Your talking two different things in 0.9. shred is armor shred, which increases magnitude of physical hits. Phys pen reduces enemy phys resistance which increases all phys damage including bleed

I have an MSI RTX 3080. Ultra settings with V Sync on, but I've been messing with things by dropping the settings down to lower values to see if it makes a difference and it does not. Also turned off V SYnc and capped out the FPS to 60 and even 144 to see if that does anything. It does not.

Generally if you want to have bleed do damage you will have to build for it. Just getting some bleed chance won't all of a sudden give you big bleed damage dots

But if you can get bleed chance without sacrificing then sure it's icing

Further out doesn't affect that but otherwise pretty much that. You can get blessings to increase unique drop rates and the base type if you really want to.

You can take this off your wolf tree basically. You still need to scale companion limit in order to have more wolves because.... well, the necklace only lets you summon up to your limit. But what people end up doing is they wear that necklace and sacrifice helm slot for squirrel helm.
