There is no XP penalty in multiplayer. The XP cap (which may be called a penalty officially) is just to prevent power levelling.

The description of the skill is the deciding factor and iirc the spell part of Judgement is a DoT on the ground not a hit

I've tried a few classes now and I kind of feel like they all feel disjointed.
I played blade dancer but it felt like no attacks flowed together (ironically with the move flow), and I tried void knight and it was a bit better, but then now I'm doing lich and I feel like you're almost forced to focus on minions or be forced to just one play. I know this could be obvious to those at endgame, but for some words of assurance, does it get better?

I feel like the game really pushes one build per subclass with minor variation.

Unique items have a chance to drop with a property called "Legendary Potential". For example 2 legendary potential. The number means how many affixes you can add to that unique item. The legendary potential is purely chance just like unique drops, no specific process behind it.

Can anyone help with some theorycrafting, I can reliably inflict 300-700 stacks of bleed (could also be poison with a node) using umbral blades on blademaster. Only unique used atm is bleeding heart. All the nodes of hit% dmg per stack of bleed seem to be capped, so that doesn't look like the way.
What would be the best way to scale this further, going bleed with Valdyr or poison with something else?

I believe that the workaround patch was for a different bug where logging out between finishing the boss and heading to the next zone would lock you out of the questline. The Lagon bug that people are reporting right now seems to be as a result of the change to how the quest works (giving you a Soreth'ka waypoint).

Yeah I don't like Maxroll. I had trouble following their guides in Lost Ark, and I had much better success doing my own builds. I'm having the same issues with LE, even more so with filters that are too restrictive at times.

No I was talking about Maxroll's guides. Unlike the PoE guides which had a lot of issues and generally weren't friendly builds to recommend new players, Lizard and the Maxroll team for LE know what's up and what new players want to try.

No, Endurance is a damage reduction to the damage that would be done to the hits that would take you below and in the Endurance Threshold. Endurance has a base of 20% DR and caps at 60% DR.

Endurance Threshold already scales with your Max Health, 20% of it. So increase your Max Health and you've got a higher Endurance Threshold. People generally don't try to increase Endurance Threshold, just increase their Health and regular Endurance instead.

Sealing doesn't remove it or anything. It just moves it off the slot so you can craft another affix at the cost of being unable to upgrade the sealed one.

It's kind of like the regular gambler, but instead of gold, you use the souls you earned in the dungeon and can get high level items - the regular gambler is locked at level 40 items.

What is available changes each run. The soul gambler can also randomly have items with a higher than normal sealed affix. If you're crafting a sealed affix, you can only do up to T4. Soul gambler can have T5 sealed.

When you look at the echoes, in the lower right you can see a number on the icon for the modifier. That's how many echoes it lasts.

You'll see the same thing on the lower left in the list of ones you've got currently. The farther out echoes have longer number of echo modifiers.
