Hi! When I played a year or two ago, I had a marksman that had spectral clones when firing, basically multiplying your skills. What was that? A skill, armor perk, a passive?

If an affix mentions only effecting poison damage it is specifically for you. An affix has to mention “minion” in the name to effect minion damage. Therefore “increased minion damage” would also cover poison damage they deal.

Chance to poison is worthless for hail of arrows right, since it's damage over time? But with Sanguine Hoard's "chance to bleed on hit gained as chance to bleed per second" and poison conversion then all sources of chance to bleed that match hail of arrows tags (chance to bleed on hit, chance to bleed on bow hit, chance to bleed per second) are all converted into chance to poison per second, right? empowered monoliths are level 100 versions of the timelines that are unlocked once you complete the three level 90 timelines at the top of the map (and interact with the node in the middle of them)

once you unlock them you are given the choice between normal or empowered when interacting with the timeline node

When I complete my empowered monoliths, the last slot for blessings has a lock on it. What unlocks that slot?

once you're at a certain corruption you gain an additional blessing option I believe

There is no mana leech. Some classes have ways to regain mana on hit with certain passives under conditions. Some skills replenish mana on use. Mage has two skills for mana regen. But mana is a resource and requires you to solve it unlike PoE where it just does not matter.

So I was on my VPN last night trying to see if I could stop the whole perma desync issue. And then 15 minutes through using it on Last Epoch I got the issue to happen.

But then I opened my VPN and it said I was booted because the connection I was on didn't support peer to peer.

So I connected to a peer to peer connection with dedicated port forwarding in Proton and voila I had no more issues with random DCs for like 2 hours.
