Yeah that is a giant scam, don't even try to make higher LP with the LP reroller. Basically you just take a olp, throw into nemesis, pray for good LP, if you get garbo lego, save for rerolling your good LP in the future

so back in the beta it used to be the best when the resistance shred was not capped
but then they capped it (which was a good thing), and gave some buffs but not enough to compete with the other dots

in the rogue passive tree, the Evasion node is very good for defense (and i would reccomend grabbing the Agility node as well)
i would reccomend getting rid of the Duelist node and going into Steady Hand instead for more health and dex
you also have a lot of %increased crit chance, but almost zero added crit. getting a Traitor's Tongue dagger for your offhand would skyrocket your damage, while allowing you to trade some crit affixes for defense

i found a bug with dark quiver and this node.
the moment you use dark quiver and while black arrows are dropping. if you use heartseeker and trigger this node. the rest of the arrows from Dark Quiver first usage stop dropping. can someone else test this.
