Prepared Wards). But when I do all this I only get two runes Gon/Rah. I don't believe I am getting Rah from Flame Ward because Flame ward is going off (not actually functioning fully, just the cool down is going off immeditately) after I cast Frost Wall. So when I Flame Rush through the wall, Flame Ward is already on cooldown. I have seen vids where this works right, so why is mine goofed up?

No real thing like a auto build, every build requires you to play.
Closest you can come is a minion build that does everything for you.

You could also go Runemaster and spam Hydra, it will attack for you but it was nerfed this patch. Still good but not **as **good. I'm sure you can find something on YouTube.

  • You need resonances to trade items with friends. If you play regularly with a specific friend, a resonance bound to that friend may drop. A resonance bound to a person can be used to trade only with that person.
  • When you play CoF, items may drop with an extra requirement: CoF level. If your CoF level is lower than the required by the item, you can not equip that item.
  • When trading an item with a CoF requirement through resonance, the CoF requirement remains the same. Your friend needs to achieve the CoF required in order to use the item.

Then when u see the prophecies through the telescopes they show what u need to do, to get the reward. @tender aspen the item names are put together based on affixes and base, its better to check for items with similar implicits and affixes, its also important to note that the most poweful item bases have higher ilevel requirement and can only be acquired and equipped later one, so early u will settle with lesser bases

@topaz quest Unfortunately not, but an additional tip: Go to Champions Gate and hit the dummies for real dmg numbers

@grizzled hatch yeah, definitely have alos been yeeted all over the place with aerial assault

@rare ingot the most powerful item bases have high levle requirement and cannot be found early on, just focus on item affixes and implicits and setlle for the lower level item bases first

Hey, can a follow Warlock tell me what the line (Effect cooldown (seconds): X) does on Soul Stealer? The effect of the passive has a 3second cd so it wouldnt make sense to get reduced by up to 24 seconds. also it cant be global then it would just be op, no? Is it increasing the cd of the effect by x seconds? then it would be just bad. or is the mana regen working for X seconds after the effect procced? idk what thisdoes someone help pls.

@unkempt fractal there is both crit avoidance or reduced extra dmg from crit, if ur class doesnt offer anything its just item affixes, but generally u dont need to worry about that pre empowered if u have some other base defense

@shell quartz Difficult to say, with no idea where ure at etc. but you can see the area level when pressing tab (overlay map) top right. Long term minions do need some defenses via their tree or ur passive tree

@still pebble You might have disabled item plates, i think default key is z

@somber perch there is mana efficiency nodes, btu also mana regen is decently strong in this game, so getting some of that on ur items early helps a ton

@summer karma While there is a small chance a hotfix bricked something, I'd think about what changed since yesterday, what nodes u took in the tree etc. There is definitely incompatible nodes in the game

@karmic zinc You go which ever way u want based on rewards, as u do them the bar on top fills, if its full enough u get quests

@uncut gate This really depends on your build, but regarding stats its worht checking out the ingame guide (g) and for attributes (like vitality) u can hover over them on ur character sheet (c)

@faint matrix Well technically you never "require" LP, Lp allows u to make a stronger version of the unique but early on the normal one should do it

Say i have an exalted with + flat melee damage, but the unique already has it, is it possible to recieve another one? @ripe kettle its just the generic error for u not being able to connect to the server :/

@honest osprey You have to do it on every character, however you can jump into monoliths early (in fact as early as u reach the end of time) and there is or at least used to be a skip too through the temporal sanctum doungeon (which u get to when doing the stone tablet quest)

@gloomy pike the extra stability just counts towards doing the boss again later

@uncut current best way is to hit the dummy in Champions Gate (use A to command ur minions to attack it)

@rose hedge if u finished the normal monoliths u need to go to the platform in the middle of the final three to unlock the empowered ones

@carmine stag when u equip the item the item will randomly "level up" and improve for the amount
@tribal arrow it is random, however the greater blessings (upgrades versions with higher percentage) come from the empowered monoliths, so i recommend trying to get to those if you can, since those blessings are more powerful

Guys, I play Runemaster and my main attack spell is Lightning Blast. Some passives give me bonus damage or defence against chilled enemies. So I put '+20% chance to chill on hit' on my weapon, but it does not proc on enemies? Any idea why? My weapon is a wand with spell lightning damage.

I've noticed when I warp to another area with a friend, we get separated and have to rejoin through a portal, but if I wait and they're already in, I go into their instance. Thanks for the answers thus far im playing as a rogue and trying to get my shadow cascade to at least 100% crit. Though it seems all the critical strike chance nodes available to me are "Increased crit strike chance" so it'll probably be a long time before I get to my yellow number dream. likely gonna max out master of weapons with sword and dagger

Assuming you are using a melee attack since it's a moving issue, have you tried disabling "walk to enemy if out of range" option in the setting, I believe under Gameplay at the top.
Else I can't think of a skill that moves with walking

hey guys, I'm playing warpath echo void knight, one of the skills ive added to warpath says, "warpath's base physical dmg is converted to void. consequently this dmg scales to void dmg, but not increases to physical dmg." further down it also says, "swaps warpath's physical tag for void tag". now that being said, I would assume the term physical dmg increase would be kind of useless now, but I just found a ring that gives "increased physical dmg" and when hovering over warpath it increases my dmg by a fair margin. help?

Is there really no built-in system to change the color or size of the cursor? It's so small and blends so well into many backgrounds...

Furthermore, is there a way to namelock enemies? I find myself constantly wishing for it; especially when enemies move quickly and frequently, and when clicking the visual model of an enemy, ranged attacks sometimes miss as the hitbox isn't auto-targeted.

For some reason I see items on the laying on the ground, but they doesn't show up as if they're filtered
The only thing that shows up are Gold and Health Potions

The thing is I tried to press X (to enable/disable filter) and to disable filter completely - no effect

So...did I accidentally press smth I didn't know or this a bug I catched ?

hey ho! yesterday i found my "advent of the erased" boots and was quite happy to be able to tackle endgame today. they worked great and i collected some "ward retention" idols. This morning the texts of the boots are changed, there is a 1 second cooldown on gaining ward and my whole defense is trashed. was this part of the update? did they take time to nerf specific builds while fixing the servers?

How great it must be as a developer of this game to look at the leaderboard and see everybody has completely different skills/builds.
